After the meteor accident in Shibuya caused a lot of businesses to close yet some of them came back stronger than ever. Arisu wished he could get back on his feet as quickly as the business owners.
Unfortunately it’s been 2 years since then and Arisu still can’t go to a bar or ride a bicycle due to the memories and people he lost. Thankfully he met new people who help him so much.
One of which he was meeting at the local coffee shop, he often frequented it whenever he needed a place to relax and work. He didn’t know why at first but he decided to go back to college and work in psychology. After he went back his father was hesitant due to him formerly dropping out.
It’s been some time since then and he now remembers why, spending time with Usagi reminded him of Borderland. He couldn’t help but be thankful to Borderland for helping him find what he loves. He still hated how he lost his friends but at least their sacrifice wasn’t for nothing.
He was walked down the street before waving at the girl who was already inside. He walked over with a smile and gave her a well deserved hug. Usagi smiled warmly at him and stood up when he did. As she did he noticed the slight limp in her step.
That fight with the King of Spades had left a lasting hurt on her. He couldn’t help but hate it. He forced himself to smile and nod.
