Everyone in the Shiratorizawa team was getting ready for the big Halloween party.
They knew that most of their volleyball friends would be there, mostly the people from Miyagi but Shirabu knew that Nohebi's captain would be there with his boyfriend.
"Taichi? Can you help me with my outfit?"
Kawanishi looked at his roommate and went to him to help with their costume.
"You had to choose such a complicated costume, right?"
Shirabu rolled his eyes as Kawanishi helped them into the mummy costume, wrapping the bandages around him.
"Eita, please help me with my eyeliner, you're so much better at it"
Semi sighed and smiled before pointing to the bed.
"Sit down and I'll be right with you, love"
Tendo sat down on the bed, looking at Semi who was fixing xyr outfit and make-up.
The way Semi was dressed, tight grey pants, a white button down, and a matching grey waistcoat.
It was mesmerizing how well the outfit framed Semi's body.
Xyr thighs are not as thick as Goshiki's or Ushijima's but they are well-defined because of the pants.
And his waist, the waistcoat was defining it so beautifully almost like this suit was tailored for him.
Tendo loved every single one of his partners, no matter if they had a thin waist like Kawanishi, muscles like Ushijima, or anything.
He found them beautiful and he would do anything to boost their confidence.
Was that rooted in his trauma?
Most likely but that was unimportant to him right now, Semi was right there, looking like a godforsaken snack, illegally hot and Tendo was staring a lot.
"Oi, Tori! Snap out of it, you're staring"
"Shit, sorry, love"
A soft red blush grew on Tendo's cheeks, making Semi smile.
"Aww, the little demon is turning red~"
Tendo pouts in response, sticking his tongue out to Semi before speaking up.
"Fuck you, angel"
"After the party if you ask nicely~"
The blush on Tendo's face became brighter.
Semi sits down on Tendo's lap and starts doing Tendo's eyeliner.
Reon was busy getting dressed in his costume.
"That costume looks so cool!"
Soekawa exclaimed, applauding Reon's outfit.
"I'm glad you think that it's so hard to find a purple outfit with silver accents but I'm glad I got an outfit to match Toshi's"
The outfit Reon was wearing was a white undershirt, white pants, and a purple corset thing, the corset has quite a lot of silver details.
There was also a purple coat with silver details and as the finishing touch was a silver crown with purple jewels.
"That's so cute!"
A soft smile comes from Reon as he looks into the mirror.
"I am sure you and your girlfriend will look cute as well as Beastboy and Raven"
Soekawa was busy painting his face green, he was completely changed into Beastboy's outfit.
"I will now go to Toshi's dorm, have fun!"
Reon walked out of the dorm to Ushijima's and Yamagata's dorm.
Ushijima stood in front of the mirror, obviously worried about how she looked in her outfit.
He was wearing a purple dress that went past his feet, the dress slightly dragging on the floor.
The dress has a white corset-like waist that has silver accents, it also has off-the-shoulder sleeves that reach down to her wrists.
"You look gorgeous, darling"
Yamagata walks over to Ushijima, smoothing out the dress for him.
A soft smile was visible on Ushijima's face now.
"Thank you, Hayato"
Ushijima fixed her sleeves before Yamagata grabbed a stool.
"What are you doing?"
He places the stool in front of Ushijima, climbing on top of it, and places Ushijima's crown on her head.
"There, our queen needs his crown, right?"
That made Ushijima giggle and blush before he put on a silver necklace to match the silver crown.
Reon knocked on the door and Yamagata opened it.
"Oh, Your Highness~"
Yamagata bowed in front of Reon, making the latter giggle softly.
"Your queen is waiting for you" He let Reon inside and when Reon saw Ushijima, his jaw dropped.
"You look stunning!"
Reon walked to Ushijima and hugged her.
"You look stunning, my queen~"
Ushijima laughed softly, covering his face as he started blushing a lot.
"Goshiki!? You are going to wear that!?"
Yusho looked Goshiki up and down, looking at the outfit he was wearing.
Goshiki was wearing a maid dress, his skirt was quite short, showing off his thighs and if he bent over a bit too much it would show off his ass too.
The dress had a chest window in the shape of a heart and it had short, puffy sleeves.
He was wearing cat ears and a tail too, the tail was attached to the corset of the dress.
They also had white knee-high socks with bows on them.
"Yes, yes, I am, Yusho"
"I wish you good luck with that, you know our upperclassmen will not let you out of their sight"
Goshiki shrugged when he looked in the mirror before he put on a choker with a bell and fingerless gloves that fit with the dress.
He turned to Yusho and showed the palms of the gloves.
"They're kitty paws"
A soft giggle came from Goshiki, making Yusho smile.
"I wish you good look with our upperclassmen, pretty boy"
"Thanks, also, you look adorable in that toothless onesie"
Yusho smiles and rubs the back of his neck.
"Watari got it for me to match"
"Aww, that's so cute!!"
A blush appeared on Yusho's cheeks and he tried to hide his face with the hood of his onesie.
All eight of them decided to meet in the common room.
The first ones to arrive there were Ushijima, Reon, and Yamagata.
Their libero was dressed in a torn-up black shirt and ripped black pants, it was kind of hard to not look at his chest when one of the holes in his shirt was there.
"Hayato, come here"
Yamagata stepped closer to Ushijima, who fixed the wolf ears on his head and then gave him a kiss on the forehead.
"There, now your puppy ears are on your head properly"
"They're wolf ears, Toshi! Not puppy ears!"
"If you say so"
A few seconds of silence passed until Ushijima spoke again.
"Puppy~"
Before Yamagata could respond to it, a voice was heard from the door.
"Damn it Eita, were not first"
There stood Tendo and Semi, the other three looked over and Ushijima's eyes fell on Tendo's outfit.
Tendo was wearing a long-sleeved crop top, a low-waisted skirt that had many chains attached to it, and black knee-high socks that were ripped in many places.
They had wings and horns, making him look kind of intimidating but he looked quite hot.
Semi and Tendo walked over to the three and they both bowed in front of Reon and Ushijima.
"Your highnesses~"
They both said in unison, making the two giggle happily.
"Guys, do you know how fucking hard it is to put a mummy outfit on?"
Shirabu walked into the common room, grumbling angrily.
"Heel ingewikkeld"
Tendo nodded softly, making Shirabu very confused at the response.
He tensed up when he felt an arm being wrapped around his waist, he relaxed again when he remembered Kawanishi was next to him.
"Yes, yes, Taichi, thank you for helping me"
"No need to thank me, Kenji, I'm happy to help you"
Shirabu was not happy with that answer so he pulled Kawanishi into a kiss.
That kiss surprised Kawanishi but he rolled with it, enjoying it.
Yamagata admired the two quite a lot, Kawanishi was wearing an almost completely black suit.
Kawanishi has his nails painted black and make-up to make his face paler.
Shirabu was the first one to break the kiss and then Yamagata noticed the fake vampire teeth and the red contact lenses.
If Kawanishi would look Yamagata in the eyes and command him to do something, Yamagata would do it.
Yusho and Goshiki walked into the dorm common room. "Bye, Yusho, we'll see you at the party!"
He waved at Yusho who walked out of the door and everyone else turned their head to Goshiki.
"You- oh shit"
Shirabu's cheeks turned red, he wasn't the only one, basically, everyone was blushing at seeing their boyfriend in that outfit.
No one knew what to say, they were just admiring how he looked.
As they were walking, it didn't escape Tendo's vision that many people were staring at Goshiki.
"Tomu, sweetheart, come here"
Goshiki walked closer to Tendo who immediately wrapped an arm around the younger one's waist.
Tendo's action made Goshiki quite flustered, he started fiddling with his skirt.
Throughout the whole walk, Tendo was holding onto Goshiki.
They just wanted to make sure that Goshiki was going to be okay.
Ushijima found it quite adorable how overprotective Tendo was.
"Satori, no one will hurt Tomu, calm down"
Semi kissed Tendo's cheek and ruffled Goshiki's hair.
"Anyway, we are here"
At the entrance, they were met with Terushima who led them inside.
Terushima was also dressed as a vampire but his style was different.
He was dressed more slutty, his white dress shirt was unbuttoned but tucked into his tight black pants.
"Thank you for coming! You all look great!"
"You do too"
Tendo replied with excitement, happy to be at the party.
At seeing the snack table, Goshiki walked over to it, seeing people in many beautiful costumes.
Out of all the people, they didn't recognize that many people but they did see Kunimi and Kindaichi in a corner together.
As he was nibbling on a snack, he heard a loud and happy voice yell out to him.
"Hey! Goshiki!"
Hinata was dragging two of his partners over to Goshiki.
"Wow, you look stunning"
Goshiki laughed softly at Hinata's response.
"You look cool too, and so do your partners, all matching outfits?"
"Yep! I am the sun, Kags is the moon, Tsukki and Yams are the stars!"
All of their outfits were represented properly.
Yamaguchi was wearing a blue shirt with stars all over and a black skirt.
Tsukishima had a similar shirt but in black with black pants underneath it.
Kageyama's outfit consisted of a black shirt with the moon phases on it and grey ripped jeans.
And lastly, Hinata was wearing a golden crop top with yellow-ish pants.
Both Hinata and Kageyama were wearing a crown with their corresponding celestial body.
"And Hinata, you are rocking that crop top!"
Hinata hugged Goshiki and both of them smiled like two sunshines.
"Thank you!"
"Sunshine, I thought you wanted to say hi to Koganegawa too, he's over there"
Tsukishima pointed to where most of the date tech team was and Hinata ran away.
"AONE!! KOGANE!!"
Goshiki laughed and then waved at the three Karasuno first years before they walked after their boyfriend.
All of a sudden slow, spooky music started playing, and on the podium was Terushima.
"Everyone here, grab a partner and dance, me and Suguru will vote on which pair is dancing the best and we have a prize for the person who does. If your shoulder gets tapped, you're out!"
Terushima smiles and the music plays louder.
Reon immediately took Ushijima to the dance floor and they started to sway to the music.
Semi and Tendo also started dancing together and Goshiki could see from the corner of his eye that Yusho and Watari are somewhere in a corner dancing together.
Before Goshiki could look for one of his partners, a random person came up to them.
"Hey, pretty boy, do you want to dance?~"
Goshiki shook his head.
"No thank you…"
But the person didn't give up, they grabbed Goshiki's hand and slightly tugged on it.
"Come on, please?"
"I said no…"
"And I said please, don't be such a buzzkill"
"Do you have a problem?"
Goshiki was relieved at hearing Kawanishi's voice and immediately reached out for the second year.
"This boy doesn't want to dance."
Kawanishi shook his head and pulled Goshiki into a hug.
"Maybe because he doesn't want to dance with a stranger, dummy"
The person scoffed and let go of Goshiki before walking off, making Kawanishi immediately focus on Goshiki.
"Are you alright?"
"Yes, thank you"
A smile appeared on Goshiki's lips and Kawanishi pulled him to the dance floor.
"Let's dance, sunshine"
"Yes, please!"
Kawanishi pulled Goshiki to the dance floor and they started to dance around.
Yamagata and Shirabu, who decided not to join the dancing, were admiring their partners who were swaying around the dance floor.
"Wakatoshi and Reon look genuinely like they are the king and queen of the party"
Shirabu nodded and hummed in agreement.
"All of them are having so much fun, it's refreshing to see all of their smiles"
"Especially since Wakatoshi-san doesn't smile that much"
"She's so pretty"
The last two couples remaining, dancing in the middle of the dance floor were Ushijima and Reon and Bokuto and Akaashi.
The Fukurodani couple were dressed as Morticia and Gomez Adams.
Bokuto looked stunning in his long black dress, he was looking down at Akaashi who was wearing Gomez's suit, black and white.
Daisho and Terushima were looking at the two couples, they all were dancing really well until Bokuto almost tripped over his feet.
Terushima and Daisho went to Bokuto and Akaashi to tap their shoulders.
So eventually, the last two dancing were Reon and Ushijima.
The two kept swaying around the dance floor until the end of the song.
All of the eyes were on them, the two who danced beautifully around.
And when their dance came to a halt, Reon pressed a kiss to Ushijima's lips before looking around a bit.
"Congratulations, you two are the winners of the dance"
Ushijima smiled as he looked at Terushima before looking away, realizing he and Reon kissed in front of everyone.
That felt embarrassing but super sweet.
Daisho walked up to Reon and Ushijima, putting a medal around both of their necks.
"There is more but that will come later"
Music started again and the party continued, people dancing, singing along, and just talking.
Tendo ran up to their partners and embraced the king and queen.
"You guys were amazing!!"
Semi followed soon after and smiled, finding Tendo's behavior adorable.
"I agree, you both looked magical, like you're out of a fairytale"
Ushijima blushed quite a lot, even when Shirabu and Yamagata walked over.
All six of them hugged and then looked around.
"Where are Tsutomu and Taichi?"
They looked around to try and find the two lost boyfriends.
All of them split up, Yamagata and Ushijima went to the snack table to look around.
Semi and Shirabu checked the other side of the big hall while Reon and Tendo were in the bathroom, searching.
As Tendo and Reon walked into one of the bathrooms, they heard a noise, a noise you would hear often in this type of party setting.
But this time it was one of their boyfriends they heard.
"Tsutomu?"
The next noise they heard was a few soft whispers, then silence before Kawanishi and Goshiki walked out of the same bathroom stall.
"What were you both doing in there?~"
Tendo crossed his arms and smirked, looking at the two younger ones.
Goshiki tried to hide behind Kawanishi, blushing quite a bit.
"Oh my god, Tomu, do you have hickeys?"
Reon walked past Kawanishi and lifted Goshiki's chin to look at their neck.
"Taichi, did you do it?"
"Yes, obviously"
Tendo grabbed Kawanishi's hand and Reon grabbed Goshiki's hand.
"Next time, let us know before you walk up and hide in the bathroom, we'd like to know that you're safe"
Reon kissed Kawanishi's cheek and then Goshiki's before they walked back to the group.
"Omg, you are safe!"
Semi ran up to the two and hugged them, Shirabu, Ushijima, and Yamagata, got pulled into the hug by Tendo.
"Of course we are, I mean, I was with Taichi"
All of them were laughing, they were content in each other's presence before they decided to take a group photo and head back to the main room.
When they walked into the room, suddenly a door just stood in front of them, just a door with a sign that read "knock" so Ushijima did what the sign said and knocked on the door.
The door opened and behind it were Bobata and Futamata, they were two teammates of Terushima, and the two were dressed up as grandmas.
"Oh my goodness"
Futamata spoke in quite a convincing granny voice.
"Your costumes look super good"
Bobata handed Ushijima and Reon both a bag of candy and they smiled.
"Well, you can go to the next house now"
They closed the door and started to shuffle away with the door, leaving the eight standing there, slightly confused.
That was until Tendo busted out laughing and soon the others did as well.
They decided to stay a bit, laugh, and talk before realizing they should probably go home before they get scolded by coach for being late for Saturday practice.
