Work Text:
- "Let's be clear, we will never call our son Wilhuff" was his first reaction to the announcement of your child's gender.
- A few months later, Wilhuff was born. It was an excellent compromise to prevent his grandfather from drowning him at birth, because his grandson bears the name Krennic. (And also because Orson can't deny you ANYTHING - even if he claims otherwise).
-Before he was a father, Orson Krennic was a ruthless man. Ready to do anything for his own success and social advancement. Today it's exactly the same, but he includes the success of his children in his objectives, which makes him all the more dreadfull. They don't have to worry about their future.
-But he will never tell them. Because Orson is a demanding man with everyone. With them in particular. Coming from a modest background, he refuses that his children imagine that everything is acquired with ease.
-Does that prevent him from showering them with gifts? Of course not. You have had to restrain your husband several times on this subject. But nothing is perfect enough for them. Nothing is beautiful enough, nothing is refined enough.
-From your pregnancy he tried to make everything perfect: better doctor, better hospital, better care. Nothing is too good for you and your children. He will also be very involved in their education, choose the best school, the best nurse. There is no financial limit to their need.
- His work is and always will be one of his top priorities. But no one should rely on Director Krennic on back-to-school day, graduation, or the end-of-year show. He will always be there to encourage his children, no matter what he has to put aside for that.
-Although he made a commitment with himself to leave his children to fend for themselves as much as possible. And that is what he will apparently do. He would not hesitate for a second to intervene discreetly if someone were to attack them. A little routine check at the home of an overly belligerent comrade, it happened quickly...
- He can also count on their grandfather for support. What makes an alliance almost unexpected.
-You also surprised them one evening in the middle of a discussion on a strategy to intimidate Théodore's parents after the latter jostled Wilhuff in the playground.
-He sometimes gets annoyed by your levity. Especially when you laugh at your children's nonsense while he advocates severity...
- Well ok, he is absolutely not credible when he reprimands you with a smile on his lips, amused by the big innocent eyes of your child caught in the act.
- Seeing him asleep on the sofa cradling your child, a file in the other hand is the most touching image you have seen in your life. (The photo is on your datapad, but he doesn't know it yet).
-Galen Erso may be the godfather of your eldest son.
-It is also possible that the latter does not get along at all with Jyn.
-It is possible that you and Lyra made bets on a potential marriage between your children.
