TW: blood/death
"I'm sorry!" Squirt yelled out with genuine remorse as they plunged their razor-sharp claws into my chest and tore them out.
I dropped onto the cobbled floor, watching the blood pour out of myself, "I-" I tried to speak but all I could do was look up at the humanoid who seemed to loom over me, my head spun and pounded like a thousand marching ravagers. I looked up at them, Squirt now covering their mouth, getting blood on their face.
"I'm so sorry," “EKKO!”
I couldn’t tell who was yelling my name, with more white noise filling my ears and getting dizzier by the second with her vision failing Ekko embraced the warm, silent grip of death.

"Survive." her voice rang in Ekko's head until…
Ekko gasped awake and found herself in a black void, body weightless and floating. "∴⍑ᒷ∷ᒷ..?" surprising herself with her native tongue, seemingly unable to speak English but not caring enough to try, her voice seemed to ring for miles.
Suddenly a bright light, door? Whatever it was it appeared miles away and with a sudden urge to go to it, she ran
She started to swim to the door, gravity starting to pull on her legs, turning from a swim to a run. Ekko ran and ran until she abruptly stopped about a foot away from the glowing door. Putting a hand up about to touch it. She stopped rethinking, memories flashing through her head, then it hit her.
"ᔑ-ᔑᒲ ╎ ╎リ ꖎ╎ᒲʖ𝙹? リ𝙹, ╎-╎ ᓵᔑリ'ℸ ̣ ʖᒷ ↸ᒷᔑ↸! リ𝙹ℸ ̣ ||ᒷℸ ̣ , ╎ ᓵᔑリ'ℸ ̣ ⋮⚍ᓭℸ ̣ ꖎᒷᔑ⍊ᒷ ℸ ̣ ⍑ᒷᒲ! !¡ꖎᒷᔑᓭᒷ! ᓭꖌ||ꖎᒷ∷, !¡ᒷᔑ∷ꖎ, ᓭᑑ⚍╎∷ℸ ̣.. ∴||⍊ᒷ∷リ..."
tears welled in their eyes as she took steps back tripping over her foot, lying on the floor she grimaced with a sudden pulsing pain starting at where she was stabbed and going throughout her limbs.
"╎ リᒷᒷ↸ ℸ ̣ 𝙹 ⊣𝙹 ʖᔑᓵꖌ!" She screamed
A loud noise formed behind her, jolting at the sudden noise she snapped her body back to face this possible foe but only saw a small light, purple this time instead of the blinding white from before. Squinting to see the faraway light. She froze as it started to get bigger and bigger in cracks until it consumed everything.
