Ginger <3: Hey! Are we still going oht tonight?
Ginger <3: out* I’m sorry!!
Me: yeah! Just give me a second, gotta get ready yk
Ginger <3: Okay!
I quickly got ready and left, putting my hair in it’s signature ponytail as I walked out.
Me: I’m coming i swear
Ginger <3: Don’t worry, I know.
I ran towards my destination, my feet hitting the pavement. I kept going until I saw the love of my life and his amethyst eyes.
“Arthur!” His head whipped towards me, eyes lighting up and sparkling brighter than any crystal ever could.
“Meliodas!” I tackled him into a hug, laughing.
“Is this the cafe you wanted to go to?” I let go of the hug, looking at the cafe. “A cat cafe?”
“Yeah! I’ve never been to one before…. But apparently there are cats and sweets!”
“Yup they do. Let’s go?” I looked into his eyes, smiling.
“Yeah!”
At that I quickly grabbed his hand, walking inside, trying not to laugh at his flustered noises.

I sat down near the cats, coffee in hand.
“I don’t understand why they’re avoiding me. I’m cool guys!” I whined, pouting.
“Meli. Animals avoid you in general.”
“It’s borinnng!”
“I love you. Are you going to eat that?” Arthur pointed towards my donut.
“Nah. You can have it. I don’t really want it anymore.” I swear he cannot get anymore brighter than he did just now.
“Okay!!”
Arthur happily ate my donut and I smiled. He’s so cute. Oh!
“Arthur, my carnelian?” He looks at me. “I love you.”
Arthur chuckles and closes his eyes. “I love you too!”
“Do you think we can adopt one of these cats?”
Arthur shrugged, “Probably. Do you want one?”
“Whichever one likes me the best. Yes.”
“Bitter about it much?”
“Now you’re just being meaaan.”

I walked around, holding Arthur’s hand.
“Can I take the blindfold off now ?” He asked.
“Nope!”
“We’ve been walking for a bit though, what are we doing?”
“That’s a secret my beloved.”
“Hmp.” Arthur pouts.
“Don’t worry you’ll love it.”
“Fine…” We kept on walking for a couple more minutes until we reached my destination. I smiled, taking off the blindfold.
“Surprise!” Arthur blinked a bit before looking around.
“Lights…?”
“Christmas lights yeah! Let’s go look around okay?” He nodded, a smile plastered on his face.
“Yeah.”

“Meliodas that one looks like you.”
“Huh? No it doesn’t!”
“Yes it is.”
“Arthur, you’re pointing at an elf!-“

I ran towards Arthur, my breath puffing in the cold. “Heya! Arthur!”
He blinks and looks at me. “Hey?”
”Um..” I hid a bit into my scarf and looked away. “Here.” I shoved a box into his hands.
“Hm?”
”I got to go!!”
”Meliodas are you okay? Hey wait!-“
I didn’t look back.
