Team seven was waiting for their sensei in their usual meeting spot, Sakura was resting, leaning against a tree while daydreaming about Sasuke wich stood at the top of a tree glaring at the air, Naruto leaned against another tree asleep but every one of his team member knew better that to call him on it
A puff of smoke caught his attention, he sniffed the air and opened his red eyes to see that it was Kakashi that was there with his usual smile on his face
"Yo" He greeted as Sakura jumped up and screamed about his tardiness, Sasuke looked just as pissed, Naruto barely acknowledged his presence but it was usual with him, he barely acknowledged anyone beside the Hokage and it was because he had no choice
The copy nin again scratched the back of his head, "Sorry, Kurenai was sick so I had to go give her a case full of rats"
Sakura and Sasuke sweat dropped at this, Naruto got back to sleep
He laughed nervously, and decided to break the silence "Well, I have good news" He said smiling, pulling out three slips of paper he handed it to the two teenagers in front of him "These are qualification papers for the chuunin exams, its not necessary for all of you to take it, should you decide to take it sign the slip and present it at the examination building tomorrow"
That said, the copy ninja vanished in a puff of smoke
Naruto rose up and walked towards his two teamates and took one of the paper out of Sakura's hand and started walking back toward his appartement but was interrupted by Sakura asking "Will the two of you be going"
Sasuke nodded, yes he was going giving her her answer as well, she would go to impress him
Naruto answer was a brief growl but she realised that he wouldn't have his inscription paper in hand if he wasn't going, she hadn't spent much time with him but she knew he wouldn't do useless thing so him taking the paper was his answer
He leaved in a swirl of leaves to Sasuke's ire, they were the same age but Naruto surpassed him on every point a nobody who got to join a team without going to the academy, when Sasuke had exiged his Jutsu's after his showdown with Kakashi Naruto just flat out punched him in the face, after that the more time passed the more he realised how outclassed he was and he hated it
As he leaved Naruto heard a new voice but they also didn't smelled like the usual villager, they smelled like sand
"Be more careful next time will ya" He heard the Sand shinobi grumble as he set a kid down and start getting in an argument with him, he recognised the kid as the Hokage grandson
Konohamaru continued his argument with the Suna Shinobi, that tried to backhanded him but a dark figure swooped in and grabbed the ninja wrist
"What's up Kankuro you're going soft with your old age, getting caught like that" said Suna Kunoichi as she walked up behind her colleague
Two v one, still easy to kill the two, but his senses caught another presence, this one was…different, oddly familiar, a Jinchuuriki
"Come out" grounded out Naruto looking at the tree
A red haired ninja jumped out of the tree and landed fluidly on the ground looking at Naruto dead in the eyes, the two looked at each other in a tense silence judging each other
"We leave Kankuro don't make me kill you" said the red head before turning and start leaving, the two turned pale at his threat obviously believing it real
Naruto squeezed the guy wrist hard before he let him go, Kankuro flew cradling his bruising wrist
"Thank you" said Konohamaru admiration in hid eyes but it got shot down when Naruto turned toward him, the two red orbs that were hid eyes were cold and olding nothing but disdain
"You're the Hokage grandchild, an important target for other villages, try to act like you're at least aware of it and not a bratty kid" was all Naruto said before he leaved the kid and his friend alone on the street
The night was falling when Naruto felt it, this chakra type was impossible to miss, Jinchuuriki, and two of them, he rosed up from his cross legged posture and grabbed a shirt, he needed to see who that was
Naruto was jumping from roof to roof his black hair swinging in the wind, he turned his eyes to the left to see that he was indeed followed by Anbu's, it was stupid he could just use the fox power and get rid of them but it would make the old geezer more wary of him, he had started to be wary of Naruto six year ago when he had used the demon fox to kill a mob wich planned on beating him up, they were all killed by a six year old and since then he had made the village realised what a demon realy was
He had stole some jutsu to learn for himself and he had even got a peek at the forbiden scroll and learned the Kage bushin, now he used them to speed up his training and while he had only access to four basic spell, he had made a deal with the fox to learn the tailed beast skills so he was cool with what he had and was starting to merge his differents skill to create his own style
He arrived at the village doors and sat on the roof waiting for the two presence to come, if they were on his level they would sens him as well, if not he wasn't interested in weakling
He hadn't got to wait long as a group of people arrived at the doors their were seven people here, the two jinkurichi, two kage level and the rest wasn't interesting
The two Jinchuuriki head snapped in his direction the moment they entered, no, the blond girl had noticed him first the other one had been slower not because he wasn't as strong but because the blond beast was a sensory type
Yep that's Nibii, the demon cat
So the lazy fox is up thought Naruto to is tenant wich growled at him
He jumped and landed in front of the party, the two Jinchuuriki raised their eyebrow at the bold move, it was not the ninja way to reveal yourself but he came to see if they were fun to fight
The black man with an elbow tatoo got in front of the biggest man Naruto had ever seen while one of the girl also got ready to act in case of an attack, meaning big guy was important and judging by his chakra level this guy was a kage so a bit of a bad move
He raised his hand "I don't care about this guy" he said pointing at the kage "I wanna chat with those two" this time he was pointing at the two jinkurichi
"And why that" yelled a red head from the back
He could lie, he could leave or he could do what he was about to do "Because we're the same" and he flicked a bit of the fox chakra to emphasis his point
The whole whole group eyes widened in realisation "Jinchuu...riki" muttered the Kage
"Yes I am the Konoha Jinchuuriki, Naruto Uzumaki" he said calmly but not respectfully either
"It's up to them if they wanna talk, as for you I have a question myself, you said your name was Uzumaki any relation to Kushina Uzumaki" asked the Kage
"I don't know, never knew my parents" grounded out Naruto in a growl
"How about I tell you about her, since I'm sure you're her child, not now but later" and he turned toward a spot behind Naruto "Hello Hokage, you look good for your age"
Naruto was berating himself he had let the shock of the possibility of knowing his familly overcame his awarness and he had not sensed the Hokage, wait if this guy knew his mother the Hokage had to has well, his anger rose and he nearly attacked him but he squared himself
"Nice to see you to Raikage, I'm sad to see that your still too youg to appreciate the wisdom of your elder"
As if a guy wich willingly made kids into weapon was wise but he made no comment
"Well Bee and Yugito wanted to see Konoha so can we ask for a tour guide that can act as a bodyguard who will not have biase toward Jinchuuriki" asked the Raikage
Naruto understood immediatly "I'll do it, I'm a Jinchuuriki myself so it won't be a problem for me and I know the village like the back of my hand"
And Hiruzen oppened his mouth to speak "Good I entrust their safety to you for the duration of the Chunin exam, what do you wish as a payement" Oh, Naruto liked this guy brazenly messsing with the Hokage
"Anything you have on Kushina Uzumaki"
The old man eyes bugged out at the name, so she was really his mother and the old man always knew it, hiding the only question he wanted answer on, he schooled himself once more not showing his anger
The Raikage walked toward him and they shook hands "Glad to work with you, I hope this can built a relationship between our respectives villages"
"I was thinking the same thing" answered Naruto
"Well let's" said the guy with the tatoo
Once they were on the street they started to visit the touristic spot if they could be dubbed like that
"So will you be in the exam, I'm Karui by the way" said the red head from earlier
"Yes, I will" short yet courteous enough
"I would ask you not to try to target my team if I liked them but I don't and beside your teamate no one is on my level in your group" he said pointing at Yugito
"How do you know that" asked Yugito briskly she didn't like being underestimated
"Your tail beast knows mine, or at least mine recognized yours, the two tailed demon cat"
"Well yes mine said you were with the nine tail fox but she also added that you were the first one trying to fight with and not against him"
Interesting so tail beast can chat between each other, since they never met before and the lazy oversized beast never spoke while they were chatting
"Yes I am, he's the only being in the village who didn't actively tried to kill me and since if I die he die we agreed on a deal, since you two already knew I can assume it's the same for you"
"Yes and no, Bee made friend with his, me and Nibii are on an agreement" said Yugito
Naruto rose an eyebrow at that, this guy wich was flirting in rap with a shop owner had made a friend out of the eight tail, maybe he was more than a dumbass
He could smell the Anbu following them and he could tell Yugito, Bee and the tatoo guy had as well
"They're following me'' said Naruto wich caused Yugito to raise an eyebrow "I'm a giant mass of chakra and anger ready to blow up at each provocation, they're here to make sure I don't kill any villagers unprovoked" explained Naruto while showing them where their hotel was
"And if you are, provoked" asked Omoi but Naruto wasn't sure if it was his name "Then that's their fault if they die" the coldness took them by surprise, beside Yugito and Bee none of them knew what the life of a Jinchuuriki realy was "Even if their member of your village" asked Karui
"We're not from the same village, I'm trapped in it, no one here his worth living, so no it won't pose any problem" that's why he hadn't gone rogue yet, one he needed to be a Chunin to leave the village without Kakashi following and two he needed to get stronger because for all his strength he couldn't take on the higher ranked jounin or the old Hiruzen
He lead them to the training areas "this one is the best if you don't wanna be disturbed beside Anko and me no one use it"
"Why"
"Because it's next to the forest of death, the being that live here would kill anyone beside mid Chunin level" the two non Jinchuuriki of team Bee gulped a bit frightened "Don't worry as long as a jinkurichi is near they won try anything the tail beast fright them"
"I'll bring you back to the hotel the exam start in three day so we'll do the rest of the visit tomorrow''
"Would you agree to a spar tomorrow morning" asked Yugito a competitive glint in her eyes, she wanted to know the level of a Jinchuuriki her age it would be fun
"Why not I'll meet you there at ten" it was why he had came to them, the red head was unable to use his tail beast power so he didn't interested Naruto but her she was able to draw in her beast chakra it would be fun to fight her
That and the cat wouldn't have chosen a weak host said the fox in his head
Even better thought back Naruto
Tomorrow would be fun
