   Summary

   Told through two timelines (his youth and his final years), Remus tries to reunite four rings of significance for the Marauders to return them to Harry.

   This story has a transgender Remus Lupin, using he/him pronouns and never stating his dead name. Tonks is also gender-nonconforming; however, even when masculine-presenting, she/her pronouns are used.

   Most events and dates are canon-compliant, but I have taken some liberties to make the storylines fit/make sense and shifted the date of vague events slightly.

   Specific trigger warnings will be given before their relevant chapters.
