She likes Sae.
That was what Rin thought when he saw the girl's eyes as she looked at his elder brother.
Those orbs made him feel sick.
Disgust and waves of heat crawled across his skin. The organs in his stomach felt like they were being twisted. The taste of jealousy lingered on the tip of the tongue. It was as if his heart had been stabbed with hundreds of sharp objects.
–He knew exactly what his feelings were right now.
She was not worthy for Sae. Not at all. She was sagging too much, too forgetful, too much pretend, too careless, too trust much, and the most importantly– She's too innocent.
He wasn't going to say that she was stupid, or that she couldn't keep up with other people's tricks, but she was still new to this. She had told him herself that she had never thought about a mental or physical relationship before. May think about it in sometimes. But in the end, she'll forget it.
He was afraid that if she really got together with Sae. Their relationship would end too soon.
It is true that we cannot expect stability in every relationship. But he didn't want his elder brother to suffer and cry just because of a woman's mistakes feelings.
Hah. He just said it only to make it look good. He wasn't afraid if Sae would cry or not. Sae is strong in his way. It is true that he may be hurt and want to cry. But Sae was able to handle himself.
–not like him.
The truth is that– He don't want them to be together, he don't want Sae to accept Bachira's feelings. It's because.. because.. because he..
He loved her, loved Bachira, loved unforgivably.
He fell in love with her, he didn't know when or why. But as soon as he realized that he liked to look at her every time that he didn't notice. It made his heart flutter, it's shaking like a drum in a culture festival. His body temperature was as hot as if he was being compressed.
He knew that she would never look at him in that way, that she would never reciprocate his feelings for her. Because the person to whom she gave all her love was Sae. —His big brother.
It's not Bachira's fault that she loves Sae.
It's not Sae's fault that he was her chosen one.
And also it's not Rin's fault either for wanting to steal her away.
