    11 months after the events of RE: Village:

    Mia didn't make it out of Miranda's lab, but Ethan and Rose survived the ordeal. They live with Chris Redfield. Ethan and Chris are finally in a formal relationship, and Ethan and Rose are still under the BSAA's protection.
    There's just one problem: Ethan doesn't recall his time in Romania. He doesn't know the secret Mia died protecting.

    Ethan just wants to move on from his past, to finally find peace.
    However....Ethan wasn't the only person to survive Miranda, and even though Ethan doesn't remember Karl, Karl remembers Ethan.
