Chapter Text
Ever since you asked Sun about his "glitch" issue, he's been actively avoiding the problem whenever you try to bring it up during a conversation. Whenever you interrogated him about it, Sun would start talking about a completely different topic than what your original question was about.
"Dear, have you eaten anything today? I could go and make something for you!" he would say; And before you could ask him anything else, Sun was already off to doing something else while you had already given up asking him any more questions
Talking to Moon about it wasn't an option either. Whenever the issue would be brought up in your convos, he would let you ramble in silence, and after you were done, Moon would tell you to go to sleep or groan in response to your questions.
You wanted to ask them both so many more questions about it, but prying about the issue has not only made both of you more upset, but also has been completely fruitless.
It's not that the virus was completely unknown to you, but only having its name wasn't going to help you all that much. However, if you knew how this glitch operated, how it worked, then maybe you would be able to help them. You are no programmer, but there must be a way for you to help, right?
...
You figured that sitting around doing nothing while your friends get taken over by a computer virus was not an option for you either. If The Daycare Attendant didn't want to give you any more answers then you would have to look for them somewhere else.
And you did. You found it.
While you are typing down commands on your computer, you unwillingly decide to give a look at what you had brought home. Your answers had sharp rusty teeth and claws that could certainly tear you up like paper. One eye and the bottom half of its body are missing, giving it a more unsettling vibe. There is only a few feet between the two of you, though it doesn't make you any less unseasy or uncomfortable about the situation.
Disconsidering the major damage that this guy went through, you notice how it weirdly resembles an animal model of an animatronic. an alligator perhaps? Maybe it worked as one of those animal bands who entertained little kids. All you know is that it was made for Fazbear Entertainment, and that's what mattered to you.
You try to focus on your task at hand but you still can't let go of this eerie sensation. Even though you know that it can only become active when you want it to, you can't help but feel that the minute you are distracted enough, it will attack you.
The animatronic you had brought to your house was strapped onto your working chair, not only so it wouldn't fall face flat on the ground, but also so it wouldn't bite you while you weren't looking.
You give a few more taps onto your keyboard but before hitting the "ENTER" button, you feel hesitant. The only person to blame for whatever the hell happens in the next 10 minutes is yourself. all of this mess would be entirely on you.
It wouldn't be the first time you made a bad decision, much less the last, but if it meant that it would help Sun and Moon? Then you were willing to take the risk.
"Look, bud " you start, referring to the offline animatronic in front of you. "I have about 7 minutes to talk to you once you're online before your batteries die or you chop my head off. Sun is coming back home in 15 minutes and I really don't want him to clean my blood strains from the floor mat".
It will be hell on earth to even explain to him why this guy is here, to begin with.
You take a deep sigh and hit "ENTER"
The animatronic's eyes start to glow and their gaze turns immediately to you, its stare burning into your soul. You are terrified and filled with dread, your hands start shaking but you know it's too late to turn back now.
What the fuck did you get yourself into?
"S-so. let's make it fast."
The mechanical clicks grew louder.
"What do you know about the glitchtrap virus?"
