It's summertime in Discordia and love is in the air. Specifically, the surprise wedding between Rhoslyn and her childhood bff.
"Are you kidding me? It happened right here in the monastery and I missed it?"
"That's right." Saffron arched his back in a massive stretch. "I heard Tirso muttering to himself about it all afternoon. And Quark said they've been doing married-human things."
Pogo briefly wondered what that meant. Probably something deliciously romantic, like gazing deeply into each other's eyes.
"Hey! We should do a gift! That's what humans do, right? What should we get?"
"Beats me. Maybe a nice censer? We've got some of those in the monastery," Saffron suggested. "I'm sure Tirso wouldn't mind."
"Cen… sers?"
"Round metal things that smell really funny."
"Ooh, those! Good idea! They're shiny. Humans like shiny things." Like the shiny circles in Tirso's fancy box. Humans like those circles so much that they're willing to trade tasty treats for them. Speaking of- "We should get 'em some tasties, too! From the white powder lady!"
"I'll get started on the censers, then." Saffron yawned and went right back to sleep.
