It's been 6 months since Nanashi has met the nonconforming purple haired girl, Misane. Misane was a time traveler who met Nanashi after waking up in bed and telling him to go make friends. Upon the two meeting Nanashi has made many friends since; Nanashi seemed to be doing a lot better compared to when the two first met. Misane and Nanashi were close having a relationship akin to siblings. Misane being the younger of the two was surprisingly lethargic and generally sleepy for her age. Because of this Misane almost always ended up sleeping on Nanashi's bed. On this particular day, there was no exception to this.
Nanashi just had returned to the apartment to find Misane napping in his bed while embracing a cat plushie. Nanashi smiled at the sight of Misane sleeping. She looked so peaceful and calm.
Nanashi has always appreciated quiet moments like this between him and Misane; It was easy for Nanashi to tell that Misane's upbringing led to her growing up too fast. So, it was nice to see Misane having her guard down. He knew she was comfy and safe upon finding her in his bed.
Nanashi went over and put a blanket over Misane carefully, trying not to wake her up. Misane stirred a little, though she was still asleep. Nanashi then went over to play games on his computer to pass the time. He'd occasionally glance at Misane making sure she was okay and didn't accidentally wake her up. Even with Misane hijacking his bed often, Nanashi wouldn't have it any other way.
