Alternative Ending 1 (Donnie snaps)
No one's POV
Time after time, Donnie's ended up in that rain forest room, melt down after melt down after melt down. He was DONE, he had it with the constant tests, things he thought he could trust be taken away from him. A purple glow appeared on his back and his markings had begun too glow, if he wasn't gonna escape through normal means, he was going to use his Mystic Arts. He summoned a blow torch, uncaring of what could happen, he's had enough, he wanted to go home, to his family. They wanted to keep him here, they wanted to have him as just an experiment, they kidnapped him, they hurt him. He left loose the fire and burned every part of that room too ashes except the ceiling, walls and floor, all signs of plant life was gone. Multiple guards and went down just as Donnie had the blow torch disappear, one guard said,"Uhm, is that purple glow normal for his kind?" The head guard said,"I don't know, c'mon, let's knock him out." No, he wasn't going to let himself be taken down that easy, the head guard ran towards him, only for Donnie to move at the last second, then kick him into the wall at full force, giving him a broken and bleeding nose.
A second guard said,"Holy, SINCE WHEN COULD TURTLES FIGHT!?" Donnie kept his eyes on the head guard, as if daring him to get back up and try again, just as he expected, that's what the head guard did. Donnie made a new version of his tech bo' staff and whacked the head guard in the head with it, who fell unconscious after the impact, this scared the other guards with his strength, Donnie only said three word,"Let, me, OUT!" He lunged at the other guards, none of them keeping up with him, all were now on the floor, none dying or even had many wounds, just a simple hard hit in the head that. He stepped into the elevator and had it go up to the main room. Once in the main room, the scientist were but instead, there was more guards, Donnie chuckled and said,"You want to play? Fine then, let's play." Donnie sprung forward and used his training as an advantage, they couldn't even hit him. Once all the guards were knocked out, he just grabbed on of their badges and walked out. More and more guards went too recontain him, but none of them were skilled enough to take him down, taser's were just blocked by his mystic art while anyone who tried close combat was swifty knocked out.
He continued going, having a dead look on his face, he wanted out and if they weren't going to let him out, he'll make his way out. The scientist's tried activating the lockdown, but only to have the doors blasted down by Donnie making a literal rocket launcher using his mystic art. Once he was outside, he just ran, he didn't know where too, but he wanted out of that heck. After a few hours, he started too tire out, due to using his mystic force for so long and all that running, but he knew he needed too get back to his brothers and dad, always keeping their names in mind. He stopped running and slowed down too a walk, he knew this forest as this is the one he met Todd in, so the Puppy Park should be nearby.
After not long, he spotted the Puppy Park, just as Todd came out, Todd spotted Donnie, who didn't exactly look the greatest, he looked pale and tired, Todd said,"DONNIE!?" He ran over and said,"Wha- what happened?" Donnie just chuckled and said,"Just." He breathed deeply and said,"Just escaped from a lab." Todd said,"WHAT!? C'mon, let's get you inside too rest, you look so pale and tired." Donnie said,"I'm fine." Todd said,"No you are not, i'll call your brothers and tell them you're here, but YOU need rest." Todd helped Donnie inside the Puppy Park and onto a bed for a person and not a puppy, almost as soon as Donnie's head hit the pillow, he fell into a deep sleep. Todd grabbed his phone and called the other ninja turtles, Mikey answered and said,"Hello?" Todd said,"Hey, what happened with Donnie?" Mikey fell silent, then he said,"Donnie's been missing for over a week, only thing we found even hinting where he is was a badge and even then, that trail went cold as there's no info where the badge came from."
Todd said,"I just saw Donnie, he came towards the Puppy Park looking all pale and tired, i currently have him in bed and he's asleep right now, he said he just escaped a lab." Mikey said,"A WHAT!?" Raph said,"Everything okay Mikey?" Mikey said,"We need to get too Puppy Park." Leo said,"Why?" Mikey said,"BECAUSE DONNIE JUST SHOWED UP THERE!" Both brothers looked at their younger brother, Leo opened a portal and all three went through. The trio arrived at Puppy Park and met with Todd, Todd did the hush sign and opened a door, showing Donnie asleep on a bed, Todd whispered,"I came out and i was about to go out for some more puppy food, but i spotted Donnie and he didn't look the best." Leo walked over and checked Donnie, seeing his purple markings having a slight glow to them, he sighed in relief and said,"It's nothing serious, he just over used his mystic art." Mikey said,"So, do we tell him about what happened with dad?" Raph said,"We'll wait till he's in better condition, for now, we wait till he's better, thanks Todd." Todd said,"No problem, it's the least i can do for Donnie and Mikey building the Puppy Park."
The three brothers nodded, Leo sat down on the bed and looked at his twin brother, he sighed and thought,"I'm glad we're all back together, but what did Donnie go through, he's never used that much of his mystic art unless he got pushed off the edge, i mean, he was in a lab, but what did they do?"
Second Alternative Ending:
No one's POV
Big Mama had looked out the window with a smirk on her face, she knew exactly how to track down Donnie with little to no effort. She called Gus is, a mutant bulldog, Big Mama said,"Now Gus, i have a little plan, you now that purple turtley-boo that you sniffed before?" Gus said,"Yeah." Big Mama said,"Track him." Gus nodded and started tracking Donnie's scent as Big Mama followed him, then A LOT of her followers, a few hours later, they were in front of a lab, Big Mama said,"My oh my turtley-boo, what kind of trouble did you get yourself into (Unintentional rhyme XD)?" They walked inside and Gus quickly handled the guards, Big Mama smirked as one scientist was corned, Big Mama walked up to them and said,"Now, where's the turtely-boo?" The scientist said,"Wh-what?" Gus growled louder and said,"The mutant turtle." The scientist said,"I-i'm n-n-n-not working w-w-w-with th-that t-t-test s-s-subj-subject." Big Mama sighed and snapped her fingers, one grabbed onto the scientist and said,"Perfect entertainment for the Battle Nexus as a clown."
She continued walking in one direction and saw two scientists running away, Gus chased after them and caught one, bringing them back too Big Mama, she said,"Where's the turtley-boo you have here?" The scientist said,"Why should i tell you?" Big Mama said,"I have a whole army behind me that can take out all your guards and you're currently being held hostage by a mutant bulldog, now, where's the turtely-boo?" Gus dropped the scientist and the scientist started too lead the way. They reach a certain room and Big Mama walked up to the computor screens and saw Donnie, boy did she get made seeing how they were letting him have a complete melt down, Donnie had his knees to his chest, his head hidden in his knees, his hands on his hears, it was barely visible he was on the edge of tears and he was rocking back and forth mumbling some things, she said,"Gus." Gus said,"At your command ma'am." She said,"Send that one too be a warrior in the Battle Nexus, but before you do." She turned her attention to the scientist and said,"You let me down there and then back up, you know what'll happen if you refuse."
The scientist quickly nodded and opened the elevator for Big Mama, she stepped into it and was sent down, she walked over too Donnie and she heard himmumble,"I want to go home, i want to see my family." Big Mama put her hand on his head and said,"Shhh, you're safe now, i'm getting you out of here." She pulled the mutant turtle into her arms, he looked exhausted, he picked him up and walked too the elevator, which was lifted up, she exited the elevator and a Yokai restrained the scientist. Big Mama glared at the scientist, they walked out and Big Mama turned into her yokai form so she could carry Donnie easier, who currently looked like he was on the verge of passing out. Once they reached the hotel, the ones that was captured for clowns was sent through the portal, the scientist that was put in charge of Donnie was set before her, she still kept a hold of the teenager, who was now currently asleep, she said,"Now, what all did you do?"
The scientist explained everything, from the capture to when he was in the room. Big Mama looked pissed, she said,"Get this monster out of my sight." He was pulled away as Big Mama turned her attention too Donnie, she sighed, she can't keep the deal with Leo, but she will make another deal. She walked into a vacant bedroom and laid Donnie down on the bed and pulled the cover over him, she walked out and into her office, she said,"CHARLIE! EMILY!" Two bird mutant entered the room, a white dove and a black raven, she said,"Send a message too the turtley-boo's that i want too see them ASAP." Both salluted and went off.
With the turtles, both Charlie and Emily met up with them, Mikey said,"Uhh, hi?" Charlie, the white dove said,"Big Mama would like to see you all." Emily, the black raven said,"As soon as possible." Leo sighed and said,"Looks like the hunt for Donnie is on pause for a bit." The turtles made their way through New York and too Big Mama's hotel, they went into the hotel and straight too her office, she said,"Hello turtley-boo's, i have a little idea, why doesn't the deal get changed up a bit?" Leo said,"WHAT!? No, a deals a DEAL." Big Mama said,"Hear me out, instead of blue here being a clown in the Battle Nexus, as i just got a bunch of new clowns, he works in the hotel for a week." The turtles looked at eachother and Mikey said,"Why the sudden change in the deal." Big Mama shifted to her human form and said,"Please follow me." They followed her through the halls and too one room, she opened the door and walked into, Leo said,"What's this about?"
Big Mama said,"Well, a deals a deal, right?" They looked confused, Big Mama turned on the dim lights, revealing Donnie sleeping on a bed, Leo said,"DONNIE!" Big Mama said,"I would keep your voice down." Raph said,"How do we know this is our Donnie?" Big Mama said,"Well, do you know any other mutant spiny softshell turtley-boo?" Mikey said,"She's got us there." Leo walked over too Donnie and sat down on the bed, the eye brows he drew on his mask were clearly faded, his shell was completely exposed, which that itself was bad.
Leo's POV
I heard a soft groan and saw Donnie waking up, i said,"Donnie?" He sat up, still having his eyes closed, but when he opened them, his eyes went wide, then he hugged me tightly, Raph and Mikey came over and joined in on the group hug. We're all back together again, i ain't ever letting any of my brothers go alone again.
