Chapter Text
How did it go so wrong? It was the best plan Andrew Minyard ever came up with, taking months to plan out every detail. He knew she wouldn't listen when he warned what would happen if she touched Aaron again. The last thing he could clearly remember in his foggy minded state was the shocked look on Tilda's face.
Blood dripped on the side of Andrew's face. He glanced up to see Tilda, her head covered in blood and glass shards from the now shattered windshield stuck in her hair and skin. Most importantly though, she wasn't moving. His head pounded, the lull of sleep irresistible in his pain and fogginess. If he did pass out and never wake up, he'd be okay with that. He knew the risks. As long as she was dead, that's all that mattered. Being able to protect Aaron would be the only truly good thing to ever happen in his life. So he gave into the darkness and faded away with the faint sounds of sirens.
Only he did wake up, and judging by the way Tilda stood very much alive, looking at him like she was about to strangle him if not for the doctor at her side, she was pissed .
