Chapter 1: Prologue

Chapter Text

A scene playing in reverse.

Everything returned to the way it was, how it should have remained. It is innate for humans to want to survive. It is what we were made to do but sometimes survival isn’t an option. And when the world wants you gone, who are you to not obey?

This is not Wonderland and you may not change the ways of your disturbing world; you must only learn to accept it. You are not the butterfly that initiates a hurricane, you are simply its collateral damage.

“I’ve heard the strange madness long growing in your soul, in your isolation but you are fortunate in your ignorance.”

- Allen Ginsburg

Fiction gives us a chance that reality cannot and this, well this is only the end.
