Chapter Text
Companions. Side by side after all these years. Right from the beginning, their creation.
The Bentley loves being Crowley's car. Blasting his music as loud as its speaker allows - or louder sometimes if the demon miracles it so, zipping through the streets of London at high speed or surprising him by being sat outside the flat after the world was reset. The Bentley prides itself on being so attune to its owners needs and desires that it could predict what he needed from it to soothe the current situation before Crowley had even begun thinking of solutions. It had become an extension of Crowley himself, their 90+ years together had formed a bond like nothing else on this earth.
Except
The Bookshop loves being Aziraphale's shop. He carries such a warmth with him everywhere he goes and in more than 200 years that warmth had radiated into the very brick and mortar of the building. No matter the temperature outside the red double doors, the inside will always be heated and cosy. Aziraphale always does what he can to help those around him so The Bookshop learns to do the same. Moving books back to the correct shelf, turning the kettle on as he walks through the door after a long day, even keeping a mug warm far longer than should be possible in the moments he finds himself so wrapped up in a book that he has forgotten about his tea. Yes after all these years there really was no other bond on this earth like theirs.
