Work Text:
‘What are you doing Jotaro?’ Your hair up in a bonnet, already ready for bed when you had suddenly remembered the reading you had to do for class that week. Struggling to keep your eyes open as the words on the page started to blur together. ‘Nothin’, just continue what you’re doing.’ He had slipped in between you and the backboard. His bare chest providing a cozy sense of warmth. Along with the many blankets and the fairy lights, it all added to the syrupy feeling. One that wanted to coax you to sleep.
Jotaro watched as you refused to relax against him, following your movement. Perching his head on your shoulder. He was purposely making it difficult for you to continue your work. Insisting that work bed spaces should be kept separate, despite being the biggest hypocrite you knew. ‘C’mon, it can wait till mornin’. You need your rest.’ Nodding, you let him take off your glasses, placing them on the nightstand. Skimming the article you were reading so he could at least provide you the quick notes version when you woke up later.
