<<Owen's POV>>
"MAGIC, MAGIC PLEASE I'M SORRY!" Tears steadily fell down my face as choked sobs left my mouth, the heat grew worse as I had to climb onto the table. Lava flowed from the ceiling as it sloshed around onto the floor. "M-MAGIC PLEASE, LET ME OUT PLEASE" I was going to die. It finally hit me as my balance slipped a bit, forcing my hands to grab a crevice in the wall, wincing a bit as it gave me cuts. This was the punishment for killing the innocents. Killing Guts, Rasbi, and Apo. Apo....Why did I kill him? "MAGIC PLEASE HELP. I'M SORRY, YOU DON'T EVEN HAVE TO TRUST ME I'M SORRY!" The first leg broke as a panicked sob left my mouth. The heat of the lava bubbled against the cell walls, I was too close. I heard the door shut, it was too loud. Too clear. I was trapped here, and I wouldn't leave the maze or the clearing.
<<Magic's POV>>
My shoes clacked against the wood as I stepped back onto the wood of the house. The bubbling of the lava could be heard before I closed the door. Had I made the right choice? Owen was a bad person! He killed Apo, Guts, Rasbi. He even tried to kill Krow! Now it was missing it's arm, and Red. He had deal with the fact that Owen was the one who killed his best friend. He's manipulated me and the others too much, it probably was the right choice! "Magic c'mon! We have to get going!" Acho called me over, smiling a bit. I walked over to them, we would finally leave this place.
<<Owen's POV>>
Tears just rolled down my cheeks as the second leg broke. My foot slipped as I just barely missed the lava. "A-Apo...Guts...Rasbi...I-I'm sorry for killing you guys..." Apologies were the only things that spilled from my lips now as I tried to ignore the feeling of peril from the lava below me. "I-I would take everything b-back if I could I swear..." I just wanted to go back to when I didn't remember, back when The Fruit Trio was all still happy and alive. I tried my best to keep away from the lava before I heard something. Slap! The third leg snapped as I screamed and fell into the lava. I tried to take in gasps of air, pulling my hand above my head I saw nothing but red. Everything burned as lava filled the room and I floated with the lava. My screams echoed as my vision went hazy, hazier, before fading to black. My screams died out before all my nerves died out.
The flash of bright light, I couldn't tell if it was fire, lava, or the sun in the clearing. "Owen! You're back!" Apo's voice was clear with the footsteps in the grass. Apo...I missed him. I opened my eyes to look at what I assumed was the clearing, but before I could App hugged me laughing. "I-...Apo?.." Looking down, I saw him. His red horns, his grayish green jacket. Ot was Apo. Choked sobs left my mouth as he smiled and nodded, tears threatening to spill. Rasbi was in the back, smiling as she waved. "Cmon Owen! We still have to make some 'Apo-Pie' you know?" Her laugh echoed in my ears as I just nodded, I was home. Right where I belonged, with my friends.
