Summary:
Crowley and Aziraphale fraternise (sororise?) at a suffrage rally.
Notes:
I put a lot of thought into this piece and now you get to hear about it!!!!
Aziraphale's sign has the colours of the National Union of Women's Suffrage Societies. Crowley's sash has the more recognisable colours of the Women's Social and Political Union, the militant offshoot of the NUWSS. The WSPU, whose members were the "suffragettes", did things like smash politician's windows, go on hunger strikes, and throw hatchets at the Prime Minister (Mary Leigh did that one). They were much more violent than the moderate "suffragists" of the NUWSS. And yes, I know that this makes the title of the piece inaccurate as Aziraphale is not technically a "suffragette", shut up.
The flower in Aziraphale's hat is the same colour as Crowley's skirt and Crowley's blouse is the same colour as Aziraphales gloves. I did this because if I don't give couples matching colour schemes, I will die.
