kelly walked into matt's apartment building, they had planned a date night at home. the squad man brought over a 6 pack of beer, a chocolate fudge cake and some flowers for his blonde.
matt loved when kelly got him flowers he would never admit that to anyone else. the silver haired lieutenant used his key to let himself in, he called out" im here babe!"
the other man said" im in the kitchen honey!"
quickly the squad man walked into the kitchen to see his blonde boyfriend wearing a black apron and stirring a pot. severide hugged him from behind and kissed his neck. casey turned to kiss his boyfriend's lips and said" dinner is almost done."
the older man said" well it smells amazing."
the blonde said" thank you."
kelly said" brought you something." matt said" kel, you didn't have to-"
the silver haired man cut him off quickly kissing his lips and said" case i wanted to."
the other man just smiled happily at his loving boyfriend
severide said" these are for you my love," handing the blonde lieutenant a bouquet of red roses.
casey said" thank you! i love them and they are so beautiful baby." the other man kissed his cheek and said" you're even more beautiful though."
matt felt his face heating up and his heart beating faster. this wasn't the first time kelly had called him beautiful but it always had this affect on him, no one had called him beautiful before his boyfriend so it always felt more special and loving.
the squad lieutenant said" also i brought you beer and that chocolate fudge cake from that little bakery you love near the firehouse."
the blonde man said" you're the best sev! im so lucky that you're mine."
severide said" i think im the lucky one, babe."
casey wrapped his arms around severide's waist and kissed him. the silver haired man smiled into the kiss and said" also by the way you look hot in that apron."
the blonde man did a twirl, shook his ass and said" thanks baby."
the other man put the beer and cake into the fridge, turned to his boyfriend and said" how can i help?"
casey said" you can set the table and get the beers ready."
the silver haired man did as his boyfriend told him, getting the everything ready for the dinner.
severide started to sip his beer and asked" is dinner done yet?"
the blonde man said" yeah let's eat babe!"
the boyfriends sat down at the table getting ready to eat. kelly looked at the food that his blonde baby made for them both, it was chicken parm. this was one of matt's specialties and he loved when his boyfriend made it. he has had other peoples chicken parm they were okay but nothing compared to casey's chicken parm.
the squad lieutenant smiled and said" case, you made chicken parm!"
the other lieutenant said" yes i did! i know that it's one of your favorites and also i love to make it especially for you, sev."
kelly blushed at his boyfriend's words. everyday kelly fell more inlove with matt and he knew that matt probably felt the same way.
the two men ate the food, drank their beers, talked and laughed, they talked about everything and nothing all at once. casey was getting up severide pulled him closer kissing his boyfriend's lips. the blonde happily kissed back leaning into the other man to deepen the kiss. they kissed eachother forgetting about the world but eventually they stopped for the need oxygen.
matt said" you want another plate kel?" kelly said" yes please. i can never say no to your food, matty."
the blonde truck lieutenant got his boyfriend another plate, grabbed two more beers and sat back down.
severide said" that was delicious! thank you for cooking baby."
casey said" of course, i love cooking and can we have the cake now?"
the other man laughed and said" yeah of course we can babe."
kelly got the cake out of the fridge while matt got the plates, forks and knife to cut the cake. as matt was cutting the slices, kelly had his arms wrapped around his boyfriend's waist and hugged him from behind.
casey said" you sure can't keep your hands off of me tonight."
severide said" i can't help myself and you aren't complaining."
the blonde man shook his head and said" ready for cake?"
the squad man said" yes please."
the boyfriends went over to the couch to eat the cake. severide put on a movie for them to watch and casey leaned into the other man's side to make himself comfortable.
kelly was trying to get up his boyfriend wouldn't budge, he said" i need to get up babe."
matt said" but im so comfortable!" he cuddled deeper into severide's body to prove his point
the silver haired lieutenant kissed his boyfriend's forehead and said" i know you are but i really need to go to the bathroom though."
the blonde said" oh im sorry baby." he moved so the man could get up and go. kelly kissed him and said" it's okay, i'll be back love."
matt went into the kitchen getting a glass of water. as he was heading back to the couch and heard his stomach growl.
the truck lieutenant went back into the kitchen looking for a snack, deciding on a bowl of potato chips and some peanut butter m&m's.
walking back to the couch, severide was waiting for him a soft smile spread across the older man's face. casey sat down next to his boyfriend, starting to eat his snack. the other man put his hand in the chip bowl then the blonde swatted it away, kelly pouted and crossed his arms.
the silver haired lieutenant said" you can't share with me?" the other man said" i got these for myself."
kelly rolled his eyes and said" sharing is caring, babe."
matt handed him the bowl and said" alright, sev but im picking the next movie."
severide put a handful of chips in his mouth and said" anything you want, case."
the blonde man kissed his boyfriend's cheeks, pulled hbo max up on the tv scrolling through the different movie options. casey picked scooby doo 2: monsters unleashed and he turned towards severide to see his reaction.
kelly smiled and said" we watched this on our first movie date night."
matt kissed his nose and said" we did, also i love this movie and scooby doo in general."
the squad man said" i know you do, baby! it's so cute how excited you get at anything scooby related."
the other man blushed and said" really it's cute?"
severide said" yes, its extremely cute sweetheart."
he leaned over to kiss the blonde and casey happily kissed him back.
casey was getting ready to start the movie but severide stopped him and said" wait we need more snacks."
the truck lieutenant smiled and said" grab some snacks and drinks. could you get the-"
the other lieutenant cut him off and said" ill grab the cheese puffs, case."
matt said" god i love you, sev."
kelly said" i love you too, baby."
the silver haired man went into the kitchen coming back with the cheese puffs, two bags of potato chips, the rest of the peanut butter m&m's and a couple beers. he sat back down next to his boyfriend, kissed his head and put his arm around him.
casey pressed play on the movie and started to cuddle into kelly's body. the older man held his blonde baby close, kissing his head making sure he felt loved and safe. they were watching the movie, cuddling eachother and kissing occasionally. matt ate some cheese puffs and took a sip of his beer then kelly popped afew m&m's in his mouth. this made the truck lieutenant smile he always felt so safe, loved and happy around kelly. no one understood him the way that his boyfriend did and their bond was very important to him, it was something that he cherished.
severide noticed that his blonde was starting to shiver grabbing the fluffy blanket from the couch. he put it on his boyfriend and said" better, baby?" matt said" yes sevvy."
the blonde man said" cuddles?"
the squad man kissed him and said" always for you, baby."
they started to cuddle again being so close to eachother that they were practically on top of the other. kelly was running his hands up and down matt's spine, this always relaxed his blonde boyfriend. matt was wrapped up in the blanket and hugging the other man with a smile on his face.
kelly said" you comfortable, babe?"
matt hummed against his chest.
the squad lieutenant kissed his forehead and said" i love you, case."
the blonde smiled and said" i love you too, sev."
