Work Text:
It was nearly the summer holidays and most of the school was streaming down the path to the front gates to enjoy one final day in Hogsmeade.
Lucy Weasley and Lysander Scamander did not join them. Instead Lysander was hovering just outside the castle doors, holding a great wicker basket under one arm.
They wandered out to the other side of the great lake before settling down on the bank to have their picnic.
"Sorry about this," Lysander said. "It was this or the Hog's Head. If I had a galleon to my name…"
Lucy silenced him with a kiss.
