Prologue:
The bed sheets rustled as Chuuya stood up from bed, the thin lining of the bed sheets shining under the quiet moonlight. Faint noises echoed throughout the night sky as Chuuya pushed open the door to his balcony. The hard tiles barely made any sounds as he creeped up to the railings and looked over at the city and the finite night sky.
The quietness looming in the air as it breezed around at high altitude. The curtains danced with the rhythm as he looked over at the river in his sight. He was drifting in his own thoughts until a pair of hands wrapped around his torso. And heaven’s would be wrong if they said that they didn’t see a faint smile appearing from him.
“Why are you up?” Chuuya whispered just enough for them to hear. The hands stayed still, barely moving and soon enough a chin rested upon his right shoulder.
“I could ask you the same thing. Plus I missed my heat bag.” The man wrapped in bandages smirked as he said the last bit.
“I wanted to take some air.” Chuuya said as embraced the touch. His mind and heart were devoted to the moment.
In his past years he would have never thought he'd fall for someone like Dazai Osamu, the enigmatic idiot that he calls. It took time to trust him, understand him but it was just the start of something new, that either will be something to hold on to till his last or just a fleeting moment in his story.
But he didn’t care, not now, and never will. What he wanted was just his partner by his side till his eyes could witness the sunrise and sunset. He said that himself:
“Till this sun rises and falls…I’ll be forever yours”
Were the words he promised when Dazai confessed, that he later admitted that it was cheesy and they had a sweet laugh over it. Everything was in place, where it wanted to be.

“But everything in place sometimes feels weird”
