Chapter Text

"Wind whips through the air, causing Wilbur's hair to be thrust onto his face, while heavy rain pours down relentlessly, drenching him completely. He looks like a soaked feline.

'This situation is truly terrible; why did I ever consider it a good idea?'"

"The day, I chose to secretly leave the house and the individual I was supposed to meet didn't show up, to top it off, it started to rain."

"There is no possibility of me reaching home tonight, especially as this stupid rain is slowing me down and the cold is affecting me due to being a snake hybrid. What an annoyance."

"I most likely shouldn't have forgotten my phone, but it is of no consequence."

After a span of 30 minutes…

Wilbur proceeds down the road with difficulty, stumbling over every invisible crack. Eyes starting to close.

"I need to find a place to rest; those alleyways seem appealing." Wilbur maneuvers through the narrow gap between two dumpsters, expressing clear discomfort. He eventually locates a spot just behind the dumpsters, where surprisingly, there is a small bundle of blankets, albeit closer to rags.

"I can just imagine how worried Father and Tech must be, ha! I'll never leave the nest again if up to father and never leave the house if up to tech because " you leave the house once and don't come back from a week then u can't be out without Supervision or a tracking device blah blah blah "

as you can see Wilbur is insane because he has just been talking out loud to no one.

"It serves the rain right for not being able to touch  me hear ."

Wilbur emits a yawn, barely able to keep his eyes open. He proceeds to cover himself with blankets, resembling a cocoon, and softly utters, 'Good night, no one.'"

"The tranquil patter of rain drowns out the scarcely audible reply, granting a faint understanding of a good night.
