Aftermath (Jackson's Diary Fanfic!!!)

Summary:

Taking place after episodes 105-107, Exer and David's relationship is put to the test. Having gone through thick and thin in their kinship, the two learn to find the best of situations, leaving this one even stronger. Jackson and Exer's worlds seemingly crumble, the boys lost and confounded under this senior year pressure. With their newfound knowledge, what's the plan from here? How will Jackson proceed with his power, how will Exer keep his at bay?

HEYYY so this is my first ever fanfic. I'm very new to ao3 so advice and critiques on not just the writing but the formatting would be appreciated!! I hope you enjoy, and please be warned this briefly covers serious and upsetting topics. Chapter 1: Where We First Met

This is my first time ever making a fanfic or using ao3, so I'm not too sure what to include. I guess the content can be triggering, so I advise reading carefully as I do my best to accurately represent the characters and their troubles. Mentions and depicts child abuse and David's trauma, implies and possibly depicts urges to self harm and poor mental health from Jackson, and generally this fanfic will briefly cover serious topics that can be upsetting. So I apologize if it's depressing, again this is my first time, and I hope you can somehow enjoy!!
