Chapter Text

An elderly man sat at his workstation in an old laboratory, hammering away on his keyboard at a massive supercomputer, working on something crucial.

A small dark gold device, small enough to fit around a person's wrist, was lying next to him.

As new data flowed into it, it was connected to the supercomputer through a
wire.

Tommy Oliver of the Power Rangers was this elderly man.

Defenders of the innocent, as well as the universe's ultimate force against all evil.

He had spent his entire life fighting evil and knew he was nearing the end of his life, and now he had to keep the Power Rangers' legacy alive.

He was aware that other universe exist and that evils exist there that he and the other Rangers are unable to reach.

As a result, he resolved to enlist a new generation of heroes to combat these foes.

Tommy has been working on updating his Master Morpher with the data of every Power Ranger in the known cosmos for the past few weeks.

So that the newest squad of Rangers can utilise the powers of their predecessors, and so that they can grasp what the other Rangers stand for and are fighting for.

In addition, he discovered an universe that was ideal for his plan to produce new Power Rangers.

He was taken aback when he learned about this world and its history. Nonetheless, it would suffice.

Because the Rangers will be there to stop evil in the world as long as it exists.

Tommy took the cord from the Master Morpher and grabbed it once the data transfer was complete.

Tommy responded, "Alright then..." as he opened the portal to the other realm.
He stated, holding the Master Morpher in his palm and staring at it one final time, thinking about everything he did as a Power Ranger and all the conflicts he fought with his colleagues and other Rangers.

"Whoever deserves this Morpher and its abilities..." he says before tossing the Morpher into the portal, where it vanishes. from his solitary view of the portal
"I wish you all the best."

"Go Go Power Rangers," Tommy exclaimed, a big smile on his face.

"Wait up, Midoriya," screamed a girl with short black hair and Cerulean eyes as she dashed towards her best friend. Izuku Midoriya is a young man with wavy green hair and green eyes. "Oh, kodai, it's you," the boy said as he came to a halt to let his friend to catch up to him. They started talking and heading to Izuku's house as soon as she caught up. "So, what did Bakugo do this time?" she inquired, seeing his bruises. He sighed and replied, "oh, you know the typical name calling, beating, and insults" as he looked at his friend.

She noticed her friend's sad expression and decided to cheer him up by saying, "hey, how about we forget about bakugo and go get some katsudon for my treat," she grinned as she saw his eyes sparkle, "yeah! let's go!" he exclaimed and began the fastest route there. When they finished dining, they went their own ways.                                                                                 ___________________________________________

Midoriya Residents - Evening

When he returned home, he discovered his mother watching her favorite show in the living room. when she saw him, She stood up to meet her son, "izuku, you're back, how was school?" he smiled and looked at her, "it was ok mom, me and kodai went to buy some katsudon on the way home," he said as he removed his shoes, He went straight to his room after taking off his shoes, putting his bag next to his desk, and bringing out his homework. ____________________________________________

Musutafu Streets - afternoon

'You can't be a hero,' all might told me before he left. 'Even all might told me I couldn't be a hero,' he thought to myself as he was ready to turn around and leave when a small hole in the sky opened up and a ball of golden light came out of it.

"What the hell?" Izuku said in surprise as the ball of light approached him.

He jumped back as the ball of golden light landed on the ground, revealing a small dark gold device as the light faded. The gateway then vanished, leaving the small device behind.

When Izuku touched the device, a hologram appeared, causing him to jump back in surprise. The hologram was a man dressed in a green shirt and black jacket with a dragon foot symbol in the centre. "Who are you?" he asked, baffled

"Greetings, Ranger," the hologram said. "My name is Tommy Oliver, and I am a Power Ranger."

'Power Rangers?' "I'm sorry, I don't think I follow what you're saying? and are you the actual Tommy Oliver?" he wondered, having never heard of the Power Rangers before in his life and having studied so many heroes.

"Unfortunately, I'm simply an A.I. programed by the original Tommy Oliver he made me with his memories to help mentor new power rangers," the hologram replied to the green haired kid, sighing.

Izuku was impressed by the mystery item's technology, and he wondered how the original Tommy Oliver created it, as well as about the real Tommy Oliver was.

"What happened to the original Tommy?" Izuku asked

"Before I tell you about what happened to my real self, I have to tell you about this item and its origin," hologram Tommy told Izuku. "Everything I'm about to say is the truth, and please refrain from asking any questions until I'm finished."

"In the year 1993, an alien known as zordon summoned five teenagers and gave each of them a power coin and a morpher to transform into earth's defenders known as the mighty morphin power rangers," hologram Tommy explained as footage of five teenagers morphing into spandex-clad superheroes for the first time was shown.

Izuku was astounded by the teens' transformations, thinking to himself, 'So these are the Power Rangers.'

"Tommy Oliver became the Green Ranger when an evil sorceress named Rita Repulsa, one of the Power Rangers' main villains, gave Tommy the Dragon Power Coin and brainwashed him to fight the rangers, which of course failed. Tommy then became the sixth ranger of the team until he had to temporarily leave because his power coin was destroyed. Zordon later gave Tommy the Tiger Coin and he became the White Ranger and the new leader of the team," Izuku stared in awed as the footage continues.

"When the Mighty Morphin Rangers disbanded after saving the world, new generations of Power Rangers were born, including Alien, Zeo, In Space, Lost Galaxy, Lightspeed Rescue, Time Force, Wild Force, Ninja Storm, Dino Thunder, S.P.D., Mystic Force, Operation Overdrive, Jungle Fury, RPM, Samurai, Megaforce, Dino Charge, Ninja Steel, Beast Morphers, Dino Fury, and many more those have yet to shine," hologram Tommy replied, as footage of various ranger teams fighting is displayed.

'So many different Power rangers' he thought.

When Izuku witnessed different Power Rangers forms in the footage, his jaw fell somewhat. He couldn't believe what he saw. The Rangers faced up against a variety of terrifying creatures, including dinosaurs, sorcerers, aliens, demons, mutants, world destroyers, and more. He couldn't believe there was life outside of Earth and wondered if any of the film broadcast was real, but Holo-Tommy tells him that everything he saw in the footage was true and not fake.

"Now, as for their abilities, the first Rangers received their abilities when they became Power Rangers, while some Rangers in new generations possess an ability or quirks in your term. When they became Rangers, they possessed enhanced strength, durability, ability, and combat prowess. Some of them possessed superhuman or psychic abilities such as super-speed, element manipulation, extra-sensory perception, or invisibility. In addition, each Ranger has his or her own weapon, as well as common ground fighting weapons." He explained, "They aren't named the Power Rangers for nothing."

Izuku was surprised to learn that some of the Rangers were oddballs before becoming the Power Rangers. He was perplexed as to how they could have quirk through this strange alien-created gadget. He continued to listen to Holo-Tommy's explanation.

"The Zords, named after Zordon, are giant mechanic vehicles that Power Rangers piloted when fighting against gigantic foes. When they are overwhelmed by their enemies' strength, they can combine their Zords into a Megazord, which increased the strength and power of the Zords as well as gain new abilities. The original Tommy has multiple Zords, including the Dragonzord, which is currently at the bottom of the ocean, Tigerzord, Falconzord, Many others, including Red Battlezord. They also entirely prevent collateral damage when fighting large monsters, which amazingly works unless they have no choice," the footage revealed.

Izuku's jaw dropped open once more when he saw the Power Rangers' huge mechs. Vehicles, a space station, an animal, the shogun, the entire headquarters, mythical creatures, and more were among the Zords. He was even more astonished when they combined to become a massive, more powerful robot. It reminded him of something he'd seen in one of his computer games. He was already swept away by the Power Rangers, and now he was utterly blown away by their Megazord combat.

"After years of fighting and defending his home from evil forces, Tommy Oliver was nearing the end of his adventure from old age," said Holo-Tommy, who displayed footage of an elderly Tommy Oliver. "Before leaving this world, Tommy wanted to pass the torch on to someone who would carry on the Power Rangers legacy, so he built a portal between worlds and re-engineered his Master Morpher to choose a new wielder before throwing it into the portal, hoping to find a worthy successor with the heart of a hero to form a new team of Rangers," Holo-Tommy explained. "The Master Morpher has selected you, Izuku Midoriya, as its new wielder." Then Holo-Tommy pointed at Izuku.

Hearing this from the A.I., Izuku's eyes widened in surprise. hologram. He wanted for him to become a Power Ranger!

"You want me to be a Power Ranger?" Izuku said, stunned by what he was witnessing.

The hologram corrected him, "I didn't chose you, the Master Morpher did." "Tommy created the Morpher to find those who had the necessary attributes to become a Ranger and empower them to do so." stated to him.

For a little while, Izuku considered what Holo-Tommy had stated. Being a Power Ranger sounds like a dream come true, especially for someone who isn't very eccentric. He doesn't want the power; he just doesn't respect some of today's current heroes.

Izuku, unlike all the other kids his age who desired to be heroes, never saw himself as a hero, despite his oddity. He despises current heroes too though. The only things that matter to them are fame and money. There are some heroes like the ones he studied. Those heroes are willing to help others without expecting anything in return, fighting for what they believe in and never giving up, even when the odds are stacked against them. That was the kind of hero Izuku admired.

Now that he knows more about the Power Rangers and what they've accomplished, he sees them as true heroes.

"Can you give me some time to consider this?" Izuku asked, unsure about his decision to join the Power Ranger.

Holo-Tommy simply shakes his head. "There's no need for you to make a decision right now, and I won't impose it on you," he warned the kid, "but if you wait too long, the Master Morpher will find someone else to wield it."

He simply nodded and began heading down the stairs. When he exited the building, he began walking home, and while walking, he ran into Yui. It was unexpected that she was his friend, despite the fact that she had been injured attempting to protect him.

She and him met when she transferred to the school; she didn't talk much, and he didn't try to interact with her because he was afraid that if she found out he was Quirkless, she would avoid him or join in the bullying; they didn't talk for five months until one day he noticed she was having trouble with schoolwork and decided to help her; she was surprised when I started talking to her, and this has continued to this day.

"Are you still planning on taking the U.A. Entrance Exam?" she asked.

He halted at that statement, and she came to a halt as she gazed at him. Even holo-tommy listened intently to what Izuku had to say.

"I don't have a quirk" Izuku said weakly

What Holo-Tommy heard made him frown. At some point in their life, all Rangers were quirkless, but that didn't stop them from doing the right thing.

"However, U.A. got rid of the regulation that quirkless people couldn't enter," she remarked, recalling what their homeroom teacher had stated to them earlier in the day.

He continues, looking down at his palm, "But I still don't have any powers." "So I'm not going to be a hero."

"That's not true" Izuku simply looks up at her with a surprised expression on his face, and Yui continues to speak. "Even if you don't have a quirk, I feel you can still accomplish well," Yui concludes to Midoriya.

Izuku simply stared at Yui. He was surprised by what she said to him after listening to her. No one had ever believed in him before; he was a strange quirkless nobody with no future, according to everyone. That was great to hear it from someone other than his mother. Maybe his life wouldn't be so bad if he had met people like this before.

Even Holo-Tommy was blown away by Yui's words. When no one else did, she believed in him. "That sounds like something a Ranger would say. This girl is really something," he thought. Yui Kodai, he felt, would be an incredible hero one day.

But then something unexpected happened, the Master Morpher in Izuku's pocket began to glow pink before the light disappeared.

'Well, that's fascinating,' Holo-Tommy replied, his smile widening. Knowing just what that gleam meant.

He tells her, "I'll need some time to think about this." Yui understands what he's saying. After all, it's his future, and he has a major decision to make. Yui stared at him and said, "Oh and Kodai." Izuku smiled and said, "Thank you for believing in me."

"It's no problem," she murmured quietly, a slight smile on her face.                                                      _________________________________________

Musutafu Streets Tatooin Shopping District- Afternoon

A few minutes earlier

In a alleyway there was a plastic bottle had something inside of it. It was the sludge villain who was encased, after his defeat with All Might.

He awoke, struggling to escape. "Where am I? What happened?" He paused, remembering his encounter with All Might. "Oh yeah. If it wasn't for him, I'd be out of town already..." He thought in anger, cursing the Pro hero.

"That was rough." A male voice said, as three teenage middle boys walked down the alleyway. "Weren't you and Midoriya good friends back when you were kids?" One of the boys said to an angry blonde hair boy.

The boy was average height, with a slim, muscular build, and a fair skin tone. He has short, spiky, ash-blond hair with choppy bangs that hang over his eyebrows. His eyes are sharp and bright red in color, He's uniform was all black and buttoned up, he's wearing a pair of brown shoes.

He was Katsuki Bakugo and his quirk is called Explosion. He is a determined individual who will be the number one hero some day. A hero even greater than All Might himself.

Early on today in class, the teacher announces that all students will graduate, and Katsuki contends the notion that he is of the same status as his peers. He refers to his classmates as beneath him because of him acing the mock tests and his powerful quirk. In consequence he tells them all that he alone will attend U.A. High School and surpass the number one hero: All Might.

The teacher discloses that Midoriya is also attempting to get into U.A., much to Bakugo displeasure. Bakugo berates Midoriya and uses his quirk to scare him by exploding his desk. He tells Midoriya that because he is quirkless, he will never succeed at anything, especially getting into U.A.

After class, Bakugo and two of his friends confront Midoriya. They take his hero notebook and Bakugo burns it with his quirk before tossing it out the window into a fish pond. Bakugo reminds Midoriya that only he himself is destined to reach that school and Midoriya is just a stepping stone for his greatness. Before leaving the room, Bakugo warns Midoriya not to apply to U.A. at all.

Bakugo and Midoriya were close friends during their childhood. However, once it's Bakugo learned Midoriya didn't have a quirk while he himself manifested a powerful one, he had always considered Midoriya as a hindrance in his path to becoming the greatest hero, and bullying Midoriya alongside his classmates and giving him the derogatory name 'Deku' which he always calls him. To remind him of how useless he is and crush his dreams of being a Pro hero.

After school, Bakugo and his 2 friends try to decide what to do for fun and ponder if Bakugo was too harsh on Izuku. Bakugo had an angry expression on his face thinking about today's events with his former childhood friend Deku.

God, just thinking about that useless nerd really pissed him off!

"Yeah." The other boy agreed turning to Bakugo. "You were a little harsh with him today."

Bakugou looked down at an empty soda can resting in his palm. "It's his own fault for getting in my way." He said walking, as he kicked the bottle that held the sludge villain.

"You shouldn't waste your time with the guy. Just forget about him." One of his friends suggested.

Bakugo thought back to that morning, scoffing as he exploded the can with his quirk. "Someone's gotta teach that worthless nerd how the world really works." He threw the can to the side. "I hate it when he talks about heroes." Bakugo angrily said.

His friends started to laugh, then one of them giving a suggestion. "Hey, I got an idea. We should go to the arcade. Get your mind off it, ya know?"

"Find." He said agreeing with the idea.

"Or, we can sneak into the bar at the station. Pick up some ladies." The other boy said with an grinned.

His friend agreed to the idea. "Idiots! If we get caught, there's no way U.A. would let me in!" Bakugo yelled at them, while the sludge seeping out of the bottle as they spoke.

As Bakugo yelling, his friends eyes widened, noticing the sludge villain behind him. They each pointed towards him, drawing Bakugo's attention to a reforming sludge monster.

"Perfect." The mud like creature gurgled. "I like a skinsuit with some fire!" He said absorbing Bakugo into his goopy body.                                                                                                                               _________________________________________

Musutafu Streets- Afternoon

Present

They were just having a pleasant conversation when the three of them were heard a loud explosion.

Izuku was taken aback and said, "What was that?"

Yui was calmer than Izuku but still astonished and responded, "I don't know."

"That's not a good sign," Holo-Tommy expressed his displeasure with the explosion.

"Come on, let's see what this is, Yui," Izuku exclaimed as he dashed over to the source of the smoke.

Yui didn't say anything and just trailed behind him.

Izuku and Yui bolted as they noticed a crowd of people observing something. The two of them arrived to find the villain's attack devastation.

As scared individuals fled the turmoil, flames licked at the poles, bringing them down with thuds. The Heroes arrived on the scene and quickly saw that someone was entrapped in the monster's goop.

Kamui Woods, for example, was a hero. He was a young man with a muscular physique and a shorter stature than the others. His face was hidden with a wood mask, which he wore with his peculiarity. His Hero Costume consists of a dark blue bodysuit with a wooden belt, knee pads, and shoes. A little bouquet of roses hangs from his belt on the left side.

Backdraft was another Hero. He's wearing a long yellow jacket with high-visibility lines running down the center, down his sleeve cuffs, hem, and high collar, as well as a red firefighter cap. He wears a slender cannon on his left shoulder, which is connected to the red water tank on his back. He's dressed in a white mask with a single orange bead in the center, which could be his eye. He wears taps on his hands with circular wrist protectors just behind the openings, red valves on top, a set of matching knee pads on his thighs, and yellow sneakers on his feet.

Death Arms was another one. He is a tall, muscular man with a broad physique and sun-tanned complexion. He has a prominently jutting square jaw, small eyes, and short white hair spiked behind his head. He wears a big headband with a yellow and black striped caution design that matches his heavy wristguards and the belt around his waist, which has a square clasp with a triangle decoration in the middle. He wears a cyan-colored cardigan that exposes his lower torso and the center of his pectorals, with little metal bolts on either side holding it to his chest. His pants are dark blue with a white stripe down either side, and he wears them somewhat baggy, and his shoes are plain black with a simple design.

And others Pro's thrown into the mix, trying their best to resolve the situation at hand.

Death Arms screamed, his fists smashing, "They've taken someone hostage!" The man lunged towards the villain, hitting him in the face. "How dare you take prey on a child?"

As the man's hand sank into his body, the monster simply chuckled. Death Arms was slammed into a garage door, groaning as he fell.

"Are you okay, Death Arms?" a hero inquired as he approached the sludge villain.

The Villain threatened the hero, "Heh! Stay back or I'll snap his neck!"

Bakugo was screaming as he struggled to extricate himself from the villain's grip. "YOU PICKED THE WRONG GUY TO MESS WITH! I'M GOING TO SEND YOU BACK TO WHATEVER SEWER YOU CRAWLED OUT OF!" As he fought back, his palms exploded, spreading the flames. "LET ME GO!"

The heroes were pushed backwards by the wind generated by the blasts.

"You have so much power!" exclaimed the sludge villain. "I hit the jackpot! With a quirk like yours under my control, I could take All Might out with a single punch!" he said as he pushed his 'tentacles' into the air, whirling them.

Ren thought to himself as he saw the whole situation unfold, "That doesn't look good."

Yui remained silent, watching but with a troubled expression on her face.

"This isn't good," Holo-Tommy expressed his concern. "The other heroes are battling to liberate the boy, and his wildly wielding his power is exacerbating the situation." Observing the horrific scenario.

Citizens began to voice their opinions on the incident, and panic spread among them.

"Was that some type of unique move?" someone inquired.

Another person commented to them, "Dude is a true supervillain."

The crowd gasped, and grins lighted up the room. "It's her! The hero Mount Lady will stop him!" shouted a civilian as the criminal was stopped by the gigantic woman.

Yu Takeyama, also known as Mount Lady, is her name.

She is a plump young woman with purple eyes and white pupils, as well as gracefully long eyelashes. Her creamy blonde hair is long and voluminous, reaching her waist, with two shorter strands curled to frame her face and parted slightly to the left. Her hero outfit consists of a purple and pale tan skintight bodysuit with orange stripes. Purple gloves with orange highlights on the cuff edge appear to be part of the costume. Her "boots," which are cut off at the thigh in a deep v-shape, have a similar style. She also wears a purple domino mask with three strange orange diamond-shaped dots on the purple top that are situated under her chest with horn-like protrusions on the sides.

As she lurched backwards, Mount Lady's eyes widened. "My only weakness!" she said as she realized. "If I'm going to get through here, I need at least a two-lane road!"

"Fire and wood don't mix! I'll let someone else stop this person!" Kamui Woods exclaimed as he wrapped citizens in his limbs and rescued them from the scene.

Backdraft yelled as he hosed down the fire, "Don't look at me!" "I've got my hands full here!" he exclaimed as he spoke to the heroes from left to right. "Can you guys get to him?! Where are those fire trucks?!?"

Death Arms said, "I can't gain a grip on his strange physique." "Plus, that kid's peculiarity is generating explosions everywhere!"

"This is a shutout! We've got to rally and knock him out!" exclaimed a nearby hero.

Bakugo struggled on as the sludge villain laughed hysterically, almost totally engulfing him. After that, he launched an attack on the heroes, forcing them to retreat.

Death Arms said, "It's no good! None of us have the right peculiarities for anything like this!"

The other hero smiled and nodded. He exclaimed, "We'll do damage control until someone with the correct quirk shows up!"

Backdraft continued to cope with the mounting flames, "There are still plenty of people to save..."

More civilians were rescued by Kamui from the fire. "Don't worry, I'm sure all the city's heroes are going to show up!" he hoped.

"They can't be serious?" Izuku wondered. "They're right here, they have to act now, not wait for someone to turn up."

"What are the heroes doing? They don't seem to be doing anything," Holo-Tommy pondered. They simply want someone to turn up and solve the situation. "If they don't act quickly, things are just going to grow worse."

Death Arms shook his fists in despair, "I'm sorry kid." He grumbled, "You'll just have to wait a little longer!" "If only I had greater power, I could annihilate this person!"

Toshinori had just arrived, puffing as he came around the corner. Civilians yelled encouragement to the heroes to fight back.

Toshinori gasped as he looked at the struggle, recalling his meeting with Izuku. "I must've dropped him in the air... I became preoccupied, worried about my time restriction..." he said, clutching his chest with one hand while grabbing a pole with the other. "What a beginner error... And after lecturing the youngster about what it takes to be a hero, I'm pathetic!" he grumbled.

Izuku exclaimed, his eyes widening as he recognized the villain. "It's the guy who attacked me!" he said, his breath catching in his throat as he remembered. "But the bottle... If he dropped it... That means... It's my fault." he realized.

A man looked at the person standing next to him. He inquired, "Why aren't the heroes doing anything?"

"It appears they've met their equal, and the villain appears to have kidnapped a child," another man said. "For the heroes, things aren't looking good."

Midoriya's neck snapped back to the fight after hearing their conversation, observing blonde tufts of hair peeping out from the muck. He remembered his own encounter with the villain and wondered, "I wonder how long they've been down there... How can they survive being suffocated like that?" "After only a few seconds of struggling, I feared I'd die."

The crowd then became increasingly confused.

"Wait, isn't that the villain All Might was chasing earlier?"

"What?! All Might?! No way! Where is he?!?"

"How come he hasn't turned up to assist the heroes?"

Holo-Tommy was taken aback. "Are they honestly hoping for one individual to fix this problem?" He learned about All Might on the Internet; he was a well-liked hero to whom everyone owed fate, almost like a deity. He reasoned, "All Might isn't the only hero they should rely on, and he might not come up."

"Forget about All Might for a time and focus on the heroes who have already arrived!" Izuku reasoned.

All Might my be the number one hero, but his just one man and can't be everywhere, solving everyone's problems.

"Dammit! Why aren't they doing anything?" Izuku grumbled at the heroes' inaction.

Yui observed her friend's troubled expression and took his hand in hers. But Izuku was too preoccupied with the situation to observe Yui's actions.

A light shone on Izuku as he was thinking.

Bakugo's eyes widened, his face flushed with terror. Izuku broke loose from his thoughts when he saw that, his notebook tumbling to the ground as he ran away. As everyone looked on, he threaded his way through the mob.

This startled Holo-Tommy, Toshinori, The Pro Heroes, and even the emotionless Yui, who gasped in shock when they watched the boy in action.

Death Arms screamed, throwing out his hand, "No, you idiot! Stop! You're going to get yourself killed!"

"TAKE THIS!" The boy spun, hurling his backpack at the grotesque villain's eye causing him to flinch. The sludge villain then released Bakugo for a moment, allowing him to take a Breathe of air. "KAACHAN!" Izuku shouted, grasping at the sludge villain's body.

"What?! Why are you here?!" Bakugo yelled at the boy.

"I DON'T KNOW! MY LEGS! THEY JUST STARTED... MOVING!" Izuku shouted frantically, still attempting to release the blonde. "Kaachan,..." Izuku cried. "I couldn't just stand there and watch you die!"

Toshinori, and Holo-Tommy gasped, staring wide-eyed at the boy upon hearing his reason.

"This kid." Toshinori though in surprise. "Master, I finally found my successor!"

In disbelief, Holo-Tommy remarked that this kid was interesting. That seems like something a Ranger would say "This kid is unbelievable." taking risks without concern to the consequences and going above and beyond to assist others.

The villain turned to Izuku as he prepared to assault, "Just a little bit longer, youngster!" I'M DONE WITH YOU!."

Steam was erupting from All Might's skin as his muscles swelled up. He muttered, "I've got to do something. "  He grunted "No matter the cost!"

The world around Izuku began to slow down, and he thought, "Crap! I have to get him out!" He looked about and saw the people, heroes, and villain moving very slowly. "What's going on?! Why is everything moving so slowly?" he said. He shook his head and said, "Shit! This isn't the time to worry about it." Looking ahead, he exclaimed, "I need to move!"

Then, after releasing Bakugo from the villain's grip and moving to somewhere safe, everything went back to normal.

The villain's confused exclamation came as his fist hit the ground. Then he realized his human shield was also gone and wondered, "Where did he go?!" " And where did that Explosion kid go?"

He wasn't the only one who had this question; both heroes and citizens did too. Then All Might restrained himself from assuming his muscle form since he was equally perplexed by what had happened to Bakugo and Midoriya.

Death Arm wondered, "Where are those two boys?".

Kamui Woods asked, "Did someone manage to save them in time?

Backdraft suggested, "Or maybe they moved out on the way."

Mount Lady yelled, "Hey look," directing everyone's gaze in that direction.

They turned to check where she was pointing and noticed they were laying there uninjured.

Death Arms looked at him and stated, "that green haired boy just saved him."

"I didn't even see it happen," Kamui Woods replied in a perplexed tone.

Yui said in amazement, "Izuku?"

Bakugo simply had a confused expression on his face as he tried to process what had just happened.

Izuku's ability to use Cheetah speed impressed Holo-Tommy, who said, "Not bad kid."

Izuku pulled out the master morpher and stated, "I accept to being a ranger give me the power to protect him." Suddenly, the master morpher began to glow and two morphers appeared: one was the key to the morpher, which resembled a cheetah head, and the other was the morpher on his wrist where he was holding the master morpher.

Devon Daniels, the Red Beast Morpher Ranger, owned this. It gave him the power to move and respond at speeds comparable to cheetahs.

Izuku stood up and approached the villain, saying to Bakugo , "Stay here, I'll handle the rest."

Kamui Woods warned Izuku not to approach the villain, but Izuku disregarded him.

The teen stopped a few steps away from the villain, who was looking at him. The stunned crowd watched as the cameras focused on the unidentified teen who stepped in when the heroes couldn't. Even the crowd and the heroes were taken aback by how suddenly he appeared.

Pointing towards the villain, Izuku stated, "You have only one chance, slime ball." "Stop right here and surrender, or face the consequences."

The sludge villain shouted, "You damn fool! You think ill give up so easily!" before crackling. "You know what, your quirk is even greater than that other kid's! With that kind of speed, no one will be able to catch me! I shall take it for myself!" he added.

Izuku accepted the challenge, "I like to see you try."

The heroes were astonished just before the crowd gasped.

"Is that kid insane?!" Death Arms cried out loud.

"We have to stop him!" Kamui Woods said.

"Izuku, run!" Yui cried out in concern.

All Might would have moved, but he chose to focus on the young boy with the green hair. He was wondering about how this would turn out.

Izuku raised his right arm to the side and then raised his left arm, saying, "But y'all never have that chance, cause. Izuku yelled at the top of his lungs, "IT'S MORPHIN TIME!", confusing everyone in the area.

Toshinori, Yui all puzzledly pondered, "Morphin time."

As the morpher began to glow red, he drew an X with his left and right arm and said,      "Activate Beast Power!" He then rapidly split his arms apart and inserted the key into the keyhole.

~Morphing Sequence: Beast Morphers~

He was standing on a hexagonal platform when the background changed to red coding moving up, and glasses rose up from the morpher and unfolded before the rod shot out a red beam above his head, causing a miniature red tornado to develop around him.

Then a cheetah's head materialized in front of the tornado, roared, and vanished. The tornado vanished, and Izuku then appeared in a red, black, and silver outfit with black leather pants and a red helmet that resembled a cheetah. The mini glasses emerged from the rod, grew large and became red, and then returned to Izuku and connected to the helmet.

~Morphing Sequence End~

"Unleashed the Beast!" he said as he stared at the villain

The sludge villain asked, turning around with a shocked expression on his face, "What the hell just happened?!"

He said, "Red Beast Morpher Ranger, Ready!" before getting into his pose.

With their mouths open and a look of incredulity on their faces, Bakugo, Yui, All Might, the heroes, and the crowd just gazed at Izuku. They couldn't comprehend what Izuku had just done, so they reacted in their own way.

The heroes and All Might were utterly astounded by what Izuku had just done. They were attempting to understand how a child obtained a hero suit and how he managed to make it materialize out of thin air.

Bakugo's mouth was open wide and he had a shocked look on his face as he tried to understand how he was able to create a costume out of nothing.

Yui's eyes widened when she saw what Izuku had done. Even though she was aware that he didn't have a quirk, what he did appeared to be what someone with a quirk would do. Although she was now overwhelmed with inquiries, Yui was more concerned with Izuku's safety.

"Wow, so this is how it feels to transform into a Power Ranger," Izuku said as he glanced at himself, feeling even more strength.

Holo-Tommy reminded him of the adversary, "I know it's amazing and all, but focus on the enemy in front of you."

Izuku apologized before turning his attention back to the danger in front of him.

Just emerging from his amazement, the sludge villain stared at Izuku. He yelled, creating two tentacle sludge arms, and hurled them at Izuku. "Is that supposed to scare me or something? As if I'll be terrified by some child playing hero!" "NOW DIE!"

He pressed a metal emblem on his right shoulder strap and yelled, "Transport Beast-X Blaster!" Then a gun started to appear in front of him, but it had an odd shape and its tip resembled a camera lens. He immediately grabbed it and started shooting at the villain. Destroying  the sludge arms.

The villain cried out in pain, "Damnit!"

Izuku pressed the metal emblem on his right shoulder strap and yelled, "Transport Beast-X Saber!" A blade materialized in front of him, and he grasped it.

Mount Lady asked the other heroes, "Did anyone else see that?" to make sure she wasn't the only one who had witnessed the event.

Back draft responded while still staring at the action taking place in front of him: "you mean that kid making those weapons appear out of thin air then yeah."

Izuku continues to hack and slash away at the sludge villain's tentacles, narrowing the gap between them despite the sludge villain's continued attacks.

The sludge villain hurled himself at Izuku, seeking to capture him in his sludge body. "Stand still and let me capture you!"

Izuku performed a side flip to avoid the villain's attempt to catch him and then struck him with the Beast Saber, inflicting damage. As he gently came to rest on the ground, Izuku continued to assault the villain with repeated strikes.

The evil character yelled in agony, "Agrh!"

Death Arms, watching the combat, questioned, "Did he really float to the ground like a feather?"

Toshinori was impressed by Izuku's fighting prowess and said, "He's not half bad. It almost feels like I'm seeing a pro at work."

Yui said, hoping this would be over soon, "Izuku."

After that, he punches Izuku. Izuku was knocked back somewhat by the villain, but he managed to stop it with his sword.

Izuku rolled to one side to avoid another assault and yelled, "Gah! I need to get his guard down!"

Once more charging the sludge villain, he tore more of his body apart as he got near.

The villain got out of the direction of Izuku's strike, "Don't think I'll allow you come near to me again!"

Watching the fight between the villain and teen, Mount Lady exclaimed angrily, "Damnit, he almost had him."

The villain stated cockily, "You wanted to be able to hit me if I stay away from your weapon." attacking the Red Ranger while causing his body to develop more tentacles.

Izuku muttered, cutting another tentacle, "That's what you think ugly," and then he sprang back. He then started to transform the sword into what appeared to be a pair of binoculars, made it go straight, and rapidly formed a S with it. He then swiftly grabbed the Blaster, snapped off the point, and joined the two weapons.

Mount Lady asked in disbelief after seeing what he accomplished, "Did he just?"

"He can combine them," Kamui exclaimed in surprise.

He directed the weapon at the Villain, shouting "Beast-X Cannon!" as the gun's tip started to light. "Beast X Cannon Blast!" he fired at the adversary.

Izuku skillfully twisted his Beast-X cannon in his right hand as he turned around with his back to the villain.

The sludge monster screamed in pain as electricity flowed through his sludge body, then exploded with his body parts flying all over the alleyway. "NOOOOO! NOT AGAIN!" he yelled. Izuku was facing the explosion with his back turned and appeared to be a total badass.

Because badasses don't look at explosions.

The crowd, Pro heroes, All Might, Bakugo, and Yui were all looking on in shock the the scene unfolded.

Izuku yelled, "Power down!" as his Ranger armor abruptly disappeared, revealing his school uniform once more. which once more surprises everyone. Izuku holds himself up to prevent collapsing as he says, "Man, I'm beat." after employing the Ranger form and feels exhausted.

Izuku handled the villain well, and Holo-Tommy observed, "Not bad for his first morph, but he still has a ways to go." He is worn out after the struggle, but he is still not accustomed to using a Morpher.

The crowd soon broke into a fanfare. The media among them were astounded by the shot they had managed to get. The heroes were typically anticipated to win. But when they saw a middle schooler do it, they got the shock of their lives.

"Did you see that?" asked a man.

Another person exclaimed, "His quirk is amazing!"

A teenager said, "What type of quirk does he have? It seemed like magic."

His friend said, "Who is he, and how did he make that costume of his appear and vanish?"

A woman exclaimed, "I don't know, but it looked pretty cool!"

A man said, "And did you see the way he spun around from that explosion?!"

He gave him a high five and added, "Yeah, and that was amazing."

One of the few who had remained silent while observing everything from the crowd was All Might. He was astounded that a kid could easily fight a dangerous villain on his own.

Bakugo didn't say anything; instead, he only glared at Izuku, feeling that he didn't need the quirkless loser assistance.

Yui was happy to hear that Izuku was alright and was astonished by his skill in taking out the sludge villain. She was aware of his potential as a hero.

More remarks of admiration were made by the audience, and some media outlets even covered it. While doing this, Izuku ignored the situation and picked up the sludge villain from his small puddle and placed him in a bottle. The bad guy had survived the fight and was still alive.

Izuku said as he finished snatching up the bad guy, "I never imagined my first Ranger battle would be like this."

The captured sludge villain was picked up by the cops and taken away in a couple of minutes. The media spoke with a few of the pros.

He was praised by a hero: "Man, you're tough kid! And your quirk is something else! I'd love for you to be my sidekick while you're training, so come over to my agency first if you want to go pro."

Bakugo simply ignored what the Pros were saying and gave Izuku a contemptuous glare.

Kamui Woods reprimanded the youngster, "You moron! Do you have a death wish or something?!"

Death Arms jumped in right away as well. "There was absolutely no justification for you to put yourself in such danger," he told him.

Izuku was becoming agitated by the heroes' commentary. They are not taking any action to stop the bad guy. He was being criticized for intervening to stop the filth Villain.

"You may have done a fine job freeing the prisoner and stopping that bad guy with your fancy trick, but you ought to have left it to the experts."

Kamui Woods nodded in agreement, "Exactly." He frowned, sounding dead serious, and continued, "What you did was extremely heroic, but you shouldn't have intervened like that. It was really risky for a boy to undertake the work of a pro hero; you could've been hurt or worse murdered."

Izuku responded in a low, angry voice, "What?"

Kamui Woods replied with the same tone and expression, "You are still young and civilians. It's our mission to defend people like you, what you both did was highly reckless even if you did assist stop the villain.

For Izuku, that was the final straw.

Izuku yelled at the two Pros, "Oh, would you two shut the heck up already!" and attracted everyone's attention.

The cameraman was about to stop filming when his reporter urged him to continue and turned to face Izuku.

Izuku ignored their shocked eyes as he picked up his bag and walked over to where Yui was. "Come on, let's get out of here," he remarked as they started to leave the area.

Izuku apparently angered a few of the heroes with his conversational style.

Death Arms asked the teen, "Hey, where do you think you're going?"

Izuku responded, unconcerned with his tone, "What do you think? Where leaving."

Kamui Woods told him, "Your not going anyhow. You need to account for what you did.

Izuku asked angrily, "What have I done?" The last paragraph he yelled, "This coming from the so called heroes who did absolutely NOTHING!"

He startled Yui because she had never seen him this angry before.

The heroes were taken aback by how shocked everyone, even Bakugo, appeared to be. All Might was paying attention to where Izuku was taking this.

Izuku continued, "Even if your quirks aren't the right ones or suitable for this situation, that shouldn't stop you from trying to help someone in danger. You people aren't heroes; all you're working for is fame and money. Being a hero means risking everything to save a life, and I remember seeing these so-called "heroes" doing nothing."  Izuku pointed at Bakugo and said, "You were simply waiting around for someone to show up and save this person. And what would have happened if you hadn't managed to save him from the villain in time?"

Hearing what he was about to say next, they decided not to bother him with an interruption.

Izuku muttered, making everyone shiver, "That villain definitely would have killed him by snapping his neck."

Even if hearing it made the heroes slightly pale, they were unable to disagree with him. There was a good likelihood that the bad guy would do that.

Even Bakugo trembled a little at the idea. If the villain with the weak asses wanted to, he could have simply killed the man.

Izuku paused before responding, "And do you know what you would have gotten. You have a dead child on your hands because you did absolutely nothing to assist him!"

The heroes simply lowered their heads in shame after recognizing their error without saying a word. Even All Might regrets not intervening to save Bakugo and leaving it in the hands of a bystander.

He shouted out to the heroes, "Neither of you heroes tried to help, you just stood there and watched like innocent bystanders." "But I was willing to jump into danger to save a person, I tried to help, throwing my backpack to blind the sludge villain and clawing his eyes to slow him down, your lucky I was able to stop him," he said to the heroes.

Izuku's disciplining of the heroes had Holo-Tommy thinking, "Dang, this youngsters not holding anything back." He couldn't, however, refute what Izuku had claimed. Who knows how horrible things may have gone if they had delayed any longer.

To me, both villains and heroes don't seem so different. Until you decide to stop caring about your reputation or how wealthy you are," izuku said placing his arm over Yui's back and starting to walk away with him.

Kamui Woods halted them and yelled, "Hey, come back here." Even if what you claimed is accurate, it doesn't change the fact that you hurt the bad guy illegally by using your quirk."

Death Arms join in, "That's right kid, if you utilize your quirk without a license, then you broke the law."

Izuku remarked to the heroes, "Oh, really now? Well, let me tell you all something." "That power I employ right now isn't a quirk." Confusing everyone.

Kamui Woods and Death Arms were perplexed and exclaimed, "Wait, what?"

Izuku yelled loudly for everyone to hear, "I said it's not a quirk! I'M QUIRKLESS!"

Everyone there was even more surprised by that. A boy without quirks defeated a villain without a quirk. The super human society has never heard of anything like it.

Toshinori was the one who was most astonished; his eyes opened in utter disbelief. Remebering that this was the quirkless boy from the roof.

Izuku remarked, staring intently at the heroes, "Since I'm quirkless, I didn't break any laws. So you can't punish me for anything." He yelled at them, "Now move the hell out of my way!"

As a result of this kid, Kamui Woods and Death Arms followed the new Ranger's instructions. A puzzled audience and Heroes were left behind as he and Yui fled the area. They gave Izuku's words some thought and realized he was correct. But when he declared himself to be quirkless, it astounded them even more.

While Izuku and Yui left, Bakugo remained seated on the ground and watched them.

He gritted his teeth in rage, "I was saved... by that worthless quirkless loser?!" He recalls the battle with the sludge villain and how the guy defeated him, "First that useless geek Deku become this spandex-wearing freak!"

He was unable to harm the villain in any way, yet some goddamn quirkless failure succeeded in doing so. All eyes were now focused on him. Everyone perceives him as a heroic strongman—or, more accurately, as a defenseless weakling. They even had the guts to refer to that stupid nerd as a hero! What do they even understand what a hero is! He's nothing more than a goddamn pointless eccentric stone in a fancy ass suit!

Bakugo slammed his fist to the ground in frustration and embarrassment at having to save a quirkless human. He roared, "Fuck!" and took his luggage. He turned away while thinking, ignoring the other heroes who were trying to console him. I'm supposed to be the strongest there is, and yet some that quirkless nobody had to save me! Bakugo thought, growing angrier by the second as a vision of Izuku popped into his head, "This sucks! This sucks! This goddamn suuccckkks!" I will become the number one hero someday, and if I ever meet you again, all of my attention will be on you. But I won't let you upstage me again! I won't let you get away with this! I'll fucking crush you like the quirkless insect you are!"  Bakugo promised himself.

Musutafu Streets- Evening

As the sun was rising, the sky had a vivid orange color. Izuku and Yui continued to move away from the crowd of people by moving along the sidewalk.

Yui was hiding her eyes with her hair when he turned around. "Yui?"

Izuku was suddenly given a bear hug by Yui, who had her face buried in his chest. He was taken aback by this action.

Izuku asked her, feeling a little uneasy about how near she was to him, "Yui? What's wrong?"

She continued to press her forehead into his crest, saying, "You're an idiot."

izuku exclaimed in amazement when she called him an idiot, "H-Huh?!"

Yui looked up at Izuku with a worried expression on her face and stated, "I called you an idiot." I understand that you were attempting to save those two, but you could have seriously injured or killed yourself in the process, Yui replied to him.

Izuku responded to her query, "So your basically suggesting a should of just stood there and watched him kill them."

Yui was searching for the appropriate words to explain, "That not what I meant. She held him even closer, saying, "I was so worried about you; I thought the villain was going to kill you, but you won and I'm so happy that your alright."

Izuku observed Yui's body tremble a little, as if his words had sparked something within of her, but he wasn't sure what. The impassive girl never wore a sorrowful expression on her face, but she did. Izuku then began to regret his actions. While it's true that he defeated the villain and saved Bakugo, he also caused his friend to worry for him. Izuku makes a disappointed sign to himself.

Izuku apologized to Yui for causing her such stress by returning the large.

Yui remarked in a whisper, "I forgive you, but try to be less reckless, I hate seeing you like that." Izuku still feels awful for causing her worry and wants to make amends.

Holo-Tommy drew his attention by whispering, "Izuku." Holo-Tommy stated to him, "I have to talk to you about something, and I want you to bring Yui and that kid behind you along with you."

Izuku let go of Yui, turned around, and noticed a kid who appeared to be around his age and with a bird for a head staring at them. Izuku raised an eyebrow to what Holo-Tommy said to him. "Why?" He asked.

"I'll explain later. Right now I want to talk to the both of them, so I need you to take them to some place private." Holo-Tommy said to him.

"Can I help you?" he asked as the boy with the bird head approached them.

Izuku accepted his hand as he extended it, shook it, then released it with the words, "I'm tokoyami fumikage. I was part of the crowd in the villain incident, and I demand answers to what you did." He said in a stern tone.

He said, "Okay then, if you two want to know how I defeated the villain without a quirk, follow me to my place and I'll tell you guys," as he walked passed Yui. Tokoyami and Yui then followed him as he made his way to his home.

After They Left

All Might, in his muscular form, shouted from the corner, "I'm here."  But he realized right away that they were nowhere to be found. All Might, who was following Yui and Izuku, exclaimed bewilderedly, "What the?! I could have sworn they was come by this route." All Might remarked before he went, wanting to see Izuku again, "I was hoping to interrogate young Midoriya for why he lied for not having a quirk and make young Midoriya into my new successor. Maybe all encounter them again at the U.A. admission exam."

Next time on Power Rangers Legacy...

"Power Rangers?"  Tokoyami and Yui said in a confused tone.

"Yes," Izuku replied.

The scene changes that showed Izuku having a conversation with someone when an explosion suddenly erupted nearby.

The scene changes again showed a critically injured Kamui Woods was fighting a couple of  villains in the new scene, Izuku appeared.

"Hey, back off!"

Izuku was sprinting towards Kamui when a voice shouted out from behind him. Izuku saw him and knelt down to assist Kamui.

"Don't worry, we'll handle this", he assured him as he moved him away from the danger.

"we'll?" Kamui pondered in confusion.

Just then, two individuals leap in front of the Villains, revealing the Cell Shifter and the Samurai Morpher with their hands out.

Chapter Text

Midoriya Residents - Evening

Izuku, Tokoyami, and Yui were chatting about the sludge villain while seated on the couches in Izuku's living room. Holo-Tommy wanted to chat to Tokoyami and Yui, but Izuku was a little concerned about how they would react upon seeing him, his mom wasn't hpme because she wasn't there due to a night shift.

Izuku simply inhaled deeply before speaking. " I will address your questions since I know that you both have them."

Tokoyami then started firing questions after utistowards him, "Of course! Where did you get that costume? How were you able to defeat the villain without a quirk? Do you have many costumes or only that one? How did you fall to the ground so slowly? How did you..."

Tokoyami was talking a mile a minute at this point, making it difficult for Izuku to understand what he was saying.

Unable to follow what Tokoyami was saying, Holo-Tommy inexplicably questioned, "What is up with this kid?"

Yui merely observed everything with an odd expression on her face.

He asked himself, "Jeez, is this how it feels when I do that?" as he recalled the instances in which he had grown tired of interrogating certain people about their quirks. He interrupted the boy with the green hair and yelled, "TOKOYAMI!" stopping the the bird boy from speaking "If you just keep hurling questions at me, I can't respond to any of them."

Tokoyami rubbed his head in embarrassment, "Right! Sorry about that."

He reassured him, "I ask too many questions myself, so it's okay."

"It's true that he did it to me when we first met," Tokoyami then turned to face Yui as she said that.

Izuku stated to them, "Anyway, before we go any further, there's someone who wants to speak to the both of you.

Just a confused expression could be seen on Tokoyami and Yui's faces.

Who, and what, wants to talk to them?

"Who?" Yui asked the important question

Izuku simply said while he held out the Master Morpher. "All right Tommy, Come on out"

Then Holo-Tommy unexpectedly entered the living room, startling Tokoyami and Yui, who both jumped back in surprise.

Tommy Oliver said, "Hello, Tokoyami Fumikage and Yui Kodai."

Tokoyami looked at the hologram and nervously greeted him, "Hey."

Yui turned to face her friend and asked, "Izuku, what's going on?"

Midoriya replied to her, "This is Tommy Oliver, or more precisely, this is an A.I. software that the original Tommy constructed. He is the cause of my ability to Morph into a Power Ranger," he said.

Tokoyami and Yui asked in a confused tone, "Power Rangers?"

The two were addressed by Holo-Tommy, who said, "I'll be pleased to tell you. Now, like I said to Midoriya, everything I'm about to say and display to you is the truth and please hold off on any questions you may have until I'm finish."

Yui and Tokoyami nodded in agreement.

Holo-Tommy revealed the Power Rangers' history to Tokoyami and Yui in a manner similar to how he treated Midoriya. Tokoyami and Yui were equally as astonished by what they saw as was Midoriya.

Tokoyami took on a calmer appearance despite being fascinated by what he was seeing and learning from the Rangers History.

On the other hand, Yui was more calm, but she still had a shocked expression on her face. She was shocked to learn about such heroes and the battles they fought.

They were shocked to discover that the Power Rangers were heroes from an other universe. They were even more shocked to learn that all of the Power Rangers had no quirks prior to joining the Rangers. And after witnessing what Midoriya accomplished, they began to doubt everything they had ever learned about quirkless people being heroes.

Holo-Tommy finished telling the Power Rangers' history before returning to Tokoyami and Yui. "Tokoyami Fumikage and Yui Kodai, the Master Morpher has selected the both of you to become Power Rangers." He said, making both of their eyes widen.

Tokoyami said, "You want us to be Power Rangers?!" in shock. He said, continuing, "I'm just a kid with a villainous quirk. I don't think I'm fit to be a Ranger."

To that, Midoriya only raised an eyebrow. He questioned, "What does it have to do with this?"

Tokoyami asked with astonishment, "What?"

"I'm quirkless and I chose to be a Ranger. Despite not having any powers of my own, I'm still going to be a hero. No, not a hero, but a Power Ranger," Midoriya said to him with a determined look. "Didn't you listen to Tommy's story? Some Rangers we're evil before they became Power Rangers like Korone and Tommy and Mostly every Power Ranger was quirkless before they became Rangers.

Holo-Tommy agreeing with Midoriya, "He's right Tokoyami." Tokoyami glanced at him with a surprised look. "Being a hero doesn't mean having superpowers, how famous you are, or if you looked evil and weird. It means having the heart of one." Tokoyami was beginning to cry slowly, the same feeling he experienced with Midoriya, "You can become a hero if you put your heart into it. Anyone who thinks that quirkless individuals and people with villainous quirk can't be heroes are wrong. You don't need superpowers to be told who you are meant to be, Tommy remarked. A true hero rescues people and defends the world from threats." Holo-Tommy asked the young man, "Tokoyami, I take it you want to be a hero."

"Of course, more than anything, I've always wanted to be a hero," Tokoyami said hesitantly

Tokoyami glanced at Holo-Tommy and hesitated to speak, "Then take my offer young man, and you'll become a hero and a Power Ranger. Go Go Power Rangers,' as our theme song says.

Everything Holo-Tommy and Midoriya said to them was given some thought by Tokoyami. Being a Power Ranger will show that he can be a hero as he was almost stopped from being a hero due to discrimination because of his quirk and looks.

Tokoyami shouted, "All right, I'll do it. I'll Become a Power Ranger."

In response to the boy's resolve, Holo-Tommy simply grinned and turned to look at Yui, who remained mute during the entire exchange.

The A.I. asked Kodai, "What about you, kodai do you want to be a Ranger?" questioned the shy girl.

Yui was at a loss for words. She was in awe of the Power Rangers after hearing their adventure's story. She will undoubtedly one day become a pro hero because of her being one. But before making a choice, she needed to know something.

The quiet girl addressed the hologram, "Can I ask you something first?

Holo-Tommy nodded to her.

Yui questioned, "Why pick me, why pick any of us?"

Tokoyami and Midoriya were likewise interested in the selection process for becoming Rangers.

Holo-Tommy decided that he owed them a response and informed them. He spoke as Midoriya, Tokoyami, and Yui listened, "Let me tell you about the "Project Grid." The problem is that the Morpher can only choose a new member if they deserved it, so before Tommy sent his Morpher away, he established a program in the Master Morpher called 'Project Grid,' which is essentially a recruitment of worthy people to join the Power Rangers."

Midoriya questioned him, "So how did we earn the rights to become Power Rangers?

"First kodai," Holo-Tommy said, pointing at her. Holo-Tommy stated to her, "You showed compassion to Midoriya, something no one else did. You were the only one to believe in him and that gave him hope, which gave him the determination he needed to become a Ranger.

Yui gazed at Midoriya after being taken aback by what he said. She questioned, "I'm the reason you became a Power Ranger?"

Midoriya grinned at her and added, "Yeah, if you hadn't told me that I could be a hero, I might have turned down Tommy's offer."

Currently, Yui was at a loss for words. She was the one who encouraged Midoriya to become a Power Ranger.

Tokoyami stood up and asked, "What about me? Why did the Master Morpher choose me when I didn't even know Midoriya and Yui until now?"

He added, "tokoyamis right, why was he selected to be a Ranger? We didn't meet and talk to him when the Master Morpher arrived."

He replied, scratching his head, "to be honest with you, I don't know; all I know is that the Master Morpher glowed black and suddenly showed you in the crowd. I'll have to look into it."

He pointed to Midoriya and said, "And finally Midoriya." Holo-Tommy stated to him, "Despite almost giving up on being a hero, you still have a great desire to help others."

Midoriya understood his meaning. Merely like the heroes in the past, he couldn't just watch someone in trouble.

Holo-Tommy Continued "tommy Oliver wanted to find people who carry heroic spirits and a strong desire to help others. All of you have shown qualities of what it takes to be a Power Ranger. Therefore, the Master Morpher have chosen you all to wield the power of previous Power Rangers."

Yui was merely pondering what Holo-Tommy had said to her. He wouldn't have become a Ranger and utilized his abilities to stop the sludge villain if he hadn't spoken to her when she was having difficulties with her schoolwork. He wanted to be a hero because of her, and if she turns into a Power Ranger too, she will be able to battle with him.

Yui made her decision, "Okay Tommy, I'm in too."

When the two decided on their course, Tommy grinned at them. He instructed them, "Okay then, Tokoyami and Kodai extend out your hands to give you two your morphers reversed."

As he instructed, Tokoyami and Yui extended their hands. Midoriya directing the Master Morpher towards the two of them, saying, "Midoriya, point the Morpher towards them."

The Master Morpher then began to glow gold and two balls of light began to emerge from it. One had a pink light and was black and white. The Pink light moved to Yui's hands, but the Black light went right to Tokoyami's hand. The Morphers that Tokoyami and Yui both possess became visible as the light faded.

The Morpher in Yui's hand was the Samurai Morpher, and Tokoyami's was the cell shifter morpher. They each peeked into their hands to find their brand-new Morphers.

"These are our Morphers?" Yui said, confused.

Looking at his Morpher, Tokoyami commented, "They look like cell phones." it feels like holding a toy in his hands.

Looking at Tokyami, Holo-Tommy replied, "Yes they are. Tokoyami, that you receive is The Rev Morpher it is used by the Green and Black RPM Ranger. Using the morphing Cell Chip they can transform into Power Rangers with the phrase 'RPM, Get In Gear.' and they are DNA Bonded. To morph, you would insert the Engine Cells and pull up on the gear lever." Tokoyami then began observing his Morpher.

He looked back at Holo-Tommy, a look of confusion on his face, "wait, what do you mean DNA Bonded?"

"It implies you're the only one who can use the Morpher," he told him, turning to face Yui.

"The Samuraizer, which Kodai the Morpher you received, allows for much more than transformation. The right kanji, provided that it is written in the correct stroke-order. Can do whatever its meaning indicates. In combat, it can be used as an improvised weapon, used to summon forth anything the Samurai Rangers may need to combat the Nighloks. The Samuraizer is also used to summon the Zords and form a Megazord, as well."

Yui examines her morpher. She thought to herself, "So this will turn me into a Ranger, huh?"

As their Morphers began to glow once more, Holo-Tommy stated to them, "Now it's time for the DNA registration."

The memories of the former Rangers who possessed these Morpher then flooded Tokoyami and Yui's minds. as new powers began to flood through them.

Tokoyami exclaimed, "Whoa! Did you see and feel that too?" to Yui.

Yui nodded and yelled, "I did!"

Holo-Tommy also revealed to them which Morphers belonged to those Rangers and what abilities they possessed. Tokoyami and Yui were both taken aback by that.

Holo-Tommy pointed to Midoriya's coach and said, "Tokoyami, try out your new powers by lifting this coach"

Tokoyami asked, "You want me to do what?" in a confused tone.

He repeated to him, "to lift the coach up"

Tokoyami approached the coach nervously and muttered, "Hm, Okay." To his surprise, Tokoyami held it up with both of his hands. "How did I?" he exclaimed, startled.

Holo-Tommy used Tokoyami as an example, saying, "The Morpher slightly boosted all your physical abilities, so your a little bit stronger than the average person."

Midoriya responded, having had the similar sensation while first receiving his Morpher, "That makes sense."

Tokoyami responded, putting the coach down, "I see."

Yui entered Midoriya's kitchen to try out her new strength and was able to raise his refrigerator. She was not only surprised, but it also appeared as though she was not at all having trouble with the weight. After that, she set it back down and went back to the exit.

Tokoyami turned to Holo-Tommy with a confused look "why do I feel like there's something missing inside of me?"

Holo-Tommy said to her, "That's because you have access to other Ranger powers."

The three of them gave him a puzzled look as a result of this.

Midoriya questioned, "What do you mean by that Tommy?"

Holo-Tommy explains to them, "What I'm saying is that you will have access to more than just one Ranger form. You guys can use different Ranger forms, but you'll have to unlock it."

Tokoyami stated with a blank expression, "So we can use more Ranger forms? That's cool I guess" but he was actually somewhat impressed by it when he considered the possibilities.

Even Yui was unsure of what else she could achieve with her newly acquired Ranger powers.

He told them, "The Master Morpher, which is connected to the Morphin Grid, will be the source of all your powers and abilities."

Yui inquired, "What's the Morphin Grid?" because it seemed important.

Holo-Tommy gave them the example of the source from which all Power Rangers derive their abilities and without which it is impossible to morph into a Power Ranger.

Tokoyami remarked, "I see, so that's where our powers originate from.

Holo-Tommy added with a serious expression, "There's also one more thing I need to tell you three, and that is that you should never abuse this power. He says, "Power Rangers exist for one purpose: to save the lives of the defenseless and thwart all evil in the universe whenever it manifests itself. He told them all, "You better use your powers properly now. The Master Morpher will always be watching you, and if it sees you mistreating them for selfish goals or using them to damage others, it will immediately take them away."

The three new Power Rangers understood what Holo-Tommy was saying as they observed him. Being a Power Ranger was just like being a professional hero. And a villain would abuse this authority, of course.

Midoriya stated to his mentor, "We promise Tommy that we would only use this powers to help others."

Tokoyami responded resolutely, "Yes, I'lll also live up to the legacy of the Power Rangers.

Yui nodded and said, "I promise too."

Holo-Tommy simply grinned at his new students and realized that turning them become Power Rangers was the right decision.

"Now your first order of business is to come up with a team name."

Yui raised an eyebrow, "You want us to come up with a team name?"

Tokoyami questioned, "Why don't we just use one of the other Rangers team names?"

Holo-Tommy responded, "Because your a new team of Power Rangers."

Midoriya agreed with Tommy's idea, saying, "He's got a point there. We may have the abilities of previous Rangers, but we aren't them. We have to become our own Power Rangers."

Tokoyami asks, coming up empty, "Well when you put it like that... Does anyone have any ideas?"

Yui shook her head, struggling to come up with a name.

Mirodirya was creating names in his head. If they wanted to become well-known, it had to be in some way connected to who they are. Then, as though by a sudden flash of insight, he realized it.

He said, grabbing their attention, "I got it. He said, "How about we refer to ourselves as the Power Rangers Legacy."

Tokoyami said it again, "Power Rangers Legacy?"

Midoriya remarked to his team mates, "Yeah, since we are carrying the legacy of the Power Rangers, and I can't think of any other names beyond that."

Tokoyami nodded and said, "I like it, it has a nice ring to it."

Yui uttered a small smile and added, "I like it too.

Holo-Tommy liked the team name, saying, "Legacy Rangers does have a good ring to it."

"ᴵ ʲᵘˢᵗ ˢᵃᶦᵈ ᵗʰᵃᵗ" ᵀᵒᵏᵒʸᵃᵐᶦ ˢᵃʸˢ ᵃˢ ʰᵉ ˡᵒᵒᵏᵉᵈ ᵃᵗ ᴴᵒˡᵒ⁻ᵀᵒᵐᵐʸ.

As he got up and extended his hand, Midoriya declared, "Okay, if everyone is in accord. Then for this moment on, we are the Power Rangers Legacy." He exclaimed passionately, "Rangers Together, Legacy Forever"

With a smile, Tokoyami and Yui stepped up and put their hands on top of Midoriya.

Together, the three of them cried out loud, forging their new team, "Rangers Together! Legacy Forever!"

Midoriya then looks at Tokoyami as he brought out his notebook "So tokoyami tell me about your quirk" he said as sat down on the couch as the three of them look at him with a deadpanned look

Dragobah Beach Park- Mornings

The next day

Midoriya, Tokoyami, and Yui were asked by Holo-Tommy to come at Dragobah Beach Park the following day so they could begin their preparation for the U.A. entrance test They could start early because today wasn't a school day.

Holo-Tommy addressed his students, "Okay, it looks like you're all here."

In their workout clothes, Midoriya, Tokoyami, and Yui were on a beach that was completely littered.

Tokoyami held up his hand and said, "Umm, Tommy. Why did you ask us to come out here early in the morning to this beach?"

Holo-Tommy explained, "It's so you can begin your training."

"T-Training?" Midoriya asked nervously.

"You all may have received your Morphers yesterday, but you need to strengthen your bodies, minds, and spirits" Holo-Tommy told them. "You mentioned the U.A. entrance exam is 10 months away, so the sooner we start the better."

Yui questioned him, "What do you mean?

Holo-Tommy said to them, "I'm talking about the backlash when you de-morph. Your bodies don't have the endurance and strength to sustain your Ranger form for a long time."

Midoriya stated to them all, "Now that I think about it, after I de-morph from my battle against the sludge villain, I did feel rather tired."

Holo-Tommy pointed around the beach and stated, "Which is why your here. You must thoroughly clean this entire beach as the first step in your training.

Their collective eyes widened in shock at this.

After staring in awe at the hologram man for a moment, Midoriya turned around and peered at the trash. He thought, "A-all this? But... There's too much! That's impossible."

Yui's face showed some dread in addition to shock.

Tokoyami said in disbelief, "You want us to clean the entire beach?! why?"

Holo-Tommy stated, "So the three of you can build up your muscles, or else you'll become a liability in battle."

Midoriya replied, smacking the palm of his hand, "Oh, I see now, dragging around this garbage will build our strength and stamina.

Holo-Tommy gave him a thumbs up. " It turns out that this section of the beach used to be gorgeous, but it's been a complete wreck for the last several years, according to some internet study I conducted last night," he said.

"That's right," Midoriya said aloud. "People take advantage of that when they're illegally dumping their trash, so now everyone in the neighborhood avoids this location."

Holo-Tommy spoke to them but still had more to say, "And that's why I need you to clean it up in the next few months before the entrance exam. As important as fighting villains is, heroes are also supposed to help the community, even if it's kind of boring," he said as he walked over to the broken refrigerator and stared at it. "From what I've seen in this world, heroes these days are all about showing off and capturing flashy villains," he said. Holo-Tommy looked up, connecting eyes on his students, "The first part of your training is to restore this entire beach back to it's former glory. That is the first step toward becoming a Power Ranger,"

Yui murmured, "I guess I'm beginning to comprehend. This training benefits the environment as well as us,"

Stretching his arms, Midoriya replied, "No pain, no game I assume. Let's do this, people, come on!"

Tokoyami and Yui both nodded at him before the three of them then split in various areas to begin cleaning the beach.

Holo-Tommy added, "By the way, only use your natural strength to move the garbage."

The three immediately stopped, and they all gave him wide-eyed looks.

Midoriya was the first to ask, "Why?"

Holo-Tommy explained to them, "Using your improved strength from your Morphers will undermine the objective. Because the purpose of this exercise is to strengthen your natural strength and boost your stamina."

Although the three new Power Rangers didn't like the concept, they couldn't argue that reasoning. They are aware that it won't be simple, but they also warn that it won't be easy. Even if it meant their deaths, they were set on becoming Power Rangers.

Midoriya turned to Tokoyami and Yui, saying, "Okay Tommy. Nothing has changed, we just need to work harder now."

Tokoyami replied, with a small smile "Right."

Yui responded with a similar smile.

Then, the torturous training starts.

It's been 2 months since Midoriya, Yui, and Tokoyami started their torturous training for the U.A. entrance exam in the next months. while continuing with their daily lives. Without using their superhuman strength to bulk up their muscles, the three of them were lugging about some hefty objects. Tommy also prohibited Yui from utilizing her quirk to decrease the size of the trash. To build up their leg strength, Tokoyami and Midoriya were both carrying small stuff and racing to a wrecked pickup vehicle. In order to build their upper body strength, Yui was carrying a broken old TV on her back.

Tokoyami, who was exhausted, said, "No matter how much garbage we move around, it hardly looks like we're doing anything."

Midoriya sat down next to Tokoyami and stated, "That or there's a lot more trash here than we understand."

The smashed TV and sat on the ground by Yui. She wiped the perspiration from her forehead and said, "Tired."

Holo-Tommy drew their attention and said, "Your all doing a fantastic job." Using his scanner to measure how much trash they cleared from the beach, Holo-Tommy commented, "You succeeded to clean roughly 32% of beach and still making good progress."

Midoriya yelled aloud, "Only 32 percent?! We're not even halfway done!"

Tokoyami observed Holo-Tommy's plam and stated, "Make sense, since school and our daily lives keep us busy to clean the beach 24/7, not only that but we also need to take resting moments so we don't overwork ourselves."

"Plus, if we hadn't work together, we never would have advanced to this point," Yui continued.

Holo-Tommy corrected Yui and said, "Your right. That was another reason why your all cleaning the beach, so you can develop your teamwork. Rangers are at their strongest when they work together as one."

Midoriya understands where Tommy is heading with this, "And us cleaning up the beach will increase are trust in one another."

Midoriya discovered that there was always a team of 3 or 5 members at the start until more Rangers joined the team after witnessing the Power Rangers in action. Most of them are able to defeat villains on their own, but when they battle as a team, they truly excel.

Holo-Tommy nodded and stated, "Right," after checking the time. "I believe that now would be the right moment for a break."

Midoriya's stomach was increasing and he responded, "Good, since I'm starving."

Yui nodded silently and answered, "Yeah."

Tokoyami mumbled, "Food does sound nice right now."

Midoriya advised getting up, "Let's go to the convenience store and grab something to eat."

Sure, Tokoyami said, "I believe the closest one is just around the block." Yui followed suit.

As he began to leave with Tokoyami and Yui following closely behind, Midoriya stated, "Okay, then we'll continue our training when we get back."

They were discussing about the Power Rangers as they made their way to the convenience store.

Their conversation was interrupted when they heard someone yell out to them, "Excuse me!

They come to a stop, look around, and see a girl who appears to be his age but has short black hair covering her eyes. She was likewise dressed in casual clothing for women.

Midoriya noticed her hesitant posture and offered kindly, "Can I help you?" Tokoyami assumed that she was a quiet, shy person based on the way she spoke.

The shy girl asked, "Um... I was wondering... are you that boy on TV who was able to save that one kid with the explosion quirk and stop that sludge villain?"

Midoriya was surprised by the girl's question. Even though it's been more than two months since their battle, everyone still seems to remember it. The fact that his argument and statements were also being recorded didn't help much. He didn't learn about it until he saw it on his phone.

His battle with the sludge villain apparently made the internet and headlines. There were many who disagreed with what he stated about how a hero should act, but there were also those who were enraged at him for how he spoke to the heroes. The same quirkless boy intervened to stop a dangerous villain who had a strange device that allowed him to transform into a colourful hero suit while pro heroes stood by and observed. It was a widespread debate about what it meant to be a true hero that lingered for more than a week.

It's a good thing his mother wasn't aware of the news, or he would have had to tell her about being selected to be a Power Ranger since she is aware that he will take the U.A. entrance examination and fully back him.

His everyday routine at school was similarly unique. He disclosed to his instructors his intention to take the U.A. Everyone at his school was surprised when he passed the entrance exam and emerged as the first quirkless hero. Some of the kids gave him strange looks and others rolled their eyes as they passed him, still holding the opinion that heroes can't be quirkless.

Some classmates, nevertheless, looked at him with admiration in their eyes and encouraged the child to achieve his objectives. The professors and students apparently paid attention to the news of Midoriya's activities against the sludge villain because it created a few discussions among the students about the occurrence. Even Bakugo stopped harassing him and instead just gave him strange looks.

Sometimes, Midoriya overheard some of the kids discussing what he did back then in whispers. He overheard comments about how suicidal he was, how brave he was, and how heroic and cool he looked as a Beast Morpher Ranger. Other times, he would hear a few girls giggling here and there.

Midoriya, however, chose to disregard these whispers and rumblings about him. He was crushed by people who praised his bravery, but he didn't allow it get to him. He was primarily concerned with one thing: getting into U.A. to achieve heroism.

Midoriya nodded and replied, "Yeah, that's me. just did what I thought was right. Nothing more. Nothing less," he said, "although I honestly wasn't anticipating my actions to make it on the news."

The girl fumbled with her fingers, her cheeks bright red from behind her bangs. "Well, you see... I'm quirkless myself," the girl says. The three of them develop a little surprised expression at the news. "And I watched what you did on the TV, and... I just wanted to say... I'm cheering you on, mister!" She yelled out the last sentence,

Yui was shocked by the girl's remarks. He questioned, "Your quirkless?"

The girl responds, "Yes!" as she turns to face Yui before returning to Midoriya. She spoke bravely to him, "I hope you keep doing what you're doing and become a hero! We need more people like you. Everyone usually says that quirkless people can't do anything heroic, but if you ask me, you proved them wrong!"

Midoriya was astounded by the girl's encouragement. When most people learned that he had taking the U.A. exam , they typically mock him and advise him to be realistic. But this girl, who was also resilient, advised him to keep going.

Midoriya chuckles to himself just a little. He smiled at her and she blushed at the gesture, "Thanks for your encouragement, I'll be sure to remember your nice words as I continue my route to because the first quirkless hero."

A new voice yelled, "Hey, I remember you! You're that quirkless person who defeated a villain in that awesome red suit."

The four look back and notice a youngster with gray hair who is a year or two younger than them and is smiling as he passes. The boy noticed them because of the boy's green hair.

The girl nods her head in agreement and smiles. He will demonstrate that not having any quirks does not exclude one from being a hero.

The boy remarked with a surprised smile, "Whoa! That's cool!" "Hell, I don't think my quirk can compete with what he can accomplish," she said.

Midoriya raised a brow at him and said, "Eh? He questioned, "What about your quirk, what is it?"

The boy simply scratches his cheek while laughing awkwardly. "All I can do with it is emit a significant amount of steam off my body, which isn't exactly a heroic feat."

Midoriya placed a hand on his chin and listened as the boy explained to him about his peculiarity. He considers it for a while before returning his attention to the boy.

The boy blinked at Midoriya's query, "Have you considered being a hero despite your quirk?" After a brief period of hesitation, he nodded slowly. He turned to the girl and asked, "What's your name?" He turned to the girl and asked, "I suppose you should also give me your name," she said.

He introduced himself, "Oh, I'm Haruto Sakai."

The shy girl quickly bowed and added, "And I'm Aoi Akaza, it's great to meet you!"

"I'm Izuku Midoriya, but you two can just call me Midoriya, there's no need to be shy, we're about the same age," Midoriya said them. He said, "and these are my friends," Pointing at Tokoyami and Kodai.

Tokoyami responded, "Tokoyami Fumikage," and did a little bow.

"Yui Kodai," she introduced herself, waving briefly.

"Back to your question," he remarked, "I believe there is a method you can make your quirk beneficial."

"That was a mouthful" Tokoyami whispered leaning into kodai who let out a small chuckle at tokoyami.

Haruto's reaction to what Midoriya said was, "Huh?! D-Do you believe that?"

You might discover new methods to use your powers that you had never considered before if you start practicing and experimenting with your quirk, Midoriya told him. "Yeah, from what i read quirks evolve as a person gets older and the more that there are used," she said.

Aoi was taken aback to witness Midoriya encourage the user of a steam quirk.

Haruto questioned, "But what if that's not enough?"

Then, he said, "make it up with your body."

Incredulous, Haruto questioned, "My body?"

Midoriya gave his suggestions based on what he saw the Power Rangers do: "Yup, build up your muscles and improve your physique or study some form of martial arts or weapon capabilities, since you don't have any physical superpowers. You can utilize your steam to briefly blind your opponents or conceal to evade sneak strikes, based on what I've learned about your abilities."

Haruto gasp at Midoriya's suggestion, Haruto turns to examine his own hands. Wow, I never really considered that.

Aoi responded with a surprised expression on her face, "Me neither.”

"Most people think that having a flashy strong quirk is what you need to be a hero, but that is untrue, there are plenty of quirked people who fight physically. If your quirk isn't enough to become heroic, then use your body and brain for what you lack. Quirks are just tools for a person to make saving lives or defeating villains easier. That's a fact that most seem to forget." Midoriya wisely said to the two of them.

They both turned to face Midoriya in shock at what he had said. They were astounded that someone so young could think so confidently.

Yui said to catch her attention, "And Aoi." She encouraged the quirkless girl, "Don't let what people say get to you. Just because you're quirky doesn't mean you're worthless. If you want to do something, then do it. Don't let anyone stop you or put you down."

The girl then developed a deep flush. Right, "I'll do that," Aoi exclaimed.

"That also applies to you, Haruto," Tokoyami added.

With a smile, Haruto exclaimed, "Yeah!”

"Now if you both excuse us, we've have to have something to eat before we return to our training for entrance exam," Midoriya stated the three of them started walking away from the two waving bye. "See ya."

Aoi and Haruto watched as they walked off.

Tokoyami told them, "Those kids were nice."

Yui nodded in agreement as she turned around and noticed the two interacting amicably.

They were interrupted when Midoriya's stomach grumbled. When they turned to face him, he apologized, saying, "sorry, I'm just extremely hungry."

They started to sprint toward the convenience shop, as they laughed.

Holo-Tommy was secretly listening to the entire conversation in the background. He felt being very proud of the kids from giving those two hope, "I knew the Master Morpher made the right choice making this kids into a Power Ranger." he thought

Convenience Store- Afternoon

Yui was listening to some Power Rangers music that Holo-Tommy had uploaded on her phone while Tokoyami and Midoriya talked as they walked back to the beach after completing their food shopping.

"I have to say, the Power Rangers have some very unique tunes," Yui thought to herself as she listened to the Dino Charge full opening song.

Two people with yellow and purple hair were leaving a music store a few blocks away when Yui, who was focused in the song, failed to spot them. As a result, she accidentally bumped into them.

Denki Kaminari and Kyoka Jirou were their names.

She has a slim body and is a petite, fair-skinned girl. She has onyx eyes that are trapezoidal and lazy-looking, with noticeably long lower eyelashes and sparse eyebrows. Her hair is short, only reaching her chin in length, dark purple in hue, with an uneven fringe and two reflections on either side of her head that resemble the waves on a pulse monitor. The flexible, plug-like earphone jacks that hang from each of her earlobes at the end of two tiny cords are her most noticeable feature. She was wearing street-style punk rock clothing.

Denki has short gold hair, parted to the right with a black lightning-shaped streak on the left of his side fringe, which is angled so that it partially obscures his left eye. He has slanted, somewhat triangular golden eyes, and notably small eyebrows. He's slimmer than most of the other male students in his class, not having much visible muscle mass.

Kodai hurriedly apologized to the two, saying, "Oh, I'm so sorry we weren't looking!," while Tokoyami and Midoriya also apologized and blankly stared at Kodai because she kept bowing.

Jirou waved her hand as she gathered up her belongings and Denki assisted her, saying, "No no no it's ok we were the one that wasn't looking."

Tokoyami laid a hand on Kodai's back and told her to stop bowing.

Just then, someone was spotted flying and landing on a car. When they turned to look at the person, they recognized Kamui Woods, who was covered in burns and bruises, which is severe for someone with his quirk.

They suddenly heard a voice from the other side "aww is the little hero tired" they turned to look at the owner of the voice and saw a man.

Two further people could be seen standing behind the villain one had a man with guntip fingers, and the other appeared to have some strange liquid oozing from his hands.

They proceeded to move toward Kamui Woods as his hands suddenly burst into flames, asking, "How about we finish what you started?"

BANG!

Just then, a guy wearing red leather and a red cheetah helmet fired the ground in front of them.

The villain with the finger guns stopped him as soon as he noticed him and said, "Hey, you're that kid from the sludge villain."

Midoriya remarked, "It seems like I already have fans. But Im afraid I have to end this fan meet up early."

The villain warned Midoriya as he used his quirk, "Don't get too cocky. There's just one of you and three of us, so you have no chance of winning."

"Your wrong!"Suddenly, two people jumped in front of Midoriya when someone shouted.

Tokoyami, who was standing next to him, put his right hand to his chest and drew out an engine cell while displaying the rev morpher on his right wrist.

Kodai, is standing to Midoriya's left, who is also holding on to a samuraizer "because you'll be fighting three of us."

Tokoyami shouted "RPM, Get in gear" As he shifted the engine cell directly into the cell shift morpher and raised the gear lever, Tokoyami shouted.

"Samuraizer! Go Go Samurai," exclaimed Kodai as she flipped the morpher open. She then pointed the samuraizer in front of her and began writing the kanji for "sky" (天) in pink streaks in the air while turning it around to face the opposite direction.

~Morphing Sequence: RPM and Samurai~

Tokoyami entered a track unexpectedly and began to move without even moving his legs. He then went through a loop as he hit panels of his suit, making it appear on him. He then started to spin, making his boots appear and the number 5, which resembled a wolf, appear on his chest. He then came to a stop as two seat belts appeared from behind and buckled up in the belt buckle. He then posed in front of an odd sign behind him while wearing a helmet in the style of a wolf that made his head appear normal as the visors closed.

In a pink room, Kodai was suddenly dressed in what appeared to be a karate suit as she faced a large kanji of "sky" with miniature versions of it rising up from the floor and circling around her, creating a mask with the kanji symbol (天) on the forehead. Then another circled her, creating the suit. A sword then flew from her left and landed in front of her, and she placed it on her waist before the kanji for "sky" appeared on her head creating the helmet with the symbol on it as well. She then pulled a disc from the belt buckle and puts it on the sword as she pulled it out and posed with it "Samurai Ranger! Ready!"

~Morphing Sequence End~

The three of them suddenly posed as smoke with their respective color appeared behind them "Rangers Together, Legacy Forever!"

"There's more of you!?" The fire villain yelled in surprise as he saw two people who wore the same suit as Midoriya "no matter, we'll just defeat you even with your fancy outfits, Goop, Arsenal get them!" he ordered the others.

The villain sprayed them with purple liquid which was aimed at tokoyami who when he went to dodge it suddenly moved without even moving his legs and went behind the villain and hit him with a kick in the back making the villain fall down "I can get used to this speed" he said as he then turned around and saw that Arsenal aimed at him but the shot was deflected by Kodai who deflected it with her Spin Sword.

"You need to be more careful with your surroundings, Tokoyami" she looked back at her teammate then charged at the villain and Tokoyami then focused on the sludge villain who was now getting up.

We go to Midoriya who was dodging the fire villains attack while also shooting the villain with his Beast-X blaster but the villain manage to hit him with a huge fireball attack causing him to fall to the ground in pain "this is the end for you kid" he said as he walked towards him.

Meanwhile Tokoyami and Kodai were struggling fighting the villains since they weren't experienced in fighting "you kids finally give up?" They heard the leader say as they looked over and saw that Midoriya was on ground as the villain was walking towards him. They then heard Midoriya say.

"No" Midoriya then got up from the ground "We will never give up... cause we are Power Rangers and- a Ranger NEVER GIVES UP!" As soon as he said that he pulled out his Beast-X Blaster and shot at the villain which the villain barely dodges but when he turned to look at Midoriya he saw him running towards him and punched him right in the face.

Because of the other villains who were focus on their Boss's fight they didn't notice Tokoyami and Kodai running towards them with Kodai hitting Goop which resorted him to fall back. "How about some fresh air" Kodai said as she pulled a strange looking pink disc from her belt and put it in the sword. " Sky Fan!" She then made the disc spin causing her sword to get a pink glow when it died down what used to be a sword in her hand was now a giant pink and white fan.

"You really think some giant fan will beat me?" Goop then fired some sludge right at Kodai but before it could hit her she waves the fan once sending a strong gust of wind which manage to send the sludge right back at him, this caught him off guard causing him to not dodge in time hitting him with his own sludge making him stuck.

“One down, two to go” She said as she immediately bolted to tokoyami, who was dodging bullets left and right while also shooting at Arsenal using his rocket blaster.

“I can do this all day” Tokoyami said taunting Arsenal while dodging his attacks making Arsenal annoyed.

Arsenal then started firing at Tokoyami faster “FUCKING STAY STILL YOU BRAT!!!!” But it was no use Tokoyami was just running in circles around him, suddenly a shadow was looming over him, he looked up and saw Kodai but before he could even aim at her Kodai swung the sky fan causing him to fall on the ground hard knocking him out.

Kodai and Tokoyami nodded at each other and went to help Midoriya who was still fighting the boss.

“I think you should be the one giving up now, you're out numbered” Midoriya warned the villain who calls himself Cinder, as Tokoyami and Kodai stood beside him.

“You think I'll surrender to a bunch of TEENAGERS!?” He shouted and then aimed a fire ball at the crowd watcthing, this got the Rangers shock and nervous.

“WHOA HEY! Let's talk about this” Kodai yelled at Cinder holding out her hands.

As the rangers we're trying to reason with the villain, in the crowd. Kamui woods was still unable to help I'm the fight until he saw kaminari in the crowd “Hey! Kid with the yellow hair!” He shouted, trying to get kaminari's attention.

“me?” Kaminari asked confused, pointing at himself.

“yes you, you're Powercable and Ground Shocks kid” the Tree hero asked. Remembering the electric hero couple showing a picture of their son to him once.

“yeah I'm their son, why?” Kaminari hesitantly said.

“listen kid I need you to try and sneak behind the villain and electrocute him” pointing at Cinders back who was still talking to the rangers.

This surprised kaminari as he looked at the fallen hero with wide eyes “you want me to try and fight that guy?! Why can't you do it?”

“I'm too Injured to fight and he'll just burn away the wood if I try to to restrain him with my quirk. Kid,” Kamui woods puts a hand on kaminari's shoulder. “It's the only choice we have right now, you want to be a hero right? Now's you're chance to prove yourself that you can be a hero.”

Kaminari looked down at his hands, throughout his life he's been held with high expectations from people because his parents are a well known hero couple and of course that puts a lot of pressure on him. Trying his hardest to be the person everyone wants him to be. He charged straight to the villain.

“I'VE LOST TO MUCH JUST TO END UP IN PRISON.” But just as he was about to fire, he was suddenly tackled from behind “What the-”

“It's time to end this!” Kaminari then proceeded to activate his quirk.

“GAAAAAHHHH!!” As kaminari turned off his quirk the villain was unconscious, but the drawback to his quirk short-circuited his brain.

The master morpher that was in Midoriya's belt glowed yellow. “Well would you look at that. ” Holo-tommy said, looking at kaminari who was still short-circuit.

Unfortunately, Cinder managed to shoot the fire ball but instead of hitting the civilians it hit the supports of a billboard on top of the building. Fortunately as the fireball hit the billboard the crowd started to run away to avoid getting hit, but a child tripped and the billboard was already close to the ground.

“NO!” The rangers shouted as Tokoyami and Midoriya rushed to save the boy but they we're beat to it by a certain Purple haired girl with earphone jacks attached to her ears.

“MY BABY!” the mother of the boy rushed towards her son and jirou and took her son off of jirou's hands embracing him into a hug. “Thank you” The mother said to jirou, tears pouring down her face.

“It's no problem, I couldn't just stand by and watch someone get hurt.” Jirou said, standing up and running to kaminari's side so he doesn't hurt himself by accident.

The master morpher glowed again but this time it was the colour purple and showing Jirou.

Tommy saw this and immediately informed the others “Guys, it seems like the master morpher has picked two new teammates.”

The rangers looked at each other surprised and looked at Kaminari and Jirou. They we're interrupted with a voice in front of them.

“I would like to thank you all for helping defeat the villains and you as well miss for saving that boy.” The voice belonged to Kamui Woods who was limping his way to the group.

“Hey don't push yourself too hard you're still injured” Kodai said rushing to Kamui woods side, helping him stand up.

“Don't worry, I'll be fine but you guys should go, the police are already on their way to arrest the villains.” He said, looking at the rangers “you guys are going to apply for UA right? I'll make sure to put in a good word for you.”

“Thank you so much Kamui woods” Midoriya said to him and then looked at Kaminari and Jirou “Jirou when Kaminari goes back to normal I want you two to meet me a dagobah beach, I have something to talk to you two.” the rangers then ran back to the direction of Dagobah Beach.

As soon as the rangers we're out of sight police and ambulances arrived but jirou was still looking at where the rangers once were.

Dagobah Beach Park

“Woooh!! That battle was great!” Midoriya shouted, raising his arms up in the air.

“Yeah, and when we morphed, I could feel the power flowing through me” Kodai said, looking at her hands.

“That power you're referring to Kodai is symbol power” Holo-tommy said, looking at Kodai.

Kodai looked at Holo-tommy and back to her hands. “Symbol power huh.”

“And don't forget, we managed to earn two new teammates” Tokoyami said, looking at his teammates.

“That's right! I'm so excited to meet them again. I wonder what morpher they're going to get? I wanna know more about how they're Quirk works. Maybe they-” Midoriya continued on with his tangent.

“There he goes again” Tokoyami said, one hand on his hip, while looking at midoriya.

“He's really excited to know more about them” kodai chuckled, while looking at her friend.

Holo-tommy was looking at the three teens with a big smile, as he was reminded of another group of teenagers he once mentored.
