It was another day for a certain 7-year-old kid, Monkey D. Luffy.
He was at the moment with Shanks’ crew, the red-haired pirates just looking out into the ocean, another weekday of the week.
Until a den den mushi started ringing.
Shanks knew who it was and ignored it, it was an annoying reptile.
“At least pick it up before you wake Uta up, Mom.”
Shanks gave an annoyed grumble before finally picking up the DDM
“What do you want to complain about now you dumbass reptile that can’t fly.”
“For your information you one-armed blood-haired pirate, I can fly-”
“Using your devil fruit does not count smartass.”
“I take pride in being called smart. You could’ve used your Haki but didn’t and look where that got you, you can’t clap to any songs your child sings.”
Meanwhile, Luffy was annoyed by their rivalry like always.
Luffy got up from the chair he was sitting on due to being smol.
“How long is it gonna take for me to go on my own again?”
Luffy sighed in annoyance.
“When I get my crew I wanna make sure none of them have a rivalry with each other because at this point I’m just the one suffering. Oh, wait, I can just get Dad to stop them.”
Shanks froze and turned to Luffy and shook his head quickly
“NO! ANCHOR PLEASE!”
“Well, this is your fault.”
“You wouldn’t…”
“DAD! PAPA AND MOM ARE FIGHTING ON THE DEN DEN MUSHI AGAIN!”
Luffy could hear the loud steps of Benn’s boots coming through to the deck
“Why those two… They can never seem to quit it can they?! Luf go play with your sister while I deal with your Mom and Papa.”
“Alright! Shishishi!”
Luffy ran inside to find Uta so they could record their Mom’s demise.
There were already around 40 recordings of such.
Uta already had the recording of DDM and they went near the entrance to the deck.
The two siblings were recording the demise.
Benn bonked Shanks
“When you get over here to get Sol you’re getting twice the hits than Shanks.
“Damn, you.”
Benn shook his head annoyed
“Someone please remind me to shoot that excuse of a man with some Haki when I see him.”
“Another recording to add to the other 40”
“Yes!”

It was now the weekend, the only two days where Dragon takes Luffy due to him running the RA.
Benn kept to his promise and hit Dragon 44 times.
“Bye, Dad! Bye, Uta! Bye, Dad!”
Then Luffy went with Dragon to Baltigo for the weekend.
When they finally arrived Inazuma & Ivankov Went in for a hug for their nephew completely ignoring Dragon.
The funny thing is, Luffy always prefers his Auncles & Uncle over his parents and grandparents.
Mainly his Uncle Buggy.
There wasn’t much to do in Baltigo for Luffy…
This was rather the normal routine for Luffy.
Dealing with Dragon and Shanks argue and have their rivalry.
Hang out with Uta while the two watched Benn scold Shanks and Dragon.
Play with Ivankov and Inazuma or just stay while Dragon and some revolutionaries do missions.
Luffy thought it was great really he did!
But… Eventually that got boring with it being the same thing everyday
Stay with Shanks on weekdays and stay with Dragon on weekends.
Out of boredom Luffy started observing the training that Dragon had people do.
Luffy’s heard it before from Benn, Haki.
Luffy started trying to do what they did. Did it work?
Yes. Yes it did.
Over the years Luffy’s ability to use his devil fruit and use of Haki got stronger.
He never actively displayed it of course! He’d be a fool to do that, and Luffy?
Luffy’s no fool, he was emotionally intelligent.
He knew what effect it would have if he even remotely gave himself away to Shanks and Dragon.
Whenever he was with Shanks and they were on an island no one let him even remotely go on the island.
So he was pretty bored when that happened.
He’d do this until the day finally arrived that he could finally get out.
When he turned 17 is the number that the two agreed on.

He was finally able to go and adventure himself.
Shanks and Dragon (surprisingly) both dropped Luffy off on an island to sail off himself
“Please be careful!”
“He’ll be fine.”
“Thank you!”
“Make sure no one tries hitting on you”
“Papa, mom, I’ll be fine.” the two in question sigh and looked at Luffy
“Fine.” the two left on their respective ways, Dragon being a storm logia and Shanks with his crew
Now it was Luffy’s time.
And Luffy was finally gonna cause an uproar, because a storm was coming and it’s worse than even Dragon or Shanks.
Monkey D. Luffy is a danger to everyone because he was raised by a revolutionary and a Yonko.
Without a fear of anything at all.
And that’s the terrifying thing too.
