After their encounter in France, the two decided to keep in touch with one another, and Rosé felt in her heart that Suzy was the one for some reason, so she decided to text her every day, and it made her happier when Suzy texted her back. And as the two continued to text one another they then decided to plan for their date as they wanted to see each other again.
As they got back home, Rosé was very thankful that she was able to get a break from her busy schedule on her world tour so that she could go on a date with Suzy. She first told the girls this, and they got excited for her and told her to have fun on their date. As they met up somewhere, they decided to go somewhere private and went to a place that was recommended by Jennie and Lisa, who usually frequent there on dates as it’s peaceful and gives people privacy.
And for Rosé’s happiness, the date went very well, and they talked about a lot of things and saw that they have a lot of stuff in common with each other, which was great. And during the date, Suzy joked that what they did in their first meeting was in reverse, as they had sex first when they hung out in Paris and went on a date after, and hearing that, Rosé laughed, but both are glad that happened, as because of that, it led them to go on a date and get a chance to get to know each other more. And for Rosé, the date was a success, and it made her happy as she was able to get on more dates with Suzy whenever she could, which led to them officially becoming girlfriends.
This was the first time Rosé dated a woman since her ex was a guy, and it was more out of curiosity about what dating is like, but she’s dating someone, and it feels different than her first relationship, and Rosé was determined that this one would last. In wanting that, Rosé followed how Jenlisa made their private relationship work, and it was hard, but Jennie and Lisa have been in a relationship for so long that it ain’t hard anymore, and Jennie even did a media play to protect her relationship with Lisa (Rosé hoped that wouldn’t happen), and speaking of those two, after a few months, Rosé introduced Suzy to her friends, and they got along well enough, which made Rosé happy.
And at first they were able to get through with the private, not secret, dating, and it was hard to not publicly show your support to one another in their public Instagram as they can do it only in their private Instagram, but then it became a hassle for them because of schedules as they couldn’t see each other as often as they liked, and it only worked for Jennie and Lisa because they’re in the same group. And when they do get the time, Rosé will always be on time for their dates, but Suzy will be late or forget, and they often argue about stuff where both won’t be talking to one another because either they’re angry or they forget to call, and it became a thing, and they would usually try and make up after that as they did love each other still, but sadly, all things must come to an end, even if it hurts.
Now, Rosé was curious as to why Suzy hadn’t been calling her for weeks. Currently, she’s on a break and has tried to call Suzy, but to no avail. “Maybe she’s busy,” Rosé thought to herself, but shook her head as Suzy doesn’t have a drama to shoot yet. She was starting to think of reasons until her cellphone rang and the girl, she had been thinking about called her. She answered, “Hey, why haven’t you been calling me? I missed you.” She said first to speak and was confused about why the phone was quiet. “Chae, I’m sorry,” Suzy responded, which garnered more confusion from Rosé. “What do you mean?” she asked, wanting answers. “Let’s break up,” is what Suzy told her.
Rosé was shocked as she heard, and she couldn’t believe that Suzy told her that “what Suzy” Rosé tried to say, but she couldn’t as Suzy spoke again. “I’m sorry, Chaeng, but I can’t do it anymore. I’m tired. Let’s just end this,” she said, but before Rosé could say anything more or try to say something, Suzy hung up. All Rosé could do was try and understand what happened, and as she realized that Suzy had broken up with her, the tears started spilling, and all she could do was lie down and cry her eyes out. She hoped that this was just some bad dream or a prank, but it wasn’t. Suzy texted her, saying, “I’m really sorry, Chaeng,” and with that, Rosé knew from there that it wasn’t a dream and her relationship with Suzy was truly over.
