Villain deku fix based off the song darkside
when kachan said "pray for a quirk in your next life and take a swan dive of the roof" It almost broke izuku's dreams but he had hope as his brain played what all might had said on tv on repeat 'anyone can be a hero!' Only later in the day he learned everyone doesn't include unevolved quirkless kids
quirkless v!deku izuku getting into ua quirkless barely hanging onto hope and then being beaten and belittled by his "hero" classmates and all might the number one asshole. Aizawa doesn't realize because i want a little bit of dadzawa.
perhaps either neglectful Inko or supportive and also a villain depending which way you want to go
At the usj izuku realizes that no one cares cause while he was beaten and bruised none of his classmates helped instead crowding around mr.Aizawa or helping other barely hurt classmates. He decides to join the league of villains( maybe at the mall shigaraki recruits him after everyone in the class shouted at him for joining them) so that he can be appreciated. He does it in secret for awhile until the either the camp or while everyone was saving bakugo.
Aizawa is shown what izuku went through and decides to try make it so none of 1A can become heroes and all might gets fired. after getting refused by both nedzu and the hero commission he joins the league of villians if only to keep izuku safe (if you want you can also have mic come along cause miczawa)
