" Hey Kacchan?" Izuku asked
"Yes nerd?" Katsuki replied as he was was folding laundry.
"Well umm... I was wondering... Ummmmm..." Izuku stuttered
Katsuki just stared at his mate as he continued to stutter his way through. Katsuki finally getting slowly annoyed with it because he was being interrupted while folding laundry.
" Izuku, for the love of all things that are good in this world... WHAT DO YOU WANT!" Katsuki finally snapped at his mate... Well one out of the 2 of his mates.
You see when an omega presents only their mate can smell your scent. So when Katsuki was 16 he ended up presenting in the middle of class that's when he found out 2 things. 1. that he was an omega and 2. He had two mates. Which isn't all the uncommon; there were some omegas that had three or four mates and even have other omegas as mates too. Anyways.... After the embarrassing moment of presenting in front of the whole class Izuku and Shoto both walked up to him picked him up and took him back to the dorms to talk. See even though Izuku and Shoto were his mates they wanted to wait to do anything sexual until after high school and they were living together. So even though Katsuki was presenting and going through changes he wouldn't get his first heat until they marked him. Which Katsuki was fine with. On the night of there graduation from UA is when Katsuki has his first heat as his mates marked him and took care of him for 5 days. Since then the omega has only had one other heat. Anyways...

"Okay..." Katsuki breathed
" Did you just ask me if I get a period..."
Izuku blinked and turned his face away as he was blushing and mumbled out a "yes..."
At that moment Shoto came in the door and announced that he was home. Only to get no reply but he can smell that his mates are home. So he starts to walk down the hallway to see Izuku a blushing mess and Katsuki just staring at Izuku with a face of confusion.
"Umm Katsuki, you okay?" Shoto asked
"Well umm Shoto our dear Izuku here just asked me if I have a period." Katsuki explained
Shoto eyes got big and he blinked then looked at Izuku.
"Izuku don't you think that a bit um what's the word a private matter."
"Well the only reason I was asking was because I had heard from Kirishima and he mentioned that he had to get Denki pads and other stuff because it was his time of the month... So I just wanted to ask so we could be prepared."
"Okay well Katsuki do you have something you need to tell us." Enquired Shoto
Katsuki takes a few deep calming breaths that he was taught in therapy." Okay, yes it is true Izuku I do get a period but, I only have one had one so far since I've only had two heats. One that there was no time before it was triggered when we mated and then my second heat I only bled for a day which isn't uncommon for omegas who are still adjusting to there bodies if that makes sense."
" So Kacchan do we as your mates need to get you anything?" Izuku asked
Katsuki blushes"Yes, but I want to go with you to get it."
"That's okay Katsuki." Shoto adds in
As the three mates are in the car Shoto looks at Katsuki and put a hand on his leg. "What are you thinking about in that pretty head of yours." Shoto asks
"Well there is something else that I should mention but some omegas along with getting there period get fevers and flu like symptoms and honestly it kind of scares me." Katsuki explains while trembling slightly.
Izuku takes a moment as he just listened to what his omega said and takes a deep breathe and says," Listen Kacchan you have nothing to be worried about." All the while Izuku starts running his fingers through Katsuki's hair. "We will be there to take care of you and you know it is okay to be scared but just remember you have two Alpha's that will protect and care for you no matter what." While Izuku was saying all of this Katsuki starts to purr as he knows his mates were telling him the truth.
The rest of the car ride was filled with silence except for Katsuki gentle and steady purr.
Once the three arrived to the store they got out walked in and heading towards the omega section of the store. Once there Izuku and Shoto looked at Katsuki. "Do you know what you want to look at first?" Shoto asked
"Yes." As Katsuki started walking towards the pads and tampons area. Once there Katsuki started to look over whelmed and Shoto noticed. So calmly Shoto walked up to Katsuki and pulled him into a hug and realased some calming pheromones. "Hey what's wrong sweetheart?"
"I don't know what I need... What if I picked the wrong thing what if..."
"Shhhh" Izuku whispered as he came over and hugging his panicked mate.
"Okay let's do this, do you remember how your one day period was like?" Shoto whispered to Katsuki
"Ummm it was light."
"Okay, so let do this then I'm going to call my sister and ask her what she would suggest. Are you ok with that?" Shoto asked
"Yes, please..."
As Shoto walked away Izuku turned towards Katsuki and asked if he would like to look at other things while they waited. Katsuki nods and they head towards the omega medicine aisle. They pick up some pain medicine and fever reducers and fever patches and as they were looking at vitamins Shoto returns. "Okay so my sister actually gave me a lot of insight and I think I now know the best course to help you." As they walk back to the pads and tampons Shoto explain that his sister said they should get some bed pads in case you bleed through to protect the bed a hot pad for cramps and some different size pads for you to try and see which works best for you. At hearing all this Katsuki nods and allows Shoto to pick a few that his sister recommended. After that they collected a few other things and checked out.
Izuku looks at Katsuki and asks once they were home if he wanted to lay down for a few. Katsuki replies with a nod and that's where the mates leave it at. Once home Shoto says, he is going to order take out after he puts everything away. Izuku and Katsuki nods and walk towards their bedroom. Once there Katsuki lays down and Izuku sits on the edge of the bed and rubs Katsuki's back.
"So Kacchan do you know when your period start?" With the question being asked Katsuki looks up at him and nods and says," Any day now..." Katsuki mumbles with tears in his eyes. Izuku looks at him as he wipes the tears off Katsuki's face and asks why he didn't say anything sooner. All the while Izuku was thinking it's a good thing I asked them. " I was embarrassed and didn't want to burden you guys... I already have to when it's my heat didn't want to be a bother more." At this Izuku looks at Katsuki and says," I need you to look at me. You are not a burden you do not bother us. That's our jobs as Alpha's is to care and comfort our omega or omega's. You take care of us when we need you so let us return the favor." At hearing this Katsuki starts crying which alreted Shoto the Alpha came in and looked at Izuku and mouthed what's wrong. Izuku shakes is head and mouths not now.
At this point Shoto and Izuku join Katsuki on the bed and give him cuddles and the comfort that he needed until he fell asleep. Izuku then looks at Shoto and points towards the door and the Alpha's slowly one at time gets out of the bed making sure not to make there mate. "So what happened to make Katsuki cry?" Asks Shoto
"Well I had asked him if he knew when his period was going to start and that's when he said that it could be here any day now. Which led into him not wanting to tell us cause he feels like he is a burden cause of his heat and didn't want to bother us more." Izuku explained
As Izuku explained this the take out arrived and Shoto went to grab it. As Shoto was getting everything ready he looks at Izuku and explains some of the stuff his sister said. "So my sister said when I explained to her about being a bit emotional said that was normal and reminded me that she used to get like that before she would start." Izuku nodded as Shoto continued "So this is what we will do since it could be here any day before we go to bed tonight we will put the bed pad down , and then we will have Katsuki put a pad on in case he starts in the middle of the night. Does that sound like a plan Izuku?" The other Alpha just nodded and then asked if they should let Katsuki sleep a little longer to which Shoto nodded.
A hour later Shoto and Izuku were sitting on the couch Izuku was watching TV and Shoto was reading a book. When they heard a cough that came from the bedroom. Both Alpha's waited a few more minutes to hear any more signs of life. That's when they heard mate shuffle down the hallway. That's when Shoto noticed Katsuki's cheeks were red and he looked like he was sweaty. As Shoto noticed this he nudged Izuku and told him to look quietly. At that Izuku looked and whisped you think it's starting. Shoto nods and stands up to go plate Katsuki's food and sets it in front of the omega. Katsuki mumbles a thanks and slowly starts to eat.
"Hey Katsuki you feeling okay?" Shoto asks calmly
Katsuki starts to says yes but Shoto cuts him off by saying "The truth please." At hearing that Katsuki says "no." While looking down at his food Shoto puts his hand to Katsuki's forehead brushing his bangs back to feel how warm he is.
"Well Katsuki my love after you eat we need to go get you back in to bed. Does that sound ok?"
"Yes alpha." Katsuki says
"Hey Izuku?"
"Yes Shoto"
" Can you please go back to the bed room and put the bed pad on the bed and get our prescious omega some comfy clothes and put them in the bathroom please." Shoto asks calmly while running his fingers through Katsuki's hair.
Izuku doesn't say anything but gets up comes over to Katsuki and kisses his head and walks towards the bedroom.
As Izuku gets back there and gets everything ready he makes sure to grab a brand new pair of underwear that the bought for his period and put them in the bathroom. As Izuku was doing this he received a text from Shoto asking him to get a fever patch and put out a pad for Katsuki to put on.
Izuku replies and asked which pad he should grab and Shoto instead of texting comes back to the bedroom. "Hey so Katsuki just told me he has never put on on before so this is my plan we are both going to be in here to help him put it on together so he doesn't feel alone."
" I'm okay with that but do you know how to put one on because I don't.." Izuku explained
" Good point." Shoto says
" Well how about I call my mom and ask her for help." says Izuku
"Sounds good."
Izuku gets on his phone and calls his mom.
Ring, ring, ring... Hi baby!
" Hey mom I'm sorry to bother you ,but are you busy?"
"Nope I'm not busy what do you need, is everything okay?"
"Well Katsuki explained to me and Shoto that him having a period and all that stuff. But he has only had one period and it was one day and all this jazz and well now just admitted to me and Shoto he doesn't know how to put on a pad and neither do we but we want to help and show him can you help us...?"
" Izuku hunny you and Shoto are the sweetest Alpha's ever but, I think this might be something that his mom would be better equipped because I know when I had mine all I wanted was my mom so maybe call your Auntie and have her video call when you do it and let her guide him and just be there with him." Mama Inko explained then asked Shoto a question that made him remember something.
"Shoto hunny you have a sister don't you?"
"Yes ma'am I do but what does this have to do with Katsuki."
" Well hunny was your mom still there when your sister started her period?"
No sadly she was not Shoto answered and then he remembered how their dad had to be the one to help his sister with her first period and how uncomfortable she felt without her momma.
" Momma Inko you are completely right in that moment all you want is your mom to help you."
" Yep so Izuku hun call your Auntie Mitsuki and explain to her everything that's going on."
" I will mom love you and thank you!" Izuku says
" I love you both give my other baby a hug for me!"
"We will bye."
"Alrighty then let me call Auntie really quick and explain you want to go out there and check on our prescious baby?" Izuku asks
Shoto nods and walks out to find Katsuki still eating.
Back in the bedroom Izuku calls his Auntie and explained everything to her and she said that when they were ready to video call her and that she would guide her pup through it.
Right as Izuku got off the phone Shoto walked in the bedroom with Katsuki.
" Hey hunny" Izuku coos at Katsuki as he walks up to him and hugs him
"How are you feeling?"
Katsuki leans into Izuku's touch and answers him with a "I don't feel good alpha."
" That's ok let's go into the bathroom real quick and get you settled then we are going to video call someone real quick okay?"
"Yes alpha." Katsuki says
The Alpha's lead the way to the bathroom as Izuku texts Katsukis mom to see if she was ready.
As Katsuki sat down on the toilet lid did he hear a familiar voice.
"Momma.."
Katsuki cries as Izuku hands the omega his phone.
" Hey brat, you okay you look like you don't feel well at all?"
" No, I don't and I'm scared ."
"Awe pup there isn't any reason to be scared you have two great Alpha's that love and want to take care of you."
Izuku looked at Katsuki and said that he and Shoto are going to the bedroom and if he needed us to yell out.
As the door shut that's when Mitsuki started talking.
" Alright pup having your period are ya?"
Katsuki nods embarrassed
" Katsuki look at me, there is nothing to be upset about. It's normal for male omegas to have a period even though they don't get them until after they mate and all that jazz."
Katsuki looks at his mom and nods so she continues
" So Izuku told me you had a one day period what did you use to deal with that since I also know you've never used a pad before."
Katsuki looks at his mom and takes a breathe as he explains he used toilet paper and just put it in his underwear.
Mitsuki listened and nodded.
" Okay pup I'm going to teach you then how to use a pad then, I'll explain how to use a tampon but I'm not showing you in case you want to use one."
Back in the bedroom Izuku and Shoto gets the bed pad ready and the hot pad ready.
" You think he is okay?" Shoto ponders
"Yeah I think so I know Auntie can be overbearing sometimes but, when I explained everything to her she was calm and understood completely.
That's when Izuku and Shoto both smelled Katsuki distressed scent and ran to the bathroom. Izuku knocked on the door and asked if Katsuki okay. When all he got back was a sob and heard Mitsuki say they needed to come that's all it took for the Alpha's to not break down the door and panic.
When the Alpha's got into the bathroom they noticed 3 things. 1 there omega was sobbing his eyes out. 2. Mitsuki was trying to calm her pup down. Finally number 3. There was a ripped up pad on the floor.
Shoto walked up to Katsuki and got down to his level and cooed at him," Hey, hey what's wrong sweetheart... Shhh calm down it's alright whatever it is we can help you ,but you have to calm down."
" I..I... Can't alpha I can't please don't be mad please." Sobbed Katsuki.
Izuku comes over and grabs the phone and starts talking to Mitsuki.
" What happened?"Izuku asked pacing around the bedroom panicking just a little bit about his Kacchan.
"Well when I was getting ready to show him how to put on the pad he looked in his underwear and saw blood. He panicked thinking you guys would be upset especially if he bled on the bed or the kitchen chair." Mitsuki explained how she tried to calm him down and nothing was working and that it isn't uncommon for omegas or even females in general to get really emotional around that time.
Izuku nodded and asked his auntie to explain to him how to put a pad on so he could help Katsuki after he calmed down.
She showed Izuku how to do it and said she call later to check up on him. Izuku after saying goodbye took a deep breathe and headed back into the bathroom. Relieved to see Katsuki has calmed down. Izuku then got down in front of Katsuki and said softly, " Hey can you look at me baby?" At hearing that Katsuki looked up at him.
"Listen, you have nothing to worry about no one is going to be mad at you okay; I know it probably really scared you to see that you started and just not feeling well on top of it just really makes it crazier than expected. But it's okay we are here to help you. So let's get your pants off and underwear off okay your mom showed me how to put the pad on and Shoto and I will continue to help you until you get down and feel comfortable okay."
While Izuku was explaining everything Shoto was just running his fingers through Katsuki's hair trying to soothe the omega and amazed at how well Izuku and him were remaining so calm and collected right now. After Izuku put on Katsuki pad and helped him stand up they went into the bedroom. Shoto going to find a thermometer to check Katsuki's temperature and Izuku just getting the omega comfortable.
"Alright sweetheart open your mouth please." Shoto asked softly to which Katsuki did. Waiting for the thermometer to beep Izuku went to the kitchen got pain medicine and a fever reducer to help and a glass of water to take it with. Beep, beep, beep Shoto pulls the thermometer out and reads it.
" Wow, sweetheart you're at 101.5 let's get that medicine in you put a fever patch on you and get you to sleep... Sound like a plan?"
All Katsuki did was nod but you could tell the poor omega just didn't feel well at all and wanted comforted. That's exactly what the alpha's did they climbed into bed and hugged the omega and soothing him until he fell asleep.
Izuku looked at Shoto and said," I'm glad he is allowing us to help him because when we were younger he wouldn't allow anyone to help not even when he fell and broke his arm."
" Wow, I never knew that..." Says Shoto
" Yep when he got home I guess he tried to hide it and auntie found out and took him to the hospital." Replied Izuku
" Well no matter what he will have us to help take of him no matter what heats, periods, sickness, pups all of that he will not be alone in this." Explain Shoto
Izuku looked at Shoto and knew exactly what he meant Katsuki was their omega and they will be there for him no matter what.
