Pigsy has always been a light sleeper, which turned out to be useful when little Mk appeared in his life, and he often had nightmares at night. Now the pig demon was roused from his sleep by a crashing noise coming from his foster son's room. Tired, he rubbed his eyes, getting up from the bed, not even trying to be quiet, knowing that even a bomb explosion wouldn't wake Tang, and heading to the young hero's room to see what happened.
He slowly got used to the strange things happening around his son, but the sight he saw was impossible to predict. There were currently two figures in the room, apart from Mk, arguing with his son.
"What is going on here?" Pigsy asked, not even trying to guess.
"A! Servant of the Nightmare King!” one screamed, shrinking and turning blue while the other just lit fire in his hands.
“Kid?” Pigsy folded his arms over his chest.
"I have no idea. I was going to sleep and suddenly they appeared.” said Mk, pointing to the unusual pair.
“Then why are you covered in glamor and not in pajamas?” the cook asked, raising an eyebrow.
“Ha, someone's in trouble.” laughed the little blue man.
“Is this a date?” the teenager with fire in his hand, asked mockingly and Mk blushed. “Aha! I'm right!"
“Dadsy... Okay, I was going to sneak out to meet Red Son for a possible date, but before I could, they suddenly showed up. And no, it's not my doing, I didn't play with magic, except glamor." the young hero explained honestly, removing the illusion.
“I feel like it will be a longer story. I'll wake up Tang and the three of you will go downstairs." The demon informed with a sigh.

Tang wasn't happy with the wake-up call, even after explaining the situation.
“Okay, let's start with a less demonic copy of Red Son, okay?” Tang asked sarcastically, speaking to the teenager who had previously violated the strict fire ban in Mk's room.
"I'm Kai Smith, red ninja, master of fire, defender of ninjago, and I have no idea how I ended up here." the young adult in red explained.
“Logan Chen and I'm a dream agent, I'm fighting the nightmare king and so on. At first I thought I was in a dream world if I could dream craft, but I'm slowly starting to doubt it." shrugged the youngest of the group.
“So to sum up, I have two kids at home from other worlds in which they play some heroic roles?” Pigsy asked just to be sure, and the newcomers nodded, although Kai wanted to argue at being called a child, but the demon's firm glare stopped him.
“Maybe Monkie King will know what's going on.” suggested Mk, who was still angry that the universe had thwarted his plans.
“Call him through your mystical telepathic bond.” Tang spoke sleepily, and the young monkey demon nodded, and after a while his eyes began to glow gold.
“Hey Monkie King, I need your help... Sorry! I didn't want to disturb you, but it's an emergency. I'm really sorry. We will wait." Just as the boy suddenly started talking to himself, he quickly finished, his face red and covering his eyes with his hands.
"And what?" Pigsy asked.
“He and Macaque will be here soon.” the flustered teenager further replied.
“I'll make you something to eat then.” the cook announced to get busy as the two nodded eagerly.
“You are very calm, how often does something like this happen to you?” Tang asked at the same time.
“I have nothing to worry about, my friends will find me. They even went to the nightmare king's residence for me, although I got out myself and I had to save them, together with Matteo, but they came. That's how I know they'll show up." replied the laid back black haired youth.
“In my case? Yes, journeys to other worlds, strange lands or undiscovered lands are common. Only my friends are usually with me, and now I'm alone. Although it could always be worse and I could end up like Zane, in the land of never..." the fire master replied.
“Where do you get your powers?” Mk asked him, now calm.
“I inherited it. My father is a fire master and my mother is a water master and her power was inherited by my sister.” Kai replied.
“What about you, Logan?” Mk asked the younger one this time.
“I woke up in a dream world where my nerdy friend Matteo suddenly became quite cool and had cool powers, and then the king of nightmares started chasing us, our physics teacher showed up with a talking monkey in an astronaut suit and started talking about magical hourglasses. Although I didn't manage to get my own." The boy admitted sadly, but then brightened up. “But I don't need it because I'm the best anyway.”
“Okay.” replied Kai and Mk uncertainly at the same time.
"Enjoy your meal." Pigsy said walking towards them with bowls full of delicious looking and warm noodles.
Everyone eagerly started eating, devouring the noodles at a lightning-fast pace, accompanied by sounds of delight. Logan immediately asked for more, which Pigsy gladly obliged.
“Hey, you don't feed me like that!” Tang was outraged.
“You've been eating me for free for over twenty years, you freeloader.” replied the cook, giving the kid some noodles.
“What can I do, you stole my heart with them.” the man replied, smiling sweetly at the cook.
"You are together?" Logan asked, between eating.
“Yes, for some reason I only have gay parents.” replied Mk, instead of a couple.
“My dear, think about it this way, most people only have two parents. You have adopted four fathers.” Tang laughed in response.
“Cool, I have two moms.” commented the black haired teenager.
“And my parents were kidnapped when I was six years old and I had to take care of my sister, who was kidnapped ten years later by skeletons in the service of the evil Lord Garmadon, and I was taken into training by Master Wu to become a ninja and save her. A few years later, I discovered that my parents were alive, but I thought they were traitors, so I fought with my father, who turned out to be good after all, and now we are reconnecting." Kai also spoke up.
“I was created from a stone egg, just like my mentor, the great Monkie King, a great sage equal to heaven, who also became honorary father number three. And Pigsy raised me.” Monkie Kid replied to this.
"Cool!" Logan shouted. “Hey, what's the weirdest thing that's ever happened to you?”
“Hmm... Besides becoming a ninja and discovering I can control fire and the whole situation with my parents? There was a lot of it, once my friend, my sister's boyfriend, got caught up in a video game and my friends and I had to save him. One of my friends turned out to be a Nindroid, which none of us knew. Or Cole became a ghost for a bit to get the magic scroll. Although I think the weirdest thing was when we got stuck in Oni land with a very rejuvenated Master Wu and Jay went crazy.” Kai replied.
“For me, it was definitely finding out that I came from a stone egg, although gaining Monkie King's powers was also super, weird. Or once I got trapped in a calabash and two demons tried to tell me that my best friend was in love with me.” added Mk.
"Seriously? That’s sick!" laughed Logan as Tang exchanged horrified glances with Pigsy.
“What a chaos and noise here.” Macaque said, stepping out of Tang's shadow, who jumped at the monkey's sudden appearance.
“Where's Monkie King?” Pigsy asked, to which Macaque only opened a portal on the ceiling with a sadistic smile, through which Wukong flew out.
“Ouch.” the redhead muttered, standing up. “So what kind of urgent matter is this... Okeyyy, I understand.”
“Hey Monkie King! We're talking about the strangest things that have happened to us, do you want to join in? asked Mk.
“Kid, nothing beats being trapped under a mountain for five hundred years.” only Wukong replied.
“My friend was sent to another land by a snake that stole my powers, where Vex wiped his memory so that Zane would become his puppet and become the ice emperor for centuries to come, bringing fear, cold and darkness to the land.” Kai replied.
“I have erased my names and those of my subjects and friends from the book of the dead?” Wukong said.
“My cruch created a living green slime with his imagination, which he called Z-Blob, who can move between the dream world and the normal world, acting as his little helper.” Logan retorted.
“Heaven sent his entire army to capture me, but I successfully resisted them for a long time until Erlang set a trap for me when I became overconfident.” mentioned the monkey demon.
“Overlord was reborn with Harumi's help and took advantage of our enemies and a huge army that took away our powers and when touched turned someone into a crystal zombie, and we lost all sources of communication with our allies, but at the last moment they all arrived, Lloyd gained the Oni form, which he didn't use anyway, and me, Zane, Cole and Jay unlocked the dragon form." Kai said without the slightest interest.
“I stole peaches and the wine of immortality from the heavenly worlds.” Wukong boasted.
“I infected the gaming dimension in the dream world thanks to a flash drive from the king of nightmares, although I didn't know it was him at the time.” Logan said.
“I was trapped in Laozi's furnace, which was supposed to dissolve me despite being immortal several times, and apart from surviving, I gained the golden sight of truth.” Wukong replied.
"I was in possession of a staff containing the powers of all the elements, including the power of the green ninja, which I always wanted to have, and its power almost possessed me, but I managed to break free and destroy it." Kai confessed with a bit of shame.
“I peed on the hand of Buddha himself.” the redhead replied irritably and that finally silenced everyone.
“Already, have you had fun?” Macaque asked, the only one not shocked.
"But really? I kind of read that you did it, but I thought it was maybe a metaphor.” Tang spoke and Wukong just smiled.
“And why do you think I have spent five hundred years with no hope of salvation other than at the hands of his followers?” Wukong replied with a question.
“Okay, you won.” Logan said as Kai frantically searched his memory for something to top the mentioned situation.
“Then it's time to send you home.” Wukong announced victoriously, and his entire silhouette began to glow gold and after a while, the first portal appeared in the restaurant, through which a brown-haired teenager with a green lump on his shoulder ran, followed by a blond man and a girl with pink-purple hair.
“Logan!” the whole group shouted, rushing at their friend.
“I was so worried! I mean, we, we were worried.” announced the boy with a lump on his shoulder, quickly correcting his mistake. When the portal disappeared along with the entire team, who had already waved goodbye, Wukong started opening the second one.
After a while, a second portal opened with a group of colorfully dressed people rushing towards the fire master in relief. The boy dressed in black immediately started lecturing him, to which Kai responded with a short flirtation to calm him down, which resulted in him getting hit on the head.
"Bye Bye!" Mk waved to them as the portal began to close.
“I found it! I know what will top your story. Next time we meet, I'll tell you how my sister turned into an ocean and how I got together with my boyfriend!” Kai screamed before the portal closed, taking him home.
“So how about noodles for the hero?” Wukong asked as he stopped glowing.
“I'm going to bed, and all of you are forbidden from entering my kitchen.” Pigsy announced, glad it was over, and shortly after, everyone else retired to bed, happy to have another completed adventure, albeit a fairly short one.
“But are you sure it's over?” Macaque muttered, wagging his tail, looking quite pleased with himself with a mischievous smile as he held a strange hourglass and something like a spear with a piece of scroll tied to it.
“Macaque, don't break the fourth wall!” wrote the author, towards the monkey demon, who just shrugged his shoulders, disappearing into the portal, and she, with relief, put the last dot.
