Today was the day of the hot wings stream. Sapnap and George left to go buy the wings while karl and dream stayed home and set the stream up. George and sapnap came home with the wings and set them on the table in front of the cameras. "What else do we need for this?" Karl was in full party planner mode with this. "Milk, ranch, water, andddddd buckets!" Dream said cringing a bit. Sapnap and George were tasked with checking the mics and making sure the camera lens was clean. Once that was all done they got out the paper plates and sat down in front of the camera.
"HEY GUYS TODAY WE ARE DOING A HOT WINGS STREAM" George was practically yelling but he was for some reason so excited. "How this works is we are going to be asked a question by you guys in the hashtag, if we choose not to answer the question we have to eat a wing if we do answer if we do not" Dream explained in a lot quieter tone. The first question was read out by George he wanted sapnap to eat one so he hand picked this one perfectly "eat a wing if your brand is a flame" George said snickering."That's not even a question dumbass" sapnap said rolling his eyes and picking up a wing, sapnap was very worried about this as he already had a small ache in his stomach before hand but he was ignoring it because he was no pussy and wanted everyone to know. He ate the wing it wasn't that bad…
The challenge went on for about two hours, the boys were all slumped over and chugging milk. Sapnap was leaning on karl, his eyes almost shut his stomach was in a lot of pain. The other boys seemed to be doing a lot better than him still being able to speak and crack jokes. Karl noticed Sapnap's rare silence and rubbed his back slightly "you good?" He whispered not loud enough for the mic to pick up. "Yes I’m fine just sleepy" sapnap laughed a little trying not to worry karl.
Once the stream ended dream cleaned up while George was stuck in the bathroom and karl was sitting on the couch playing with Sapnap's hair. Cartoons played on the tv in the background, Sapnap was asleep, he seemed very restless tho. Karl could see the discomfort in Sapnap’s face and took note of how he had both hands wrapped around his middle "Hey dream can you bring me some tyelnol and the bucket I don't think Sapnap's doing too well" Karl said quietly. Dream brought over the items karl requested along side a bottle of water. dream went and wiped the counters and left to go check on George and see what everyone was saying about the stream.
Karl and sapnap lay there for a long time while karl continued to play with Sapnap’s hair and scroll through tiktok. “Karl” sapnap slurred. Karl looked down with soft sweet eyes now rubbing Sapnap’s back. “What’s up honey?” Karl spoke softly. “I wan’ to go to bed” sapnap said with half lidded eyes. Karl nodded and turned the tv off, he guided sapnap to their shared bedroom and Sapnap laid down in the bed. Sapnap fell asleep almost immediately still in his day clothes. Karl rolled sapnap onto his back and unbuttoned his jeans, he slowly slid them off and threw them in the dirty clothes basket. Karl left and grabbed the bucket the water and Tylenol he got from dream earlier. Karl took off his day clothes and put some pjs on, he then turned their tv on some adventure time, the volume very low. Karl got into bed next to sapnap, he reached over and slid his hand under Sapnap’s curls feeling his forehead for a fever, he wanted to see if sapnap was sick sick or if the wings just got to him bad. He was a little warm but nothing too alarming.
Karl was watching some adventure time and answering replies to his private tweets when something warm curled into his thigh, it was sapnap. Karl poked his lip out and awwwd, he took a picture of the sleeping boy and rubbed his back slowly. Karl could tell his boyfriend didn’t feel well. Sapnap whined and whimpered quietly in his sleep while moving a lot. “Sapnap honey wake up you need to take this medicine baby it’ll help you feel better I can tell you don’t feel too well”. Karl shook sapnap till he woke up. “Sit up” Sapnap sat up slowly swaying to the side a bit then karl helped him take the meds. He swallowed one than the other. Karl praised the sick boy and told him to lay on his lap. Once sapnao was comfy in Karl’s lap, Karl felt Sapnap’s hand grab his hand, sapnap guided Sapnap’s hand to his stomach. “Kar, rub m’ tummy it hurs” Sapnap whined. Karl could definitely tell his boyfriend wasn’t feeling well this was very unlike him. Karl began to rub soothing circles into his boyfriends belly.
Karl eventually fell asleep his hand just becoming deadweight on Sapnap’s stomach. Sapnap woke up feeling extremely nauseous, spit was filling his mouth and his cheek felt sour. He tried to move from under karl quickly. Karl was awoken by the movements, “what’s wrong Nick?” Karl moved his arm and let sapnap free. “I’m gonn’ be sick” sapnap laid on his back squeezing his eyes shut trying not to puke. Karl grabbed the bucket from the side of the bed and helped sapnap sit up. He put the bucket in Sapnap’s lap then crawled behind him and rested his head on Sapnap’s shoulder and rubbed his back. They sat there for a moment before karl realized what sapnap was doing. “Baby I know it sucks but you just gotta let it happen you’ll make yourself sicker if you don’t” sapnap still say they’re frozen trying not to puke. Karl didn’t want to do this but he wanted his boyfriend to feel better, he put two hands on Sapnap’s stomach and pressed down a little. Sapnap whimpered loudly, he got ready to say something it then turned into an involuntary gag then the horror began. Sapnap was puking all his past meals from the day and the hot wings and it burned his throat. All karl could do was rub his back and smooth the boy. “Good job baby that’s good get it all out sweetheart”. when Sapnap’s was finally done he practically fell back into karl.
Karl got up from the bed and went and got a cold wet washcloth and wiped Sapnap’s face. Karl then grabbed the water bottle and let sapnap take some sips and clean out his mouth. He then took the bucket and cleaned it out. He brought it back and sat it by the bed. Karl laid down next to sapnap who was laying on his side and faced him. “You’re the bes boyfrin kar.” Sapnap said half awake and half delirious. Karl giggled at the boys attempt to speak “I love you too baby” Karl kissed his forehead then pulled him close. They laid there for a while admiring each others features before they fell asleep their limbs tangled and arms wrapped around each other.
Sapnap woke up now in the little spoon position guessing they had rearranged on the night. He could see the sunlight peaking through the curtains. He rolled over to face karl so he could lay his head on karls chest. Karl woke up abruptly “are you ok buddy is everything ok?” Karl looked worried and ready to spring into action in case his boyfriend puked again. “
Sapnap smiled slightly “I’m ok karl I just want you to hold me” sapnap could feel karl relax under him, karl smiled back at the sleepy boy and they cuddled all morning until george came in the room and jumped on them…he wanted to play monopoly.
