Side Eye and Revver shared a quick glance. An unspoken conversation transpiring between them as they waited for their cue from Flashlight to start the mayhem. They gave identical smirks to each other and nodded as their superior’s blinding beam of light flickered, kickstarting their purge.
Revver and Side Eye ignited their chainsaws and let out a battle cry as they ran into the fray. Passing Juggernaut and Art who were ahead of them. Leaving them in bewilderment and awe as the siblings took on so many park guests at once. Revver taking a chainsaw to a poor soul’s face while his sister caught a man in the chest then kicking him off her blade. She then circled back to throw her chainsaw at some runners and slicing two of them across the back. She ran back to retrieve her weapon to quickly get the legs of another running individual.
“Hey that’s cheating!” Revver yelled as he decapitated two more victims and chasing Side Eye down to get into a 2-person formation. He stood back to back with his sister.
“You never said I couldn’t throw it!” She huffed, catching her breath. “Still counts.”
Revver rolled his eyes. “Fiiiiiiiine. But next round chucking your weapon is off limits!”
The younger sibling groaned and jabbed her brother in the side with her elbow, “Ugh! Fine, but you’re such a killjoy!” She roared with laughter as they were given the signal and dispersed into the crowds.

After the chase out the other Ghostz enter back in to their domicile, worn from their soul collecting. Lily skipped in not really worse for wear while Mercury trailed in behind her. Drained at the lack of souls collected. His clothes barely contained any new blood. Juggernaut walking in with Art. Covered but at least satiated with the nights collection.
“What was going on with the kids tonight? They were so energetic” Art asked the hulking man as he wiped some blood off his face.
Juggernaut always finding it weird that he referred to the siblings as kids but quickly remembered that Art is the oldest of the Ghostz and just referred to everyone kids. He shrugged lethargically. “I don’t know. Maybe their soul count was depleted? Maybe they’re making up for the last few nights?”
As if on cue the siblings marched in. Completely drenched from head to toe. Side Eye wringing the blood from her hair while Revver wiped it from his face.
“Alright. What’s your total tonight?” Side Eye smirked. Blood dripping from her jaw.
Revver ran a hand through his hair, “102. Not bad if I do say so myself” he puffed his chest out, proud of his nights work. He glared sideways at his sister, “it’s okay if you only hit half of that number. I know it’s hard to compete with greatness!” As he made a grand gesture to himself.
Side Eye did a mock yawn. “I forget. Is 235 more or less than 102?” She did her signature stare at her brother watching his face contort with jealousy.
“You did not get 235, you liar!” He jabbed “that’s an inflated number!”
Side Eye shimmied her shoulders, shaking off some of the blood. “Not my fault you can’t beat greatness!” She flipped her sopping wet hair behind her, splattering it in her brothers face. He caught up to her. Wrapping his arm around her neck and continuing to berate her while she walked in stride. Both laughing and playfully shoving.
Art and Juggernaut paused. “Did they have a kill count contest tonight?” Art pointed at the duo.
Juggernaut had a small smile spread across his lips. “I guess so.”
