The first to notice was Grim, he woke from his sleep where he was tangled in the blanket. He called out to his henchman. "Hey! Minion! Untangle your Lord!” Silence… He yowled, “HEY!!”
“Grim! Shut up! It is too early for this!” Ace screamed back.
“Both of you are going to be down a head if you continue on.” Deuce grumbled. Turning towards where Yannis was last night when he went to sleep. “Yuu… hey... do you two know where he went?” Grim finally getting the blanket off. “Huh?! No!”
“Relax Grim he probably needed the bathroom or went to the kitchen…” The three, go searching in said places but don’t find him. They do find Riddle, Trey and Cater. “Hey, any of you seen Yuu?” However, they hadn’t seen him since they check on the boys before turning in for the night themselves. Now the six of them look, before concluding that he is not in the dorm. Once they step out of their mirror, they all see Vil and Jack in their running clothes, standing before the dark mirror with a bungled in their arms.
“Whatcha got there?”
“Ace, that is not how we speak!”
“Right, sorry, Dorm Head…”
“We found Yuu’s clothes; they smell of laundry soap… he scent completely gone from them. There is also a note saying that they have brought Yannis back home… Whoever they are… and whoever Yannis is..."
"We must assume that they mean Yuu.” Vil stated.
“WHAT?!” the others exclaim.
“Yes, the dark mirror is being difficult and not answering any of my questions.” Vil says, glaring at said mirror.
“Deuce, go tell the Headmage, that Yuu is gone missing. Ace, go with Deuce and tell every staff member you see on the way. We will stay here and see what we can do, more people will be coming from their mirrors and may mess something up.”
“Yes, Dorm Head!!” They shout before turning and rushing off.
“Where’s Yuu?” Grim’s voice is small, and scared.
“Hey, don’t worry! Ca-Ca got you, we will figure this out!”
“Right!”
“ATTENTION!! I NEED ALL DORM HEADS, VICE DORM HEADS, AND STAFF TO REPORT TO THE MEETING ROOM NOW!”
“You heard the Headmage, Grim stick with Jack for now, Jack take care.” With that Riddle marches off, with Vil and Trey following. All the other dorm heads and vice dorm heads nod to the group as they make their way to the meeting room. The two first years look at their upperclassman. “Hey why don’t we gather everyone else that is in Yuu friend group that are not the ones in the meeting and compare notes.”
“Ok…” So that is exactly what they did. As the meeting was going on, they made a second meeting. They all, in both meetings, took the news badly. There was thunder in the air, and calls of many different emotions ringing out. Kalim was out right sobbing.
“Do we know where the pup has gone?”
“My little imp taken, I will ask my friends on the other side.”
“How do we know that he was taken home, and not by some other group?”
“Oh, think of the bad press, we have lost a student! No, we must find him!!”
“What did the dark mirror have to say?”
"It wasn't saying anything..."
“We have to rescue him, he would for any of us!”
“HISS! Murrow…” “True Lucius, he has always said he would go home, when his mentor would find him...”
“Yuu has been kidnapped!!”
“Fear not! Yuu has the muscles to get out of any situation he could find himself in!”
They tried everything that all of them could think of to get Yuu back with them… every attempt was met with failure. Each race tried and each race failed. Every dorm, every land, all combinations were tried. They even tried to work together and still, that did nothing. In the end they had to admit defeat, Yuu was hopefully home safe and not coming back…
