FINANA POV
“Hey did you hear, Elira’s twin sister has moved to our school”
“Wait really? I heard she was real troublemaker at TS…personally I don’t want trouble at this school”
I heard my classmates whispering about this…Selen? Girl. I do remember Elira briefly mentioning her sister joining our school, but not mentioning her being a troublemaker… I will make a mental note to ask Elira later .
When class had ended, I had started making my way to the art building for fourth period. As I walked I heard screaming and shouting coming from the stairs.
“SELEN TATSUKI COME BACK HERE RIGHT NOW! IF YOU DONT I AM SENDING YOU HOME”
Curiosity got the best of me and I took a peak. A purple haired female ran past me so fast, I ended up falling onto the floor.
“Oh my, are you ok?! Umm do you need help-”
“SELEN TATSUKI!”
“Oh shit sorry umm gotta go you know can’t get caught”
And the purple haired female was off, I blinked a couple of times before I got up and continued walking.
Lunch
“Your sister has really put an impression on the teachers”
Millie pointed her fork salad at Elira
“She really has, hasn’t she… I didn’t know she was this bad, no wonder our mother kept getting called in”
Pomu patted Elira.
“ It’s ok as long as she has you, she will be fine. Right?”
Dead silence, and a worried expression from Elira.
“Elira! Sis there you are, I have been looking for you!”
Elira’s worried expression then turned into more of a…shocking expression.
“Selen, hey umm why don’t you sit with me and my friends. Let me introduce them!”
Elira had given everyone’s introduction, and I was the last one.
“Oh and finally, Finana! She is a year 9, and is definitely Miss popular.”
“I’m not. Please don’t listen to Elira.”
Embarrassment filled my face, I didn’t like being called popular because I wasn’t really. People just liked my face, they said it looked like a cute little doll.
“Hey aren’t you the girl who I accidentally pushed when I was running away from the teacher?”
“Yeah I am, I’m surprised you remembered me, I hear you knocked down a few more people when running away”
Elira hit Selen on the head with her food tray.
“Gosh, can’t you at least be good on your first day?”
“OUCH! Yeah yeah it’s not that easy ok? Anyway, I remembered you Finana because well you were really cute! How could I not remember a cute face like yours!”
Selen had a big grin on her face, while my face turned into a tomato. It was really bad.
“I’m going to my locker”
I stood up and walked off, hoping that wasn’t too of a suspicious move. I had to or else everyone would start thinking ridiculous things, like me.
SELEN POV
Finana got up and walked away from our little conversation, I had this weird sad feeling when she left.
“Selen don’t say things that makes people uncomfortable, think before you say”
“But it was a compliment! Right?”
“Selen it’s your first day, so as your sister I’m telling you don’t say things that may make people uncomfortable”
I really didn’t get the problem, but since I will probably be hanging out with Elira’s group (until I found my own) I have to be chill.
Class
I was in the changing room for P.E, when I heard someone talking outside of the room. There were only a couple of girls left in the changing room, but they all looked scared of me and were changing into their P.E uniform quickly. Once they left I finished putting my P.E uniform on and took a look at who was talking. I stepped outside to see someone familiar…it was Finana! I decided to go over to her to apologise for what I said earlier, but when I got closer I realised she wasn't alone.
There were two other girls standing across from her, and they seemed really pissed.
“I told you I wanted a good score on our maths test… I GOT A 40%! WHAT ANSWERS DID YOU GIVE ME!”
“Calm down…when you asked me to help you cheat did you actually think I was going to?”
Those two girls were starting to annoy me, they had no right shouting at Finana over a grade. I walked over to where they were standing.
“Hey you two stop shouting! The teachers can hear you from the gym”
Both the girls froze then ran off.
“Thanks…Selen”
Finana smiled, it was such a bright smile it made my heart skip a few beats.
“Uh-uh-uh..No problem, I should probably start heading back now”
“Oh yeah sorry to take you away from your class, please tell the teacher that nothing was happening”
FINANA POV
I couldn’t stop thinking about Selen, she looked extremely hot in her gym uniform, I was blushing so hard when we parted ways I hope she didn't notice. It was now the end of the day everyone was packing up, while I was stuck in a council meeting. I’m not in the council but I tend to help them out here and there. We are currently discussing the Cultural festival coming up in a few weeks but I’m not listening at all, I just keep thinking about Selen.
“Also one more thing I would like to discuss at this meeting is about the new student…Selen, I have gotten a lot of students complaining about her, even though it is just her first day… I was thinking of having someone keeping an eye on her, and I was thinking Finana would be a good candidate”
My eyes widened at hearing this. Me looking after Selen, I would have to be near her almost everyday, every hour,every minute.
“What?! How am I meant to keep an eye on her?”
“Your classes are close to each other, you could walk her to her class, and hangout with her during recess”
I really didn’t know what to say, but I felt bad for refusing to do this task.
“Fine but this can’t be permanent only for a little while”
“Yes only for awhile until she settles down an we stop getting complaints”
Oh boy I had a feeling this was going to be quite the adventure.
