[ Incident 1 ]
It was a sunny February afternoon. After weeks of grueling planning, all ten members of WJSN were finally able to sync their days off. The girls tasked with buying the ingredients for their hotpot dinner soon arrived at the dorm. The others were still on the way. (Even Jiyeon was coming over despite her schedule having just been freed up.) They haven’t hung out together in a long while and although some of them would rather not admit it, the girls missed each other.
“Unnie, what time will Jiyeon unnie be here?” Dayoung asked as she placed the grocery bags on top of the kitchen counter. Sojung entered soon after, carrying a box of soju and organizing them into the freezer. Dawon followed suit with a stack of two boxes. Dayoung quickly goes over to help, taking one of the boxes and setting them down near the fridge.
Busy stacking the groceries into their storage, Sojung’s reply was slightly muffled. “She didn’t mention anything to me, maybe she told Juyeon?”
“Okay.” The blonde quickly washes her hands before heading towards Juyeon’s room.
On her way, Dayoung noticed that there was already music coming from the living area and upon further investigation, a person had already arrived. Hyunjung was sitting on the sofa, wearing a slightly oversized blue sweater and softly bobbed her head along to the song playing out of the bluetooth speakers. “Hi unnie, did you choose the music?” The blonde greets, causing Hyunjung to look up, her glasses falling down her nose bridge a bit. She presses her lips into a smile before nodding in answer. Dayoung smiles sweetly, “can you queue in Taeyeon sunbaenim ’s music for me?” The girl nods.
“Did you have a specific song in mind?” Hyunjung looks back down at her phone and begins searching.
“Not really, any one of her songs will do.” Dayoung continues her journey towards Juyeon’s room when she hears Hyunjung yell out, “I’ll queue in Weekend , that good?” The blonde yells back in response, “Yeah! That’s good, thank you unnie!”
Finally reaching her destination, Dayoung knocks twice on Juyeon’s door before barging in, “Unnie!” The girl had just finished putting on her shirt, her back was to the door before she turned to face Dayoung, “yeah?”
“Did Jiyeon unnie tell you what time she’s coming over?” The taller girl raised an eyebrow, “Nope,” she tilted her head slightly to the side, “was she supposed to?”
“No, but I’m just worried she might be–”
The doorbell rings.
“Dayoung! Get the door!” Sojung immediately calls out.
“It might be her,” Juyeon tells the blonde before turning back around to organize the things on her table.
“Gotcha!” the blonde responds before heading out of the room. Passing by the living room, she does a quick glance to check in. She realizes that instead of just Hyunjung, someone else was also already in the room. Oh? Her steps halts and she tilts her head slightly before taking a few steps backwards, it's Soobin unnie.
Hyunjung and Soobin were on the couch. Normal . Soobin was sitting on Hyunjung’s lap. O..kay? The couch was empty except for the two of them and looking closer, Dayoung noticed Hyunjung's hand underneath Soobin's shirt. She was caressing her bare stomach. Hold on, that's a bit… and then Soobin giggles. The two were whispering to each other, both with wide smiles on their faces and Hyunjung can't seem to stop looking at Soobin's lips or is that just my imagination?
Dayoung is pulled out of her trance when Sojung yells, “Dayoung! The door!” This also catches Juyeon’s attention, who quickly exits her room. “Oy Juju! What are you doing just standing there, unnie already called you twice.” The girl strides towards the blonde. “What are you even looking… at…” The taller one’s voice trailed off as she joined Dayoung in witnessing the two girls on the couch giggling into each other’s space. Both of them looked cozy being wrapped up in each other.
Juyeon sighs and softly nudges Dayoung towards the front door, “Just let the newlyweds be and get the door, Jiyeon unnie is outside, she just sent me a message asking what’s taking so long.” Dayoung took one last look at Hyunjung and Soobin, they’re always so flirty with each other. She heads to the door to welcome their guest with a hug. “I missed you unnie!” says the blonde as Juyeon goes to the kitchen to help set up the stove and ingredients for their dinner.
The scene from the living room was forgotten shortly after.
[ Incident 2 ]
“Good morning!” Yeonjung energetically greeted as she entered the practice room. It was still early and there was only one other person inside. She felt proud being an early bird this time around. Heh, got here before Luda unnie.
“Good morning Yeonjungie,” Dawon responded, her tone sounding soft but sweet. She arrived just a few moments before Yeonjung and was fixing her things. Making sure her water and towel were ready, she turns to face the younger girl, “you’re up early, are you excited for practice?”
Yeonjung chuckles before setting her bag down, “a little bit, aren’t you?” The taller girl plays a song from her phone and begins her warm up stretches. “Of course I am. It’s been a while since we had a comeback,” she responds. Yeonjung quickly sets her bag down and joins her. She faces the mirror and begins. Dawon’s abs and arms were on full display because of her crop top, the way they flexed everytime the taller girl turned whichever way was nothing short of mesmerizing. Yeonjung tries not to stare. Crazy body… her throat dries up.
A muffled noise is heard from outside the room. The two girls look at each other through the mirror as Dawon lowers the volume of her phone. They listen in as the noise gets louder and closer.
The entrance to the practice room bangs open and Soobin rushes into the room. Hyunjung is right behind her, power walking to keep up. Dawon stops her music.
“I don’t get why you can’t just use the pink top I bought you, it would’ve looked cute with your outfit today,” Soobin said, visibly frustrated. She heads towards the bench to set down her bag and water.
“Soobin-ah,” Hyunjung starts. “You asked me to wear the shirt after we already met up, I already had an outfit on. It would’ve been a waste of time to go back just to change into it.” She places her bag next to Soobin’s. The smaller girl abruptly turns to face her, “It was time that we could’ve wasted, we met up early!” The taller girl avoids her eyes and just sighs. Soobin sees this and frowns.
Well this is awkward. Yeonjung looks away from the two, choosing to instead focus her attention back at Dawon, who was also making a poor attempt to not look like she witnessed what just happened.
“Whatever,” The smaller girl stomps to the door, “I’m gonna go get food.” She exits with her phone and wallet in hand. Yeonjung and Dawon let out a breath of relief.
“Hey- Yeobo ! Soobin-ah! wait for-” Hyunjung huffs in frustration, realizing the other girl was already too far to hear her. She settled her things quickly before checking Soobin’s bag as well, she wanted to make sure it was closed. Looking at the other two in the room she asks, “have you two had breakfast?” Dawon and Yeonjung shook their heads. Hyunjung nods before getting her wallet and heading towards the door. “I’ll get us breakfast, just message what you want through the group chat,” and she was out.
Yeonjung looked at Dawon who had followed the older girl with her eyes, “what do you think happened unnie?” Dawon stands up before letting out a deep breath and shrugging her shoulders. Yeonjung recounts her own evening: a small glass of whiskey in hand as she comfortably watched a late night drama in her living room. She remembers distinctly ignoring the soft buzzing of her phone, not wanting to be bothered during her moment of rest. Did something happen last night?
She went to get her phone and there were a few new messages in their group chat. The most recent ones were sent the night before.
Soobly_S2: @seola_s answer your phone
Soobly_S2: hey
Soobly_S2: honeyy
Soobly_S2: :((((
Soobly_S2: answer meee
–
Dayomi99: @seola_s unnie your honey is waiting for you
Eeunseo._.v: Yomi-ah, lower your speaker volume I have an exam tomorrow
–
Eeunseo._.v: thank you
Dayomi99: Good luck unnie ^-^
“Maybe Seola unnie didn’t answer her calls last night?” Yeonjung asks no one in particular. Dawon plays her music and continues to warm up.
Yeonjung sits and decides to just scroll through instagram. It'll still be a while before everyone is here, I might as well relax before Dayoung arrives.
The first story she sees was from Yeoreum, it was a short video of her dog, Yeolmu, doing a trick and being hand-fed a treat. What a cutiepie. After a few more taps and swiping, she sees Hyunjung’s story. Posted 10 hours ago. The first was a photo of Hyunjung in front of a mirror with another girl, there was a caption saying, “Dinner with this one.” So she was out with someone and wasn’t able to answer Soobin unnie? The second was a boomerang of Hunjung posing with a paper bag underneath a streetlight, captioned with: “Thank you for the gift, I’ll wear it soon 💗” Maybe this is why Soobin-unnie is in a mood. She contemplated the situation a bit. Oh well, I’m sure they’ll make up soon.
Yeonjung closes the app when she notices the time, “What do you want for breakfast unnie? I’ll send a message now.”
“Bagel and iced coffee please, thank you.”
“Gotcha,” she quickly sends a message in the group chat before going to continue her warm ups.
—--------------
Hyunjung and Soobin arrive in the room together, paper bags and drinks in hand. “We’ve got breakfast!” Hyunjung announced into the room, causing Dawon and Yeonjung to look in their direction.
“Thank you unnie!” Yeonjung greets enthusiastically. Dawon smiles and silently mouths a ‘thank you’ as she makes her way towards the two, hands reached out.
Soobin quickly and carefully hands out their orders before walking to the other side of the room, where Hyunjung was, and sets up her own meal.
Dawon walks to Yeonjung, food in hand. They set up their meals silently and proceed to eat. For a few moments, only the gentle whir of the air conditioner was heard in the room.
"Yah!" Hyunjung yells out.
Surprised and curious, Yeonjung looks at Hyunjung through the mirror and observes. She sees the two girls sitting down facing each other, smiling. Nudging Dawon, she points towards the two with her eyes.
Hyunjung was trying to hold back her laughter. “Just try it yeobo , it’s really good.” Soobin had her hand out, trying to feed Hyunjung a piece of her blueberry muffin, “then after, you can give me a piece of your bagel so that we’re even.”
The older girl moved her hand to block Soobin’s from coming any closer to her mouth, “I’m not questioning the taste, I just don’t see the point of why you only bought a muffin if you wanted to eat the bagel too.” She tries to move her head further away, her shoulder accidentally knocking Soobin’s arm. “Ah look! The blueberry piece is falling!” The girl whined, pushing her hand further towards Hyunjung’s face, the pastry nearly touching her cheek.
The taller girl sighs, rolling her eyes playfully. “You seriously should’ve just bought your own bagel Soobin-ah.” She gives in, leaning her head towards Soobin’s hand. The smaller girl doesn’t hold back her grin as she takes a bite.“I might’ve had leftovers otherwise unnie, it’s smarter this way.” Soobin says as Hyunjung pulls back, chewing with an unimpressed look on her face, “and food is more delicious when shared, don’t you think?” She teases, licking the crumbs off her fingers before reaching out to get a piece of Hyunjung's bagel.
She makes a sound of appreciation and looks at the muffin before swallowing, “maybe I should’ve gotten the blueberry muffin instead.” Soobin giggles in triumph, taking a sip of her iced coffee.
Yeonjung and Dawon look at each other. “I guess they made up?” Yeonjung whispers. “I guess so,” Dawon whispers back.
[ Incident 3 ]
Soobin and Hyunjung had a schedule today, just the two of them. Jiyeon decided to relax and tune in. They said it would be around 8pm. She sits comfortably on her couch and turns the television on.
Soobin’s smiling face mid-laugh is what greets her.
“So it seems the two of you know each other very well, yeah?” The male host says, addressing the two girls while holding back his own laughter.
Hyunjung and Soobin glance at each other, smiles on their faces. The older girl rolled her eyes and looked away first while the other girl just giggled.
The subtitle reads “A question that doesn’t need an answer because of how lovey-dovey they naturally are.”
Jiyeon chuckles.
The host continues to interview the two of them, asking questions Jiyeon already knew the answers to. She was there, of course I’d know .
She thinks back on the months after their debut, how Seola confided in her about her growing feelings for the other girl. She didn’t quite understand then, but after years of being witness to the two of them she thinks she gets it now.
—-
“You know what could happen if our managers find out, right unnie?” Jiyeon can feel Sojung staring at them from the top bunk. At this point, only the two of them were comfortable enough to confront the older girl like this. “We just started,” she adds, voice breaking.
Hyunjung’s paused, her hand was already wrapped around the door knob.
Desperate and worried, Jiyeon asks,“Are you willing to risk your career just to be with her?”
Hyunjung turns her head to look her in the eyes. Jiyeon saw nothing but determination. The girl leaves, closing the door behind her.
“Jiyeon-ah…” Sojung calls out to her, voice soft. She feels arms enveloping her in a gentle embrace. Jiyeon’s already crying. I guess that’s her choice .
—-
“Jiyeon-ah,” A voice calls out from the kitchen, “why don’t you have any groceries? You really should keep some in storage.” Sojung pops into the living room, a plastic bag in hand full of snacks.
“I wasn’t home much the past few months so there wasn’t any point,” Jiyeon pretends to melt on the couch, her body taking up the entire space. “ I’ll go buy some tomorrow.”
Sojung walks over and plops the plastic bag on the table, “Move.” Jiyeon sits back up and the girl sits next to her. The smaller girl’s arms swiftly move to wrap around her waist.
Sojung moves to take out the snacks and drinks, “did you miss me?” Jiyeon just buries her face into Sojung’s back.
“ Unnie! Why are you laughing? It tastes really bad. Here, come on, take a sip.” Soobin’s voice resounds from the television, sounding undoubtedly happy even through the speakers. She’s in love after all.
Jiyeon peeks from Sojung’s shoulder. She feels the girl moving, setting up the snacks and the table for both of them. On the screen, Huunjung takes a quick sip of the drink from Soobin’s hands before immediately wincing. She backs away, quickly getting the small plastic cup filled with water and swallowing it all in one go. Jiyeon laughs to herself, poor unnie.
“See?” Soobin teases, not holding back her laughter as she observes the older girl.
Although she had her reservations, Jiyeon was happy that the two girls found a way. It’s their happiness that matters. “They’re cute.” She mumbles, arms tightening around Sojung’s waist . “Did you want to go with them?” The other girl asks, already finished portioning their dinner.
“Nope.” Sitting up and breaking her chopsticks, Jiyeon chuckles. As if I’d want to be their third wheel . She pours out the drinks and offers a glass to Sojung. “I’d want to go on a vacation with you though.”
“We can do that.” The taller girl replies, taking a sip. Her eyes focused on the screen and a neutral expression on her face. Jiyeon already saw her holding back a smile though.
She reaches out to tuck Sojung’s hair behind her ear. Your face feels warm, Sojung.
“Let’s do that soon,” Jiyeon tells her softly, a gentle smile on her face.
They continue to watch the love-birds on screen as they eat dinner, laughing when Hyunjung makes a confident guess to the host’s question on snack names and ending up completely wrong.
[ Incident 4 ]
The girls have been invited to perform at a festival abroad and their company flew them out early to prepare. Everyone was excited since their manager told them before their flight that they had the next two days to themselves. ‘ Go have fun! Just make sure to still be ready for rehearsals on time.’ Plans were quickly made.
Luda wasn’t an exception, she was excited to go out and explore the city. Wanting company, she invites Yeoreum along.
They decided to get drinks and a few snacks before heading to the park near their hotel to have an early picnic. “Yeah unnie, there were outdoor benches there. Eunseo unnie said she saw it on the way here,” said the younger of the pair. Luda liked it, people-watching with Yeoreum was never a bad idea.
They arrive and spot a bench right under a shade. They sit comfortably as Luda plays a playlist on shuffle. A sweet sounding song she currently doesn’t remember the title of starts to play.
A few meters away was a young boy playing fetch with a golden retriever, both were running around under the bright sun. The boy’s laughter was far-away and faint but it didn’t fail to reach Luda’s ears. She couldn’t help the gentle warmth that spread in her chest as she remembered her own puppy back home. I miss Banggu. She turns to Yeoreum who was scrolling through her phone, “Hey Yeoreum-ah.” The girl looks back at Luda, “yes unnie?”
Luda opens her mouth to ask Yeoreum about Yeolmu when she notices something a few meters away. She squints. Confused and curious as to what had gotten her unnie’s attention, Yeoreum turns her head to look in the same direction.
Two girls were walking together with their hands intertwined. The shorter of the two led the way. Based on how animated their movements were, they seemed to be having fun. The taller of the two suddenly stood still and held the other girl back. They were far away so the details weren’t very clear but based on their movements, it wasn’t hard to understand what was happening. The taller girls’ arm slowly wrapped around the other’s waist and the shorter one tilted her head, tiptoeing up. Their faces leaned into each other. Yeoreum lets out a soft “oh.” After a few moments, the taller one pulls away and tucks the other girl’s hair behind her ear.
Yeoreum looks away, feeling a bit shy having witnessed a romantic moment between strangers she didn’t know. She goes back to scrolling through her phone. Luda continued to look, her eyebrows furrowed. She leans forward, trying to get a clearer look of the scene before her.
“Hey Yeoreum-ah,”
Yeoreum kept her eyes to her phone, “yes unnie?”
“Don’t those two look like Seola and Soobin unnie?”
Yeoreum’s attention quickly goes back to the two girls. They’re closer now and the path they’re walking will have them pass by Yeoreum and Luda in just a few moments. The taller girl’s hair was tied up and her bangs were parted to the side but it was their Seola unnie, and while she had a cap on that covered most of her face, it was clear that the other girl was Soobin. Oh my god, Yeoreum panics internally.
When it became obvious that the pair would inevitably pass them, Yeoreum and Luda quickly adjusted their position in an attempt to hide their faces from the two. Luda looked the other direction and brought her drink up to take a long sip while Yeoreum sat up straight and opened her phone camera to look like she was in the middle of taking selfies.
“Oh! Unnie look!” They recognize Soobin’s voice. The pitter-pat of hurried footsteps were heard and moments later, Yeoreum felt a gentle hand on her head, patting her hair. “Didn’t think we’d run into you two here,” the girl chuckles.
Yeoreum and Luda look over and as expected, it was the love-birds. They really aren’t gonna let go of each other’s hands huh? Luda thinks, quickly glancing at the two’s intertwined fingers.
“A-ahaha, Seola-unnie, Soobin-unnie, w-what are you two doing here?” Yeoreum tries to sound as natural as possible.
“Just walking around and sight-seeing,” Hyunjung replied, a soft smile on her face. “We saw a thrift store a few blocks away with tons of cute accessories, wanna go check it out?” Soobin asks, her eyes bright.
She looks excited, Luda observes before replying. “Yeah sure unnie, we didn't have much planned for this morning.” Yeoreum whines mentally, How does she sound so normal?
“Great!” Soobin pulls her hand back from petting Yeoreum, “We’ll just go get a few things from our room and meet you back here.”
“Sure unnie,” Luda responded, reflecting Soobin’s enthusiastic smile.
“Okay, see you in a bit!” Soobin starts to walk back to the hotel but is held back by Hyunjung. She awkwardly looks back at the two and waves her hand goodbye. Luda and Yeoreum wave back.
“Bye,” Hyunjung mouths before tugging Soobin to continue their walk. They look at each other. Soobin says something and Hyunjung ends up with a dopey smile on her face. Luda follows them with her eyes, they’re sucked back into their own world.
Once they were far enough, Yeoreum breaks the silence, “I didn’t know they were together.”
Luda recalls all the times she overheard Soobin on the phone with Hyunjung. She remembers cringing after every ‘ I missed you Yeobo’ and ‘ make sure to call me later okay?’ Laughing, the girl responds. “They weren’t being very subtle about it though?”
[ — ]
Finally, they had an entire week off. ‘ It’s the management’s reward for all your hard work’ Soobin remembers their manager’s words. She didn’t mind, she was aware of her schedule after the break. She looks at her unfinished thesis paper and sighs, I don’t really have a break though. She shakes her arms to hype herself up before continuing to revise and edit her work. Fuck, I forgot to note the source for this one. She looks at her shelf, I’m pretty sure it was a book. Soobin walks over to read through the book spines, trying to remember which one she used for her presentation.
Her eyes land on a diary she shared with Hyunjung during the early months of their debut. I want to see unnie, the thought is loud in her mind. She contemplates for a few moments before closing her laptop. Just for a few minutes.
She picks up her phone and goes to plop down on her bed. Her phone is already ringing.
Soobin smiles and quickly accepts the call, “I was just about to call you.”
“I had a feeling you were about to.”
“Wanna meet up?”
“Didn’t you say you were making a thing for class?”
Soobin groans. Hyunjung just laughs.
“Let’s meet up.” Soobin insists.
“What about your thing?”
“I’m on break.”
Hyunjung hums, not sounding convinced.
“Come on please? Even just for a quick dinner. There’s a really cute diner just a few blocks away from my place that recently opened.” Soobin whines and somehow it works. Hyunjung sighs on the other end of the line and says, “Okay, I’ll go get ready. I’ll stop by your place then we’ll go together.”
Soobin chuckles triumphantly, “see you soon unnie.”
—--
They have dinner and it’s nice. Comfortable. Soobin orders for both of them and Hyunjung makes sure to portion the shared pasta equally. During dinner, the staff brings out a small cake and gives it to the couple seated next to them. Soobin watches them in glee.
It was Valentines and there was a mini-promotion at the restaurant: 1 free chocolate cake for the couples dining in. It was small and wasn't outstanding but Soobin had wanted to go here with Hyunjung because of it. They had agreed beforehand that they wouldn’t do any celebration for Valentines because Soobin had wanted to put all her focus on her academics but since they were already here (Soobin fails to hide her grin) might as well enjoy the extras that come with it. She smiles in excitement, looking forward to the next server who’ll come out the kitchen doors with a plate of chocolate cake in hand.
Only it never comes. Or it does, but never for them .
As dinner progressed, Soobin’s mood gradually fell. Hyunjung makes sure not to point it out and just holds her hand underneath the table.
They pay for dinner and go for a walk. Arriving at the near-by playground, Hyunjung pulls Soobin towards her, wrapping an arm around her shoulder. “Are you tired? Wanna go home?” she asks, voice soft. Soobin just shakes her head.
“My feet are a bit tired.” Hyunjung spots an empty bench a few steps away, “let’s go sit for a bit.”
“Okay.”
The moment they sit down, Soobin reaches out for her hand. She starts to play with it. After a few moments she says, “What are your thoughts on announcing to the world that we’re together?”
Hyunjung observes Soobin, feeling conflicted. She knows about the younger girl’s concerns, they’ve talked about it before. She knows that while she wasn’t so eager to tell everyone she meets that she kisses Hyunjung on a daily basis, she likes being asked “Soobin-ah, where’s your other half?” and know instinctively that they’re pertaining to Hyunjung. She also knows that people aren’t going to recognize them as a true couple majority of the time, it's the reason why they can be so open about holding hands and cheek kisses. No stranger will think we’re actually together. The younger girl was focused on her hands, caressing her skin and going over every crevice and vein. At least not in the way she wants them to. Hyunjung thinks about their circumstances and the image they have to maintain. She scooches closer and softly replies,“I feel like it would be hard to do that.”
Soobin pouts, “then what about just the members?”
“You wanna let them know?” The other girl nods cutely. “Yeah, our families already know. It's kind of weird that our friends don’t.”
Hyunjung raises an eyebrow, “Don’t they?”
“Do they?” Soobin looks up at Hyunjung and their eyes meet. She raises her eyebrow as well. She looks pretty even under a streetlight, Hyunjung’s expression softens and she smiles. Soobin looks at her with hope in her eyes. She feels her heart melting despite the cold weather, “we can do it during our dinner next week.”
Soobin softly squeals and interlocks their fingers together as she leans in, “Jiyeon unnie will also be coming?”
“Yeah, Sojung told me she confirmed.” Although both of them already know.
Soobin backs away, her voice sounds hesitant when she asks, “You’re okay telling them next week?”
Hyunjung nods, softly squeezing her hand in assurance. “It would be nice if everyone else knew I was yours.”
Soobin leans back in, pulling her face mask down to press a chaste kiss on Hyunjung’s cheek. “I feel the same unnie.”
Hyunjung pulls her own face mask down and quickly leans in to kiss her properly. She closes her eyes, her lips are always so soft. When she pulls back, she fixes her face mask back into place. Soobin does the same.
She moves closer and links their arms, leaning her head on the taller girl’s shoulder, “It’s cold.”
“Just a few more minutes,” Hyunjung rests her head on top of Soobin. She closes her eyes, “I’ll walk you home after.”
[ Extra ]
WJSN Chocome just finished rehearsals for a show and they were getting ready for their performance. Their make ups were getting retouched and costumes were being pinned and fixed in places to make sure they looked the way they should throughout the filming. Luda went out to get a bottle of water and went back into the waiting room. No one else was there but Soobin on her phone, looks like she’s in the middle of a call . Luda sat down and started to scroll through her phone, I’ll just ask Dawonie what she’s up to today.
“Yeobo. I miss you too, that’s why I’m suggesting we go out once promotions are done,” Soobin whined into her phone. “We can order in from that restaurant you like.”
I guess she’s talking to Seola-unnie?
“Yeah, we can get a few drinks too but not a lot. I’m not into the idea of waking up hung-over.”
Maybe I’ll go and hang out with Dawonie after promotions too.
“I miss waking up next to you though”
Oh god she’s flirting with unnie again. Luda rolls her eyes before tapping on Dawon’s contact.
