Recent police reports say that the arrests of criminals have become a lot easier by time. Most of the time, they’re already unconscious and tied to something. It’s almost as if they’re trying to get taken. But the reason behind this is still unknown. The reason that criminal rates have decreased so much by the last couple of years is still unknown. There are many theories as to why this started happening, but most of them point towards it being a person behind this.
They say he comes without a sound, and that if you heard him, he most likely is already at success.

“Huh!?” A drunk gang are walking at night, like usual, they’re looking for prey. And they just happened to find it.
The drunk guy grabs her by the arm
“Don’t you dare talk back!” He says as he slaps the underage girl, 16 years old to be exact.
Tears forming in her eyes, she’s completely helpless. She’s simply not strong enough to take no multiple full grown men all alone.
The guys in the back start appearing as if they were just hidden behind mist.
“What do we do with her?” A tall guy in his 30s spoke out from the corner.
“What happens to her comes AFTER we’ve done her.” He says with a creepy smile, even the girl got goosebumps.
Just as his hand approached her body, they heard the noise of scraping metal, almost like dragging a fork against a plate.
“What’s that?!” The gang shouts out as they cover their ears, and look around quickly.
They can hear gentle footsteps from behind, they all look towards a guy in a hoodie, covering his face with the shadow. The big guy appears from behind and takes out a bat.
“We were busy y’know?!” He continues walking slowly towards the mysterious guy with a hood.
The guy with the hood stopped, catching everyone off guard.
“Oh forget about me. I’m just passing by here…” His voice sounded young. Almost like a 16 year old himself.
The big guy swings his bat uncontrollably since the hooded guy wont stop.
Before they know it, the big guy is already flying into the air.
“Hah! Be careful, what if someone just happened to…” Suddenly the hooded guy flew through them like a snake and knocked them unconscious before they could even comprehend what had happened.
Unfortunately, his hood fell off for a second. Revealing his face to the scared girl.
“Make sure to get home safely now, there are bad people out here.” He says before he disappears almost instantly and nowhere to be seen.

BREAKING NEWS, 16 YEAR OLD HIGHSCHOOL GIRL REPORTS A CRIME SCENE
As explained by the girl, she was saved by a mysterious guy with a hood. She has never seen him anywhere, but she did get a glimpse of his face. He was a teenage boy, plain looking. Black hair, big eyes with small pupils. Police are now ready to announce that this boy might be the reasoning to the sudden change in crime statistics.
His combat skills were said to be inhuman. He moved faster than what she could see with her eyes, and his hits were inhumanly strong. He sent criminal Takeshi Kobayashi flying into a wall 54 meters away with a single punch. The criminal also weighs 264.5 pounds and is 206 centimeters tall.
