Silas sighs, rubbing his eyes with a groan. Silas gets out of bed, getting dressed and skateboarding down Times square. He jumps off his skateboard, and walks into some coffee shop. He orders his usual coffee, but a new barista catches Silas’ attention. The name on the tag says Parker. Huh, he leaves a tip and leaves. Throughout the months, Parker becomes Silas’ usual barista.
“Hi, welcome to the backyard cafe! I’m Parker. What can I get for you?” Parker asks.
“Uhm.. A hot chocolate please..” Silas mumbles quietly. Parker smiles, saying
“I'll get that ready for you.. Wait at the end please!” He smiles, and Silas walks to the end. Silas may have developed a small crush on Parker. But, it's just like a hallway crush, Silas will never see Parker outside of the cafe. When Parker brings the coffee up, Silas takes it with a smile.
“You know, I've been working here for six months, and this is the first time I've seen you order something different than a caramel macchiato.” Parker jokes, but it's true. Silas smiles.
“Yeah, it's pretty cold outside..” Silas says in a response as he looks at the other boy. He had black hair and ted tips, Stunning green eyes, and a red turtleneck.
“Well it would be for you, you're wearing ripped jeans and a crop top!” Parker jokes, Silas blushes a bit. His pale face finally seeing color. He moves his green and blue fluffy hair out of his face. You can finally see Silas dark brown eyes. Parker smiles,
“You have nice eyes..”
“Thank you..” Silas blushes. Parkes boss yells at him to get back to work.The two boys say goodbye and Silas walks out.
