"Lilo, I am tired of discussing this with you! Why do you always disobey my instructions?! Why do you never respect me as your own guardian?! You're heading to bed now, whether you like it or not!"
Lilo growled. "You don't tell me what to do! You are not my mother!"
"You don't have any respect for anyone, Lilo!" Nani snapped back. "You will follow my instructions from here on out! I am your guardian and you would not disobey me!"
Nani picked up the girl up and took her to her room. They have had always fought, and even after all that happened throughout their lives, they still had tendencies to fight like sisters. She had to be the mature one out of the two, and she was not going to continue to tolerate Lilo's attitude.
Stitch was off doing who knows what with Jumba and Pleakley, leaving the two sisters alone. In times like this, she'd wished to be with David, but she had to still raise her sister.
Nani walked up to her sister's closest, and pulled out a white nightgown, keeping her sister by her arm. Lilo pulled back against her and managed to escaped from her grip, beginning to run.
Having enough, Nani seized her by her arm again and began placing the nightgown on. Lilo continued to pull back against her. Deciding that enough was enough, Nani pulled her little sister across her knees and began spanking her bottom.
"What are you doing?!" Lilo cried.
Nani stared down at her. "It's time someone call you out for your behavior!"
She continued applying spankings onto her bottom. Lilo would not be one easy to break however, attempting to dodge every blow on her bare bottom.

Nani halted for a moment, reaching over for a belt and began to apply even more spanks on her bottom. This hurt far more than her hand so, and it definitely was a bigger challenge than before.

Lilo was quickly growing frustrated at the harsh smacks against her bottom and threw her hand up to stop the blows. She could feel her face turning red but she would not cry, not when she knew deep down she was wrong.

Nani was determined to get her to break. How long before Lilo grown up with this belief that she could act like a brat because they lost their parents? She was the closest she had to an authoritative figure and she was determined to stop her sister's attitude. She had tried for so long this but at the end of the day she was the guardian and she had to take responsibility for her actions.
Deciding to focus on her sit spots, Nani could tell she was getting close.

As for Lilo, she could felt her strength beginning to feign. The stinging pain in her bottom quickly turned into fire as she peppered her with rapid spanks. Her already red face seemed to pop as tears exited her eyes.
"Nani! Nani! Please! Stop!" Her voice came over, ever shaky.
Nani paused for a moment. "I have tried to reason with you for years and yet you continue to disobey me. I am tired of it, Lilo. You have gotten me in trouble so many times. I have allowed you to have a pet. I have allowed you to get away with your actions multiple times. Yet, it seems like you take advantage of my courtesy."
"I will listen! I promise!" Lilo promised, feeling a large amount of desperation... and shame. How could she never consider her sister's own struggles? Had this been inevitable the whole time?
"How do I know this? There are times when you seemed to have finally matured and yet sometimes you just be such a brat." Nani shook her head in regret. "Why do you do this to me? Why don't you ever listen to me?"
Lilo was quiet, and unfortunately Nani began starting in rapid succession yet again. Her bottom was a deep shade of red as her older sister was merciless.

Lilo sobbed as she beaten down against her legs, no longer able to keep up the act of shrugging this punishment off. She had heard from other kids about their parents spanking their children yet she'd never thought older sisters can do it too! Especially, her own older sister!
Nani continued at a slow pace, and Nani thought for a second it was over. She finally managed to look at her through tearful eyes and could see nothing but pain and shame of her own across her face. Was she hurt that much? Did she not want to do this?
Her eyes sealed shut, Nani began to speak softly.
"Lilo, I want you to understand that while I'm furious right now, I don't hate you and never will. I realize and understand that it's normal for wanting to not listen. We all do, but it's not a viable excuse. You are responsible for your actions and you have to understand that rules are the way for life. It's up to you Lilo. You would receive consequences for your actions. If not by me, then by those around you."
The girl absorbed her words. Truthfully, she was grateful that her sister was not too upset with her. Of course the discipline part was not fun whatsoever, but it went a log way in reassuring him that she did not hate her. Crying appeared to be the only thing she was currently capable of as she had never faced such a pain like this before.
"That being said, I forgive you. Promise me you will respect me from now on." Nani says sternly, though a soft undertone creeps in.
The crying girl managed a response, one that caused a lump in her voice.
"I-I promise you. I love you, Nani." Lilo finally managed through a sob.
"Glad to hear it." She replied, and she felt relief flooding her in a instant that her sister wasn't above accepting her apology.
Though the same could not be said for the her bottom as the belt came back down harshly.

"Ow! Nani! What are you doing?!" The girl sobbed.

"What, you thought that was going to be it? Not even close. Like I said before, actions have consequences. That said, once I'm finished, you would be heading to bed."

Tears continued rolling down in streams, whimpers escaping her. All in all Nani was impressed how well she was taking this. Of course the girl was squirming and kicking, but given this was the first time she was delivering a spanking, she was not going to deny the girl that much.

After delivering the last two swats, Nani stopped. Her heart hurt as she stared down upon Lilo and felt her crying across his knees. Slowly, she rubbed circles on her back, before pulling up her pants, and wrapping her arms around her.
"Easy now, my dear sister," Nani said softly, "it's over now."
Lilo cried. "I'm sorry! I'm so sorry!"
Whatever else she was going to say was lost on her lips as she felt the immense stinging in her bottom contributing onto her humiliation. She now understood how her sister was feeling, how much she have been pushing it with her behavior. And to think, her sister managed to keep control for so long, didn't spank her the very first time she'd acted out.
After she had calmed down, Nani placed the sheets on top of her.
"I love you," Lilo said softly.
"I love you too."
Lilo's eyes became pleading. "Please stay with me."
Nani sighed and wrapped her arms around her, making sure her sister was comfortable enough, before at last they succumbed to sleep.
