Twisted wonderland is a place of magic where seemingly anything can come true.
In this land of dreams, two souls have found out that, even in this enchanted world, life is far from a fairy tail.
The lonely souls have reached for the other, time and time again. Each of their lives had been spend unconsciously looking for the other, reaching for a touch of their hand, for their lips, their heart.
And for every innocent try, tragedy stroke.
The lovers were never granted a happily ever after, even in this magical land.
For villains do not deserve an happy ending.
But did they ever choose to be the bad guys? Be the evil presence even in their own stories?
No, they never did. They always tried their best, striving to be good, to prove themselves.
But "life is unfair" as one of the two always liked to say.
An endless cycle thus began, desperatly reaching for an end that saw them together. A shiny sunset basked in each other's warmth, until their very last breath.
But how can one get a good finale if one's an immortal being and the other's just a pirate lost at sea?
But how does one get an happy ending if one's a prince and the other a honest knight, their heart divided both by deed and status?
But how can one ever have an happily ever after if one's a lowly royal, hated by his kingdom itself, and the other is just a dreamer, with too much longing and too little to hope for?
Well, I'm afraid I cannot tell you how this story ends.
For its finale is yet to be written.
For the souls have found each other once more.
A black shadow clouds over their blooming love.
Ink drops on their beating hearts.
And the clock ticks...
"Leona, wake up, lunch break is over"
...and it ticks
"Yeah, yeah, whatever you say lion cub"

"wait, do you hear that...?"
tick tock
"hear what? Your whining?"

"shut it, it's more of a sort of...ticking sound? Nevermind, I must have imagined it, let's go"
