It was a fine, Sprinkly night in Spiral Hill, where Sonic the Hedgehog, World renowned hero, had been helping out a Friend with moving in with her Girlfriend.
"Jeez, Tangle, you really need all this junk?" Sonic Asked.
"Uuuhh, Yeah!? This is a stuff I had for years! These are memories! Why would I get rid of it?" Tangle answered.
"Tangle. This is a box of old socks." Sonic said, before tossing it in a dumpster.
"..."
"Fair enough... So, how is it with you and Bl-"
"Hold on Tang, I'm getting a call from Amy.." Sonic interjected , before pulling out a Flip phone.
As soon as He answered, His expression flipped.
"Already!? I thought we still had a week! Is She okay?! I'll be there in a minute."
Sonic started freaking out. He quickly took each package out of the moving truck and into Whisper's house at Supersonic speed.
"Ok, I gotta go!" Sonic yelled to Tangle.
"Whoa!? What's his deal?" Whisper asked, Wondering about all the commotion.
" I dunno, but it's probably somethin' about Blaze." Tangle answered.
Meanwhile with Sonic...
"Oh great, just great, while I'm out.. Helping Tangle.. What's this? Oh great, Amy's telling me that Blaze just we- OAF-" Sonic said before running into a Stop sign.
"Perfect symbolism.." Sonic Remarked.
As the rain pelted down harder, Sonic grew in Speed.
"Now, which Hospital did Amy say they were at..? Wizeman's?"
Just then, Sonic turned a street corner, entering the Hospital's parking lot.
"I can make it.. I will make it!"
Just then, Sonic trapped His foot in the Entrance Door of the Building.
"Oh! Uh, Could I help you with that?" An odd Green Girl asked. She was Slightly taller than Sonic, about Shadow's height. She was wearing a Blue Cropped Coat, And had Purple Eyes.
"Nope! I'm... GOOD!" Sonic said, before pulling off his Shoe.
"Wait! Are you gonna need this?" The Green girl yelled, holding up Sonic's Shoe.
" You take it!" Sonic yelled as he ran upstairs.
"Where is She!?" Sonic thought to himself.
Sonic called out for Amy and Blaze, Searching each Hall and each Floor.
" Amy!? Blaze!?"
"Sonic?!" Amy yelled out peeking her head out of the door.
"AMY!" Sonic said, Speeding into the room.
There She was. Blaze was in the hospital bed, holding a Red bundle.
"No.. Nonono!" Sonic said, visibly distraught.
" What's wrong Sonic?" Blaze asked, trying to comfort Her spiky blue Fiancé.
"I missed it. I missed my own Kid's birth. How am I supposed to be a good Dad if I can't even show up to their birthday?!" Sonic said, saddened.
"Oh, that doesn't mean a Thing.. You just need to be there in His life.." Blaze explained.
"Wait.. His?" Sonic said, confused.
"Oh.. Forgot to tell you.. It's a Boy." Blaze said, Revealing the Baby to Sonic.
Sonic went insane. Running up and down, all around.
"Where's Sonic's Shoe..?" Amy said, confused
Just as She said that, the same Green Girl walked in.
"Uuugghh.. Oh! It's You again.." Sonic said, clearly disappointed.
"Hiya! I uuh.. came to give you this.." The Green Girl said, handing Sonic His Shoe.
"Oh! Thanks!" Sonic said, snatching the Shoe from Her.
"Say, did I catch your Name earlier?" Sonic asked.
" Spark! Spark the Mink!" Spark said, holding her hand out for a Handshake.
Just He made contact with her, He had a Static Shock rush to his hand.
" What the..? Oh God, this is gonna be like Surge all over again.."Sonic Remarked.
"Welp, I'll be heading out. My Boyfriend is probably going crazy wondering where I am." Spark explained
"What kind of person is awake at 4 in the morning.?" Amy asked.
"Shadow."
"Shadow."
Sonic and Blaze both Said in Unison.
"Welp, should we leave or what..?" Sonic asked, confused.
Sonic spent the next few hours Trying to get Blaze and their Son checked out of the Hospital.
