   Summary

   A year after the events of “Dead Man Walking (1987)” the unlikely pair is reunited when Luger shows up unannounced at Chaz’s apartment needing a for a place to lay low. Chaz agrees despite his his reservations. With the room to breathe and imminent death not hanging over either man’s head, things turn rather domestic and the two only grow closer.

   The subtle tension between the two is easy to write off, at least until Luger does something unexpected.
