Originally, she was simply looking for one of her old weapons. And it was while searching in one of the coffer, in which the few belongings she had in heaven were stored, that she found it, bundled and hidden. Her curiosity took over and she decided to bring it back to earth, just to try it. This is how she found herself in front of her mirror, at the manor, a little troubled in this outfit that she hardly remembered having worn in the past. It was so different from what she was wearing now, she almost felt ridiculous and she didn't hear the sounds of approaching footsteps.
" You know, you're going to be... " Dagon froze. " Oh my satan... is this for me ? Or did I miss something ? " she asked as she approached, Michael could see her reflection in the mirror. " What is that ? "
" My first outfit, the one I got the day I was created, " replied Michael. " I can’t believe I ever wore that, I didn't even know I still had it, " she added, touching the water-like fabric between her fingers.
The dress was white, of course, with gold patterns. But it was nothing like the togas they had worn for a long time. The fabric was thinner, more fluid and airy with a single sleeve draped over her left shoulder, leaving both her arms bare and the necessary space in her back to have her wings permanently. It was similar to an ancient greek dress. Dagon looked at her up and down, almost speechless, imagining what she might look like with her wings. She found her magnificent, a true angelic jewel and she was obsessed with jewelry.
" I didn't remember angels wearing that, " she told her with an expression that suggested she was trying to remember something.
" Because you remember something ? " asked the angel.
" Hmm, one point for you. "
Michael wanted to make a joke about the fact that she too had once worn something like that but she wasn't sure it was a good idea.
" Is this good ? I feel like it's not good, " she asked her, unsurely.
" It's, ye-, hmm, yeah no you're right, it's awful, take it off right now ! " replied the redhead.
It was anything but serious and Michael knew it. She hit her shoulder with the back of her hand.
" Stop your foolishness, " she told her.
Dagon chuckled.
" I don’t know what you’re talking about, " she said.
" Of course you don't. "
" No, it's beautiful, " said Dagon, wrapping her arms around her waist to rest her chin on her shoulder. " Oh, but the dress is pretty good too. "
" Do you ever stop ? " asked Michael.
" Never, " replied the demoness. " Come on, you know you like it. "
" If you say so... "
Dagon brushed the angel's hair aside to reach her neck and began to kiss her.
" You look like a greek deity, " she said.
Michael sighed and unconsciously tilted her head to give her better access.
" A very, very beautiful greek deity, " Dagon whispered against her sensitive skin. " But, as much as I love this dress, there is however, one outfit I like even more on you, " she added.
" And which one ? " asked the brunette. " You hate my costume. "
Dagon smirked.
" Nothing, " she replied.
" Sure, what a question, " muttered Michael, rolling her eyes.
" Nothing and your wings, oh my... I need to see that one day. I could ? "
" You’re pervert, " Michael replied with a smile.
She actually found it amusing, she knew that Dagon was completely at her mercy and that the slightest bit of exposed skin drove her crazy.
" Your fault angel, you look like sin, " said the duke, pinching her side. " Weren't you supposed to have a crown of flowers or something like that ? "
Michael blushed.
" How do you know that ? " she asked.
" Really ? " the demoness laughed. " You kidding ? I said that randomly. Okay, I want to see that too. "
" Well, I didn’t take it, " the brunette informed her.
" Too bad, that sounds really cute. "
" I'm not- "
" Yes you are, " Dagon cut her off, caressing her waist through the thin fabric.
One of her hands came down to pull it up, exposing one of her legs. Michael got mad with herself for being so weak in the hands of the demon, however...
" Dagon... not now, " she managed to say, slapping her hand.
" Why not ? "
" Because, " replied Michael, turning back to her partner, " you’re supposed to go to hell to work and I’m supposed to take care of Eve today. "
" Hmm, an unstoppable argument, indeed, " Dagon replied almost sulking.
Michael smiled at the demon's expression, who would have thought she was the Grand Duke of Hell with that expression. She leaned in to give her a quick kiss and readjust her long coat.
" But, tonight... " she said in a calm voice.
The demoness raised her eyebrows.
" Wow, who are you and what did you do to my shy angel ? " she asked, slyly.
" Alright, alright, if you take it that way. "
The brunette walked away but quickly had be grabbed by the arm.
" Aha ! Too late Goldie. You said it, you have to take responsibility now. "
" Yeah. That would have surprised me. "
Dagon pulled her closer, wrapping her arm around her to kiss her one last time, longer than necessary. Not a good idea, when the couple started like that, they usually didn't stop. Luckily, a little one was there to help them.
" Bah ! " exclaimed a small voice.
The couple turned around to see Eve sitting on the floor in the doorway. She was holding her big stuffed toy in the shape of a fly against her.
" Well then, wouldn't that be the microbe ? " said Dagon.
Eve held her little hands towards the two women, a sign that she wanted to be carried and Michael left Dagon's arms.
" How did you get there ? You can barely walk, " she said, approaching the little girl to take her in her arms.
The demoness grumbled and crossed her arms behind them.
" Don’t be jealous, " Michael told her.
" Hsss. "
" And don't hissed at me, " added the brunette.
Dagon raised her head and narrowed her eyes.
" Hm, tonight, chéri, " she said, " and keep this dress, I want to take it off myself. "
" Dagon ! Not in front of the little one. "
" Please angel, the only word she knows is eat. "
" Go, " Michael told her.
" Okay, okay, I'm leaving, " the redhead said before disappearing in a cloud of purple smoke.
" Your godmother is terrible, " said Michael, kissing the little girl’s forehead.
" Mmem, " muttered Eve.
" As you say sweety. "
