alrighty everybody! welcome to the intro post + masterlist! let's get the hard parts out of the way
These characters are 100% dead. in the ground, maybe the afterlife, they're dead: Nilou (killed in an accident at the theater), Kamisato Ayato (died in his 50s probably cancer) Lisa (the Curse) and Childe (just. Yeah.)
These characters have went somewhere. Their fares are uncertain to the general public, and most of the cast: Venti (who knows), and Fischl plus Bennett (never returned from an expedition).
These characters are considered dead, but still very much alive: Zhongli (actual Zhongli not morax) and Kaeya (would like to be dead, but he isn't)
anybody not listed should be assumed alive (and varying levels of well) or irrelavant to the main story!
Let's get on to the goobers!
"main story" takes place 35 years after the Traveler departs (aka the Second Cataclysm), or AT
SUMERU
Zariah (Cynonari) - born 3 AT
A matra on reduced duty after an incident that rendered her without a leg and half a tail. She’s determined to get herself to her previous capabilities to take over her father’s place as the General. The serene older sister of her freind group.
Silina (Candehya) - born 6 AT
One of the first people from Aaru village to enter the Akademiya with the new programs instilled. While she had long graduated with high honors, she still faces hardship and avoids new faces to reduce it. She currently resides with Ainah.
Ainah (Haikaveh) - Born 16 AT
A bright and passionate young girl who decided to take on three Darshans at once. Said to not understand the difference between “argument” and “conversation” or “insult” and “observation”. Takes her parentage and legacy to come perhaps a bit too seriously…

Scarlet - born 10 AT
Scarlet Beginnings of the Reconnaissance company. Prefers to work in isolation and rarely seen within the headquarters. Has a fondness for collecting post cards.
D Kätzlein - born 9 AT
One of the youngest Kätzleins with a sharp eye for investigation. If she wants to find the answer to something, she will almost always find it. Has yet to find the answer to the her longest investigation: the nature of a green bard who disappeared some time after the Second Cataclysm.
Twilight of Everlasting Wolfhook Fields- found 9 AT
The liason between the Knights and the Adventurer’s guild. After being adopted by Benny’s Adventure Team at a young age on an expidition, she seems deadset on finding the two members who never returned from a journey.
Kaera Ragnidvr - born 30 AT
adopted daughter of Diluc Ragnidvr. Stands in stark contrast with the rest of her family with her wildness and lack of care for protocol, filters, or baths. Has an “imaginary freind” who she likes to give grape juice.
Lisa Gunnhildr-Ragnidvr (Jeanluc) - born 4 AT
Hailed as one of the greatest Knights since it’s founder, she is known as “the young Venessa”. When she has a break from her obligations, she has her godmother’s habit of reading.
Briar Rose (Noelle) - born 10 AT
Current Librarian of the Knights of Favonius. Far more interested in witchcraft and magic than anything the Knights have to offer, she only stays in her position to appease her mother.

I'm willing to accept name suggestions for Zariah's little brother, headcanons, suggestions for stories, and even thinsg like birthday dates! I'll upload one chapter I have finished every other weekend, assuming I have one.
