"Shhh don't cry, I'm here" He wrapped around his small arms on the fragile boy below him comforting him while he cries. He blows onto the boy's scratch on his knee and treats it while comforting the crying boy, once he finished he locks eye with the other, his eyes shinning and glass like from all the tears. "****! where are you? let's go now!" this startles the guy from how loud the voice calling out for him was "Ah, I'll get going now my mom's calling for me" he stands up and stretches from being crouched down for a while, he smiles at the teary boy and pat his head "Don't forget me, my names ****" he flashed a cheeky smile making the crying boy calm down a little melting from how warm the smile was, he left waving to him.
"****..."
Till opens his eye widely "ah that dream again" he sits up to his bed and pinches the bridge of his nose then rubs circles around it while sighing deeply, He looks to his side to reach for his phone and checks his phone 6:00am, I should go prepare now he gets up from his bed and heads to the kitchen, he makes himself a cup of warm water to refresh himself a little, he leans down on the counter while scrolling to his phone for any updates.
He sees his friend post a selfie of herself, her name is Mizi, Till met her back on middle school and ever since then he developed a crush for Mizi until now actually. He quickly likes her post and spends 10 minutes thinking of what to comment, 15 minutes later he's chewing his thumb still not sure of what to comment, finally after another 10 minutes he sends reply which was "Nice photo, you look really pretty :)" he immediately turns off his phone and went to shower.
while he showers he just zones there thinking about his comment to Mizi's post what if she thinks I'm weird? a pervert? what if she feels uncomfortable and starts to avoid and ignore me!? or worse... cut of all contacts with me... Till grabs both sides of his hair as he overthinks, yelling to himself internally and cursing under his breath.
It took him 2 hours to prepare still thinking about his comment to Mizi's post and refusing to open his phone, he finishes readying and heads to work through trains (idk what it's called but it's kinda like those LRT/MRT things?) inside was really crowded luckily he managed to sit instead of having to stand all the way, he chews on his thumb nervously then a guy that's really tall blocks his front, he was wearing an all black clothes, a black turtle neck, trousers, and his coat even! ok well maybe the coat is a little grey-ish but still Is this guy attending a funeral or something? Till didn't get to sneak a peek on his face from how tall the guy is but it's alright, he's not complaining, afterall they don't even know eachother.
The train arrives on his destination and he walked his way to work, he go inside the office and sat on his desk but before he started working, he just sat for a while panting like crazy.
A girl walked up to her with coffee in hand and placed it on Till's desk, it was Mizi. Fortunately or Unfortunately Mizi and Till ended up on the same job so now Till has to suffer going to work everyday overthinking things all because Mizi's mere existence is there with him. "Hey Till, want some coffee?" she smiled at him, Till looks away to hide his blushing face and shaked his head "no thanks" he mumbled.
"Hm? you alright? you look really red, do you have a fever? I mean you are kind of sweating right now" Mizi asks him but before Till could even answer she placed her left hand to her forehead and the right to Till's forehead checking the temperature "hey you're really warm right now, you should take a day off if you have a fever. Don't worry about work I'll just take half of your tasks okay?" she ruffles Tilll's head "ah but–" Mizi placed a finger to infront of his face and moved it left to right "no buts, if you feel tired you shouldn't push yourself too hard!" Till knew he wasn't sick but he just can't resist the girl so he slowly nodded, Mizi smiles and starts to head to her own desk but stops "Oh and thanks for the compliment!" she smiled and continued her steps.
compliment? what compliment? then he remembered Mizi's post, his face turns even redder at the realization.
Till's now walking outside dumbfounded at what just happened. "I shouldn't have lied to Mizi.... but it's just so impossible to say no to her ugh!" Till covers his face with both of his hands and sighs heavily. While walking he accidentally bumps to someone "oh sorry–" he cut what he was saying when he noticed there's no one around so he looked back to see the guy he bumped with perfectly fine; Till rubbed his shoulder then suddenly felt a little mad Did he just bump to me and ignore my apology!? I'm not letting him get away with that! and so he chased after the stranger.
when he was finally 20 feet away from the guy he called him "Hey!" he shouted and the guy stops and so does Till, he pants trying to catch his breath, Till looks at the man's back huh? that coat seems familiar...hmm Till then remembered the guy from the train earlier so it's him! well even if I got the wrong person I wouldn't give him a free pass! The guy turned around and locks eye with Till "what?"
Till looked at his soulless eyes, it's just pitch black with no emotion whatsoever, he felt a little intimidated but the intimidation soon left when he recalled what he did and his annoying what "what? seriously?? you're asking what when it's clearly obvious what you did!" Till looks at him furiously to which the guy just looks at him blinking "don't look at me like that! stop trying to play dumb! you bumped to me, ignored my apology, and now you have the guts to look at me as if I'm some crazy fuck!?" the guy hums finally understanding the problem, he ruffles his pocket to grab something what is this fucker doing? the guy then takes out his wallet and pulls out 100 dollars and casually handing it to Till.
Till just stares at it then stares at guy, blood starts rushing to Till's head ready to blow up anytime soon "What the fuck!? now you're calling me broke!? you bastard" Till was ready to charge at him with a punch but then the guy starts talking "huh? I thought you're mad I stained your shirt from the bump?" he asks holding in his grin this...this asshole is dumb as fuck! Till throws a punch which surprises the stranger luckily he dodge it though "woah calm down! is there something I could do to make it up to you?" he asks "Just fucking say sorry you damn bastard! are you not normal or something!?" he hums and nods "alright, I'm sorry. Is that all you want?" Till's anger dives down but not fully, he's still mad of course, he lets out a "hmp" sound of annoyance then turns around.
Till leavs this guy just there and he chuckles while rubbing the back of his neck "what a strange conversation with a strange person" he grins cheekily "he looks familiar though" he sighs and shrugs then head to the opposite direction of Till's
When till arrives home he did nothing but just lay down all day, well maybe he also started writing songs but that's all. "I'm bored, what do I do...hm..." his mind wanders elsewhere and now he's craving cheesecake, how strange...
Till got up from his bed and wore a jacket then headed out, he went to the nearest convenience store around, and since he's too lazy to actually look for the cheesecake himself he asked the cashier where it was "miss do you know where the cheesecake is?" he asked and she nodded while pointing to an aisle, he bowed and thanked her then left to go get the cheesecake; when he found the cheesecake he was about to grab it but someone got it before him shit that was the last one...I shouldn't have wasted 0.5 seconds and took it before her argh "ah sorry" the person awkwardly said and till just awkwardly smiled at her "it's alright haha..."
And so Till went back to his apartment with no cheesecake in hand, fortunately there were noodles there so he just bought that instead. He started eating while scrolling through his phone, he took a glance at the time "ah it's 8:00pm already"
"..." he shrugged and cleaned his before before he sleeps
Now Till is just there laying on his bed staring at the ceiling blankly "I wonder...will I have that dream again tonight...?"he said to himself and drifted to sleep.
Till arrived at work looking less exhausted than the usual day I should start sleeping early he thought to himself then one of his coworker approached him "Hey Till, glad you're back" she smiles at Till and Till smiles back "thanks Sua" she nods then proceed to tell him what she needed to say "anyways, so boss said we're holding a meeting tomorrow, it's about our new sponsor; boss said he's arriving within 3 days so we need to prepare" Till nods "Alright I'll start working on it" Sua smiles at his response and bows to him "thanks, I'll head off now" and so she's gone just like that, Till sighs as he remembers everything he has to do today and just starts working with no complains.
