the biograft pokes at the still banhammer, waiting for any movement or activity. they don’t know what’s keeping him from joining their allies who had long rushed out of spawn. the shouts and screams from afar sound throughout the grim, brooding hellscape. a battle was being held in the flaming banlands, a battle meant for the banhammer, is it not? and yet, here he was, unmoving without a care in the world. there must be something wrong.
as the boom of chaos continue to ring in the robot's system, the giant of a demon stayed on their spot. weren't they here for the phight? then what are they doing? the biograft waved around before coming to a halt. a quick analysis was done, and they couldn't help but declare the odd behavior presented by the warden. with a slight reverberation in their core, the biograft spoke.
“OUR BANHAMMER SEEMS TO BE ABSENT AT THE MOMENT…” with narrowing lenses, the biograft looked out for any miniscule action. perhaps the banhammer would soon snap out of it and join the rest of their teammates, where they would all lead the battle to victory.
just then, the robot hears whirring. the rattling of tires. the sound rapidly grew in volume until—
"he's mine!"
a flash of red zooms over the two phighters and crashes down onto them with a great force. the biograft zeroes in on the hostile now in front of them who began hitting at the banhammer with his board. a beam was fired, piercing the enemy who continued with his attack. they hear him whistle before chuckling, an action that prompted the robot to charge at him.
“this one’s a free kill!”
the biograft begins slashing at the hostile, who soon jumped back on his skateboard to flee upon taking damage. they watch as the red horned phighter zoomed away from their sight.
“YOU CANNOT ESCAPE.” the biograft was determined to carry out their mission. “OBJECTIVE: KILL ALL, END ALL.”
the triangular mark stays hovering on the skateboard’s body. it was a sign that the beam had successfully landed on him. the biograft knew they had to recast their ability with how far the enemy had gone. as they executed the command to dash towards him, they hear a faint voice.
“y’know what, maybe i should just go into the lava!”
“WHAT?”
the skateboard takes a sharp turn and goes straight into the sea of molten rock. the biograft follows, unable to stop their actions. they both fall limp in the orange, scorching lava. perhaps the biograft should think before dashing…
