Summary
Two years after the events surrounding the Angels of Decay, a series of murders brings back together the Armed Detective Agency and the Port Mafia. This case seems to be much more than an incident with a serial killer, but a true political scandal on a national scale, that could bring to ashes what the two organisations have built over the years. Chuuya and Dazai are forced to cooperate to resolve the issue, but their heavy past might come in the way.
