Chapter Text
"Lady Furina." A tired and very irritated voice echoed through the Palais Mermonia. Neuvillette, who had been busy within piles and piles of work found himself misplacing certain documents and even objects. Teacup on the floor, tax documents on old crime ledgers (thank goodness nothing was mixed) and even his pen in his hair. It was strange, but it was late at night and he figured he was just worn out.
But just a moment! He, the hydro elemental dragon, an immortal being who requires much less mortal comforts than the rest, worn out? From the corner of the busy man's eye he saw a flash of white hair and a little blue hat, that was enough for him to know who the culprit of those silly pranks was. He stood from his chair with an angry sigh followed by the twitch of a brow.
The archon, caught red handed bolted out the Iudex's office running along the currently empty halls of her home.
"Etiennette!" Furina squeaks and clings onto a woman's skirt, hiding behind her. (Hoping to escape the man's wrath for the nth time...)
The woman, Etiennette, chuckles, gently removing the shorter lady's fingers from her silken skirt. Her icy blue tresses and snowy white tendrils (LIKE THOSE BLUE ONES ON NEUVILLETTES HEAD W HIS HAIR) gently bounced with the rhythmic movements of her chest as her eye's scrunched, sharp dragon like yet warm violet pupils peaking through her long white lashes. She truly was mesmerizing. Everyone agreed. Not only her clear pale skin and model like figure, but wits and elegance were envied by young women in Fontaine. Such was the only assistant justice of Fontaine. Neuvillette stood awestruck as his grey eyes stared into hers.
"Hehe~" Furina giggled from behind the woman, noticing the man's stupor. Neuvillette, however instantly glared at her. (man wants 2 stare at his wifey fr)
"My lady."
"Neuvillette."
Neuvillette pouted as she sent a sympathetic glance.(giggling) Furina wriggled her eyebrows and stuck her tongue out at the now defeated man. "Hah! one for me none for Neuvillette!" She cheered silently.
"Lady Furina, apologize." Etiennette requested the jumpy god who held a look of disbelief.
"But-!"
"Lady Furina." The elder woman urged as the short girl muttered an insincere apology.
"One for me, none for Neuvillette." Neuvillette mocked her words with a smug look causing her to blush a few shades of red before running off to her room once more. Etiennette observed Furina's antics and let out a small laugh. "Adorable." She said fondly as Neuvillette muttered "Hardly" in discontent.
"That child..." The man crossed his arms with a huff as his beloved sent him an adoring glance.
"There's a pen stuck in your hair, Neuvillette." She muttered with a smile and pulled out the object from his white locks. His mouth fell agape as a slight red tinted his skin. "I... Didn't notice."
"I should-" He began only to be cut off by his mistress. "Come sleep? Indeed, lock the office quickly. I'll wait."
"I was thinking of finishing those..." He muttered, only to be met with a cheeky grin. "Never said you weren't. Now hurry! It's late." He really didn't have a word in this did he?
Lockings the doors, Neuvillette offered his lady a hand, which she gracefully accepted.
"All these years and you still won't dismiss a word I say,hm?" Etiennette teased the man as another shade of crimson yet again fell on his face.
"My lady..."
"Jokes!"
