Summary
Lily Evans-Potter never died, because baby Henriette wasn't in Godric's Hollow. Lily managed to defeat Voldemort at the cost of her legs, and she fled to Canada in the aftermath, not keen on the fame of being the 'Mother-Who-Lived'. She even changed their last name to Levesque.
Henriette turned out to be nonbinary and wanted to be called Maple. Lily just wanted them to be happy, so she did her best to raise them well and happy.
Now they've returned to the Isles to face what awaits them. A Pureblood Society enraged with Maple's exorbitant inheritance, a conniving old man who has far too many plots, and an old friend-turned-bastard who Lily wants nothing more than to see rotting in Azkaban.
Hopefully Maple can handle the heat with their Mother's help... though there's more than meets the eye with Maple Levesque.
