Chapter Text
XD had a hard time understanding mortals, even with George’s lessons, mortals just seemed to get even more complicated.
Mortals they seek comfort, they need food and sleep.
But too much comfort creates a meaningless existence, too much food makes them sick and too much sleep makes them boring.
For example Tommyinnit, a child soldier whose been abused, manipulated and hurt by pretty much everyone around him has yet to leave this hopeless realm by his own means or by someone else’s .
Logically, according to George that much damage should lead to the self destruction of said mortal.
Yet time and time again the blonde stood up in spite of it all and kept marching forward.
Despite everything he always stood up.
Which was incredibly interesting to the god.
The once vibrant boy became dull and numb, eventually it was like watching a ghost wander his realm.
An odd pit in his stomach filled the god with an unknown sense of dread as he watched the blonde slowly deteriorate.
His friends and family moving on without a second thought much to his disgust.
And the child unreasonably gained more enemies than people he could trust.
On the infinite hands XD had he couldn’t count how many people Tommy could confidently confide in.
But there were none.
That’s when he realized how bored he was of George.
The sleepy brunette only seemed interested in the goods he provided rather than their eternal friendship.
He was truly human, fallible, and weak to the seven deadly sins of humanity.
And for whatever reason he could recognize just how annoyed George was of the lessons
Hasty to get back to his dreams, his false reality.
Greedy little thing, luckily he was too pretty to dispose of.
Maybe Tommyinnit teach him a few things.
