A Saiyan baby girl floated gracefully in the crowded incubator. Her skin was smooth and fair, and her long black spiky hair cascaded to her mid-back, framed by short bangs that highlighted her forehead. With her eyes gently closed, she appeared to be in a peaceful slumber. Nearby, a scouter beeped softly, adjusting the units to measure the sleeping infant's battle power. Unnoticed by the staff around, the screen flickered to life, revealing a striking yellow number displayed prominently.
100
The scouter beeped again, another number flashed across the screen.
300
The scouter beeped again. A third number appeared on the screen.
600
A fourth number appeared. Then a fifth number.
800
The scouter began to beep, its red lights flashing with urgency. It had just cycled through the last three numbers, yet there was no indication of any movement from the baby. It felt as if the potential within her was boundless, and the scouter's numbers continued to climb. The readings started to flash even faster.

Chapter 1
(...Warrior at Heart...)
He was a Prince. A true Saiyan warrior among the elites. He was the incarnation of carnage and destruction. The epitome of wrath and savagery. A true Saiyan with an unbreakable spirit. A force to be reckoned with.
His name was Vegeta.
His hands reached out before him, palms charging with violent yellow energy. The blue slugs before him cowered. They'd seen what had happened to their comrades; their remains were painted on the ground around them. They knew what he was capable of. What he was going to do to them.
The power fled his hands. It consumed the tall blue beings, and their screams filled his ears. Their bodies fell limp. One landed face down in the sand. The other was already decomposing, turning to ash before his eyes as he watched. The screams ended and all that remained was the smell of death and destruction, suffocating Vegeta's nostrils and mouth in an instant.
He spat on the ground. Messy. He had to work on concentrating his energy better, to the point where there wasn't a single trace of her enemies left. But all the same, he smirked as he rolled around and strode towards Nappa and Raditz. His caretaker grinned over at him, crossing his massive arms, a laugh bursting from his chest.
"Nice job Vegeta. You're the best." Nappa said.
Vegeta snorted. He'd heard it enough times throughout the last few years, so it didn't phase him anymore.
"What did I tell you? Stop kissing up, Nappa." Vegeta snapped, not even looking at the man. Raditz brought his hands over his head, looking up at the sun in the sky.
"So our jobs are done right? What should we do now?" Raditz asked. Nappa hummed thoughtfully.
"Well, we should—"
"Guys!"
Vegeta, Nappa, and Raditz froze, all three turning their heads to see who had called them. Running to them were a group of Saiyan elites. All of them wearing similar armor with different color variations of their Scouters.
"We got a message from the Frieza Force," one in the middle explained. "A meteor collided with Planet Vegeta. Our whole world has been obliterated!"
Nappa and Raditz gasped. Vegeta narrowed his eyes, but said nothing.
"Our whole world was obliterated!" Nappa repeated. "Impossible!"
"That means most of the Saiyan race was completely wiped out," one elite Saiyan added.
"But how? They should have detected the approaching meteor," Nappa wondered aloud, shaking his head in wonder. "We would've noticed something like that. They must have missed the signal, somehow."
Raditz frowns at the ground.
"Well, I guess we're pretty lucky, aren't we?" He glanced at Vegeta. "It's a good thing we decided to ignore Frieza's order to head home."
Vegeta clicked his tongue.
"Now I'll never get to be King Vegeta." He growled bitterly.
Nappa steps up to Vegeta with the elites following behind. "Vegeta, you have a brother, don't you?"
Vegeta pauses for a moment. He glances back. "Oh, yeah, I wonder if he got blown up too? Huh, not that it matters."
The elites all share a look with each other.
"And you had a brother as well?" One Saiyan elite on the left asks, turning to Raditz.
"Hmm... Yeah, but he was just gonna be a lower-class warrior." Raditz explains. "He was still at home sleeping in a nursing capsule. The disgrace. Wait... I think Mum said she sent Kakarot off the planet in a pod though. Oh well, I couldn't care any less."
"That's odd."
Everyone turned to one short elite Saiyan that spoke. Right hand up to his Scouter, his face held an expression of confusion.
"What is it? We got another message from the Frieza Force?" Nappa asked.
"No, no, this isn't related to that. I'm getting an unreadable battle power from my Scouter's readings. It's coming from…" He slowly turns to Vegeta, looking down at his boots. "Beneath the Prince's feet."
Everyone looked down where Vegeta stood, and so did he. Without thinking, everyone took off in the sky while still keeping their attention on the ground where Vegeta stood earlier. Vegeta raised his hand, building a ball of yellow energy from his palm and fired. The ball struck the ground, creating a massive explosion. The dirt around it flew into the air, revealing a crater with charred remains of what used to be a small building. There was nothing else left.
Everyone landed at the edge of the crater, staring down at its empty floor. Vegeta was standing in the middle, crossing his arms, staring down at said crater. When the smoke cleared enough to allow him to see, he blinked rapidly in surprise.
"Huh…" Vegeta muttered.
At the center of the crater, laid a big round white pod.
"Is…Is that a Saiyan pod?" Raditz asked.
"It looks just like ours," Nappa replied.
All of them descended into the pit, careful not to hit their heads on any projections or loose rocks. Once in the pit, they stepped close to the Saiyan pod. Each person bent down and ran a finger over the smooth white surface. Vegeta peers in the crimson window. He could vaguely make out a shape inside but due to little light, he couldn't see anything more than just black.
Suddenly the pod's hatch popped, causing everyone to jump back. They watch the hatch slowly open, the top part lifting up. When the hatch rested on the ground, everyone stepped close and looked inside.
Inside the pod sat a sleeping little girl. Her skin was smooth and light, and black spiky hair reaching her mid-back with short bangs framing her forehead. Her tail sprawled out behind her. She wore her armor, the shoulder pads out to the sides, and with a blue body suit beneath. White gloves covered her hands and boots adorned her feet.
Raditz blinked. "It's…it's a girl?"
Vegeta leaned forward, peering closer at her.
"She looks younger than us. Maybe around nine, ten years old?" Vegeta murmured.
Nappa hummed and stroked his chin.
"Then that means…she's the last Saiyan girl remaining," Nappa mused quietly.
Vegeta turned to look at the pod's walls, getting a chance to read what was written on the side.
[ Kolhry, you are my precious pearl. I wish I could hold you once again. But I can't. You'll have to take care of yourself. Never forget, you are a pure blooded Saiyan and you have the potential to grow to be a great warrior. Even though I won't be there by your side, my spirit, my energy will follow you all the way.
Until then, remember me. ]
Vegeta narrowed his eyes, glancing back at the still sleeping Saiyan girl.
"Kolhry." He muttered under breath. "So that's your name."
Out of curiosity, one Saiyan elite that stood next to Nappa clicked the scouter without moving from his position. As he focused on Kolhry, the Scouter began to beep incessantly, as the numbers scrolled up dramatically. This caused the middle age Saiyan to frown with irritation, and try to get a reading again, pressing the button to scan several times over, growling with frustration.
"What the hell?!" The saiyan elite shouted in shock.
"Trouble working the new brand of Scouters?" Nappa chuckled, nudging the male Saiyan with his elbow.
"No, it's not that. Stupid thing must be broken or something! Its reading is way too high!" The Saiyan elite tapped his Scouter a few times over, but kept hearing it blip with the same number, over and over.
"Well, what does the Scouter say about her power level?" Nappa asked with curiosity, raising a brow at the man, turning his head to stare at him.
"It says her power level is 10,000," he spoke with irritation, tapping his Scouter a few more times, before waving his arms up with dismissal.
Vegeta turned at that.
"10,000?" Vegeta questioned with mild shock.
"No, tha—that can't be right. Let me check her power level." Nappa activated his green-lens Scouter to trace it on Kolhry.
Nappa heard it beep much quicker than before, causing his eyes to widen. Vegeta notices this, narrowing his eyes.
"Nappa, what does it say now?" Vegeta demanded. Nappa looked at Vegeta with a pale complexion on his face.
"Its...five...units..." Nappa looked over at the Kolhry, though still asleep the planet began to shake, causing everyone's scouters to beep with alarm in sync.
11,000...
12,000...
15,000...
18,000...
21,000...
Higher and higher the readings climbed. Everyone stumbles back from the pod as all their lenses shattered, shortly before exploding on their heads. Vegeta followed them also, as his readings halted at a much higher count than before.
"2-25,000?!" Raditz gasped.
Kolhry's eyes slowly opened. She looked around with confused eyes until her gaze landed on the group of people around her. She stepped out of the pod, letting out a yawn as she rubbed the sleep out of her eyes with her glove covered fists. Soon the power within her faded and slowly returned to normal.
After said power faded the planet stopped shaking. Once it was steady, she looked towards the assembled crowd with tired eyes. She scanned over each face in her line of vision. When her gaze landed on Vegeta, she recoiled and retreated back in her pod. Vegeta frowned and narrowed his eyes at the little girl, taking a step forward.
"What's wrong?" He demanded, making his voice harsher and louder than intended.
Kolhry shrunk away, hiding herself within the pod and closed her eyes tightly, hugging her knees against her chest. The sound of the pod shifting made her flinch with fear when Vegeta kicked it.
"Come out, girl! As a Saiyan yourself, you mustn't show fear to any opponent." He ordered.
After a moment Kolhry finally emerged from the pod and stood before the Saiyan Prince.
"Good." Vegeta stated flatly, crossing his arms. "Now, what's your name, if indeed you have one?"
Now, Vegeta didn't have to ask her this. He already knew what her name was. But for the sake of the situation and out of respect, he wanted to give her the opportunity to answer for herself. Kolhry lifted her head, gazing at the Saiyan Prince.
"Kolhry," Kolhry answered.
Nappa blinked.
"Kolhry..?" He repeated, the name sounding oddly familiar to him. Then, it clicked. "No way…"
Raditz looks up at Nappa.
"No way? What do you mean, no way?" He questioned. Everyone, except Kolhry, turned their gaze at Nappa.
Nappa stared down at the ground, lost in thought. He glanced down to Raditz.
"I…I remember five years ago, King Vegeta once told me about how, on the day Frieza officially took over, twin Saiyan babies were born. Both of them were born with equal power levels. He knew that if he let them stay, they would not only be a danger to everyone but to themselves as well and so he decided to exile them while they were asleep," Nappa explained. He turns back to look at Kolhry. "But, I never thought we would actually find one of them. Let alone their sister."
"If that's the case, that would mean," Raditz trailed off, staring at Kolhry. "She's the last female Saiyan."
Silence fell upon the group. A few moments passed, before the elite Saiyan spoke up.
"So what do we do? Should we just leave her here?" He asked.
"No," Vegeta replied, turning to face his squad. "She's coming with us."
Nappa and Raditz exchanged looks as they both looked back at Vegeta.
"Wait, Vegeta. Are you sure?" Nappa asked.
Raditz crossed his arms.
"Yeah, I'm with Nappa on this one. I mean, you saw her power level right? What if she loses control of herself and becomes completely insane by her own power?" Raditz reasoned, earning an annoyed glare from Vegeta.
Vegeta's lip curled into a snarl.
"That is precisely why we must take her with us! We're going to train her and ensure that day never comes," Vegeta explained. "And besides, Kolhry is a Saiyan and therefore my subject, and if there's anyone that'll whip her into becoming a true Saiyan warrior, it's definitely going to be myself."
Everyone looked at each other, trying to understand his reasoning behind the decision. Nappa sighed.
"If that's what you want, then okay," Nappa said.
"Fine. Whatever." Raditz grumbled.
Vegeta rolled his body around, facing Kolhry.
"Now that I know your name, I guess it's fair I tell you mine, yes? I am Vegeta. Prince of all Saiyans." Vegeta informed her with a firm tone. "And as of now, you're officially a member of my squad, Kolhry. I will raise you to become a true Saiyan warrior through training and the art of battle, and I expect you to live up to your potential and to be an asset to my squad. I expect great results in the future, so for your sake, I hope to see them. Is that understood?"
Kolhry nodded silently, struggling to find her voice. Her gaze was fixed on the ground, consumed by a faint memory that crept into her mind. She recalled a small Saiyan baby with striking black hair, peacefully resting on a white pillow. The infant lay in its crib, blissfully unaware of the world around it. Ever since that moment, a deep sadness and pain had settled within her. She placed her hands over her heart, pressing slightly as she closed her eyes, wishing for the violent pounding inside her ribcage to quiet down.
"Kakarot…" Kolhry whispered under breath.
Tears welled in the corners of her eyes as she continued to hold onto her chest, wishing desperately that she could see him again.
Even just for a short time.
"K-Kolhry?"
Kolhry blinked and turned with narrowing her eyes. The thirty-year-old Saiyan had grown much from the little girl that used to just destroy planets for fun. She was the tallest member of her race, her limbs were toned with muscle, her aura still flexed with overflowing power. She kept her tail wrapped about her waist now, and she wore a Scouter with an emerald screen.
Kolhry was in her new armor. Given the latest model of a new armor, she wore black boots with white borders and green-striped toes, purple form-fitting pants, and black armbands with white ridges. Initially, she wore a black, long-sleeved, form-fitting shirt as he found the armor too restrictive. She was also given black chest armor with a green midsection and shoulder pads. Kolhry had to admit that the armor fit her perfectly, as if designed just for her.
Addressing her was Frieza's mid ranking soldier, Appule. He was loyal and obedient, obeying orders from both Zarbon and Frieza with immediate effect. He seems somewhat competent and intelligent. At least compared to some of the other soldiers.
"What is it?" Kolhry asks with an impatient tone.
Appule gulped nervously, knowing that if he offended Kolhry somehow, he wouldn't live to see tomorrow.
"Um, you're needed on deck," Appule informed her.
"For what?" Kolhry demanded.
"F-Forgive me. I wasn't given the details," Appule said, folding his hands behind his back. He was a purple alien, with some yellow spots on his body and also has yellow spots on his large long head while he doesn't seem to possess a nose. He wears the traditional battle armor but has never been seen wearing a scouter. "Just that you were needed. That's all."
Kolhry knew despite her feelings toward him, he still respected her. But it didn't do anything to soothe her irritation.
"Tch, Fine," Kolhry muttered.
Kolhry exited the cafeteria and into the hall, heading along the curved path to the main deck. She hated being on special missions with Frieza himself. She wished she could just be with Vegeta and Nappa right now. Being anywhere near that tyrant of an emperor made her skin crawl and anger swim in her veins. Considering the fact that he's solely responsible for wiping out almost her entire Saiyan race. But Vegeta had encouraged her to keep up the act a while longer. Just until they were strong enough, or an opportunity presented itself to overthrow the tyrant.
Upon entering the deck, she spotted Zarbon and Dodoria on either side of Frieza himself, loyal dogs as ever. Zarbon with his pale green skin, pretty face and long braided blue hair, bearing jewelry fit for a mistress. And Dodoria, a blob of pink with spikes along his hairless head and arms.
And finally Frieza. He was a small creature, sitting in a floating throne like a child playing at King. Two horns jutted from his head and a long tail lolled out the side. His sneering, purple face did nothing but infuriate Kolhry. But she dropped to one knee anyway, bowing her head, narrowing at the ground.
"You've summoned me?" Kolhry asked, looking up.
"Indeed, Kolhry," Frieza said, smirking at her as she stood. "Vegeta and Nappa are busy heading off to a planet called earth, and I got news of something a bit interesting."
Kolhry perked a brow. "That being?"
"It's just a simple thing," Frieza drawled. "My men have reported an apparently inhabited planet on the west end of the galaxy, one with technology that could be quite useful for the Frieza Force. While I could just send a small troop to claim it." Frieza smirked at her. "I thought, well, that you could take care of this for me."
Kolhry bowed her head. "Of course, Lord Frieza. I'll leave at once."
"Excellent," Frieza said. "There's a pod waiting for you with the coordinates already placed."
Kolhry nodded and took her leave, walking down the hallway. Composing herself slightly, she let out a sigh as she walked past several doors from her sides.
The first station erupted into a brilliant fireball that was swiftly compressed on itself. Kolhy had made the first attack, quickly arcing through space to fire another emerald blast and create another detonation above the planet's atmosphere. Easily annihilated what looked like heavily fortified bases in three swift blows. Her next attack seemed to scatter into a thousand sparks, as every single explosion was accompanied with blinding light.
As Kolhry landed on the surface, the bright light suddenly faded to reveal dozens upon dozens of ships scattered throughout the desert area around the destroyed base. Some were intact while others were damaged beyond recognition. As she landed, she immediately noticed an army of six-thousand troops in front of her. They stood their ground firmly even as Kolhry approached the army slowly. These desert warriors wore armor adorned with different colors and patterns that were mostly covered by cloaks.
Her Saiyan instincts told her to fight and test their mettle. Her blood practically screamed to cut loose against the enemy. Her eyes practically staring with hunger, unintentionally allowing her Ki to rise up to its maximum Base Potential; burning rivulets of emerald with snapping tendrils of white dancing around her slightly uplifted hair and around her defined muscled form.
"You guys," Kolhry began to speak, her voice losing its calm composure everyone in the Frieza Force knew her for, now replaced with a raspy, barely restrained edge. A smile present, made the scene of her all the more unnerving. "Are just as I thought…a true piece of trash."
All the warriors stared in horror at her aura and the expression on her face. It was a look they've never seen before. The look of unabated lust for battle and violence. Of all the Saiyans they've seen, they all could only compare this figure to that of a monster. A true Saiyan, embodying their best and their worst attributes.
"HA!" Kolhry cried out, unleashing a bodily wide Ki that sent the armored warriors reeling. There were still thousands of them but she knew her abilities, her skills and her training. She could handle this kind of threat.
When one warrior unleashed a wide blaze of blue flames from one hand, instinctively causing Kolhry to create a barrier to mitigate it. She then proceeded to use this opening to charge towards him, slicing through the warrior's left arm with her own Ki blade. When he fell, Kolhry then grabbed him by his right arm and yanked him over. Flicking him onto his back, she then brought her blade down on his torso, severing the warrior's throat.
Another warrior raised an energy weapon and blasted her with red ki projectiles. She blocked each shot by deflecting it with her own blade. After blocking and evading the blasts, she then kicked him away. Sending said warrior flying. Right raised, aiming at the flying warrior. An emerald ball of energy built up from Kolhry's palm and launched toward the warrior's heart. It struck, sending the warrior farther to the air before the emerald ball of energy exploded into a flash of green.
She turned to face the rest of the army. Her lips widening into a devilish smirk. A chuckle escaped her, echoing loudly across the field as her eyes glowed an unnatural yellow. Said chuckle turned into manic laughter as she continued to advance further. The enemy warriors cowered slightly at the sight of such a terrifying being, not wanting to confront such a powerful opponent.
As she advanced forward, she spoke again. This time her voice sounded less like that of a mere maniacal laughter and more of a growl.
"Come on, you pathetic pieces of trash…Fight like you mean it!"
Notes:
A/N: This is my take if Broly had a twin sister who, unlike her brother that had an extreme hatred towards Goku, sees him in a different light. I'll be writing the epic battles between fights as always in the world of Dragon Ball Z that'll come with it. This will be based on the anime of Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Super that will soon come when the story progresses with more published chapters. I'd like to introduce everyone to our main protagonist: Kolhry - the twin sister of Broly. The last one I made was called "Legend by Birth," that one also had an OC by the name of "Kolhra," the difference between these two is Kolhra is Broly's mother in the Dragon Ball Super era while Kolhry is Broly's sister in the Dragon Ball Z era. (If God wills), I'll be sure to get back into publishing more chapters for this story as soon as possible. With all of that said I'll be going now. I hope you all have a wonderful day or night wherever you are!
See you all in the next chapter, my little shimmerings!

Chapter 2
(…Planet Earth…)
"Kolhry, wake up."
The journey had been long and perilous. They traversed the vast expanse of space without a moment's pause. As Kolhry slowly opened her narrowing eyes, she caught a glimpse through her window—they had finally reached their destination: planet Earth. The surface glistened with water, and in the cosmic distance, swirling white clouds wrapped around the planet in an endless dance. To her, it was a breathtaking sight.
Yet, the beauty outside wasn't enough to quell the simmering anger within her. She knew all too well the reason for their journey. The truth had been revealed to her long ago, stirred up by the night Vegeta had reached out after he had decimated a desert planet. He informed her that both Raditz and Kakarot had perished in a fierce battle on Earth. It was a shocking revelation that still cut deeply.
It seems only right for her to feel grief over what she has lost. Her dear Kakarot, her beloved Kakarot…gone—gone forever. After receiving the call, she found herself unable to control not just her progressively growing rage but her overflowing power as well. When she finally did regain control of her emotions, she decided to take her grief and tempered rage on the planet she was on and obliterated it. But their deaths wasn't the only news she received from that fateful night.
As soon as she finished the last of her destruction, Vegeta also informed her that Earth had wishing orbs called Dragon Balls that can grant any wish. Kolhry felt elated upon hearing this news. Wishing orbs that can grant wishes? What a delightful concept. She could make a wish to bring Kakarot back, and maybe Raditz too. This alone was more than enough of a reason to tag along with Vegeta and Nappa.
Plus, she did like Raditz; after all, he was Kakarot's brother.
Kolhry sat in her pod, arms crossed, leaned back, narrowing her eyes. She was just as determined as Vegeta was to get her hands on the Dragon Balls. The disembodied voice of her pod told her she was coming in to land at her destination. Looking out her window, she saw this planet earth was covered in lush grasses and colorful flowers. The sight gave her a warm feeling inside. She couldn't remember ever having seen such beauty before.
She wondered if Vegeta and the others would allow her to roam the forests on the planet's surface. That is if they don't decide to destroy said planet. Her pod slammed into the ground, forcing her to brace herself against the padded round walls. When it finally came to a stop, the hatch popped. Kolhry stepped out to find she had landed in the center of a massive city. The buildings were made of a white material unlike anything she has seen before. And there were so many people here.
They were dressed in clothes that looked like nothing she had seen before either. She turned her gaze towards Vegeta and Nappa who stepped out of their own pods. Vegeta looks around the city, his expression unreadable while Nappa grins broadly.
"Man, look at this place," Nappa said, scanning their surroundings. "These earthlings are nothing but weaklings, I say we show them our strength."
Vegeta turned to face Nappa.
"Cease your foolishness, Nappa. Don't forget why we're here," Vegeta said, narrowing his eyes at the big saiyan man.
Nappa harrumphed. "Of course, my apologies, Vegeta."
All three of them flew to the sky. With a flick of Nappa's two fingers, the entire city was engulfed in a white explosion. A few seconds later, the smoke cleared and the streets were empty except for scattered rubble. The entire city had been leveled as all that was left by the explosion was a giant crater. Nappa turned to Vegeta, chuckling.
"Do you think I was trying too hard to impress them, Vegeta?" Nappa asked.
"There isn't anyone left to impress Nappa," Vegeta replied, crossing his arms. "I should've known better than to let you have any fun."
"But why? Hey, come on, a little destruction won't affect the sale price of this planet. What's the big deal?" Nappa wines.
"Try to use your brain," Vegeta retorted sternly. "We came here for the dragonballs, remember, for the wish? You remember the wish, don't you Nappa?"
"Well, yeah. We were gonna wish for immortality, weren't we?" Nappa replies matter of factly.
"Good, and we need all seven balls right? So let me ask you, what if one of the balls happened to be in the city you just destroyed?" Vegeta questioned, arching a brow.
Nappa's grin faded.
"Uh...I'm sorry," Nappa apologized, rubbing the back of his head. "I guess I just forgot about that, huh?"
Vegeta nodded.
"Well, let's both forget about it. What's done cannot be undone," Vegeta concluded.
Kolhry turned away from the two as she subconsciously activated her green-lens Scouter without moving her position to trace any sources of power. As she focused at the canyon in the distance, the Scouter began to beep incessantly, as the numbers scrolled up. Once the numbers stopped, Kolhry pointed her finger forward, directing it in its direction.
"Master, my Scouter's detecting three power levels not too far from here," Kolhry informed the prince.
Vegeta flies to her side, arms still crossed, eyes narrowed.
"Hmm…good. Let's head over there then, maybe one of those weaklings will know where these dragon balls are," Vegeta said.
The three invaders shot forward through the sky. They continued soaring through the sky toward the source of the readings until they reached the canyon. Three people stood waiting for them when Kolhry, Vegeta, and Nappa landed. Upon landing, Kolhry looks to the shorter one. A short man in orange clothing, his bald head gleaming in the sun, the six freckles on his forehead ever more obvious.
Beside the short man was a very tall and muscular green slug. He is noticeably short and somewhat thin. He also has a more solid facial structure with less pronounced cheekbones, a rounder chin, and a straight nose. He has four fingers with black nails and has several patches on his arms which are pink. He wore dark purplish-blue clothing, pointy orange shoes and sky-blue obi.
A small boy stood next to the slug. His uniform is the same as said slug consisting of a purple gi with a red sash and armbands, bronze grass shoes, and a white collar around his neck. At the same time, he wore a symbol and his black hair was in a mullet-style that reached his shoulders. He also sported a white bandana. His skin was a light peach complexion, and he had dark eyes.
Vegeta stares each of them down, his eyes lingering a bit longer on the young man who stands by the slug. The green-skinned man stood his ground, glaring at them as if daring them to attack.
"I guess they're not going to tell us where the dragonballs are, Nappa," Vegeta said, his lips curling up in a grin.
Nappa smirked.
"Wanna bet? Alright, let's see how strong you really are." He taps his Scouter, numbers scrolling up. "Kid's at a thousand, the Namek is at fourteen hundred, and the midget is at eleven hundred."
"Hey!"
Kolhry looked up to see two figures land beside the shorter man. One was tall, shirtless and muscular, looking entirely human besides the third eye in the center of his forehead. The one beside him was smaller than the child, with paper white skin and red circles on his cheeks, a black hat hugging his round little head. A third figure landed beside the child on the other end of the line up, his long black hair flipping in the wind about his scarred face. Kolhry raised a brow at this one. Vaguely wondering why he seemed so cocky, a broad smile on his face as he glared at them.
"It's Yamcha!" The short man called. "I guess the gang's all here. Well, all except Goku."
Goku? Kolhry thought.
Vegeta smirked.
"Gentlemen, how would you like to make a match of this and fight our soldiers one by one?" Vegeta taunted. "Well, answer."
The green man's glare deepened.
"We're not here to play games. And we're not going to fight on your terms," the green slug stated. "We'll take you all on at once."
Three eyes turned his gaze towards the green man.
"Piccolo, I'm not sure about that. The big guy maybe, if we work together in unison, but that woman though." He turns to look at Kolhry. "Her power is…horrendous."
The short man nodded in agreement.
"Yeah, now that you mention it, Tien is right. After sensing her power, it's almost like a legion had just appeared out of nowhere," the short man said.
Kolhry glances at Vegeta, raising a brow.
"Should we end them?" Kolhry asked, looking at the prince curiously.
Vegeta shook his head.
"No, we don't have to scuff up our armor to fight these ones, Kolhry," Vegeta replied, turning his gaze towards Nappa. "Don't you have a few more Saiybamen, Nappa?"
"I think I do, just about," Nappa responded, pulling out a satchel and pouring some seeds into his palm. "How perfect. Seven seeds."
Nappa knelt to one knee, burying each seed before pouring liquid on them from a small vial. The earth where they had been planted cracked and bulged. Tiny strange green men sprouted from the earth one by one. Each with enlarged skulls and red eyes, clawed hands and feet, and sharp fangs.
"What the hell are those?!" Krillin cried.
"Tada," Nappa said gleefully. "One for each of you."
"Gentlemen, how would you like to make a match of this and fight our soldiers one by one?" Asked Vegeta, smirking but noticed no one responded. "Well, answer."
The slug known as Piccolo glared at Vegeta.
"Grrr...we're not here to play games. And we're not going to fight on your terms. We'll take you all on at once," Piccolo reiterated.
"No," said Tien softly. "We'll do it."
"Wh-what? But Tie-" The short man began.
"We need to buy time for Goku to get here, Krillin," said Yamcha, glancing at the short man, "This may just be the chance we got."
"I'll go first."
Tien stepped forward, all three eyes gleaming with determination.
Vegeta and Nappa laughed.
"Ha ha ha ha. That's the spirit. Fresh meat for the grinder. But just wait. You won't be so cocky when you see what these little creeps can do," Nappa cackled.
"You." Vegeta looked at the Saiybaman closest to him, motioning his head to the three-eyed man. "You're first."
The Saiybaman smiled gleefully and went to face Tien. Kolhry watched the Saiybaman stalk towards the three-eye man, her tail lashed with wonderment. Who was this Goku they were waiting for? And why wasn't he already here? Thus began a battle between Tien and the Saiybaman.
They were locked in a fight quickly. One that for a while appeared evenly matched, but Kolhry could see that this Tien was getting the upper hand. She watched as he dodged attacks and landed them as if he was merely dancing. Managing to put some distance between himself and the beast, Tien held his hands to his face.
"SOLAR FLARE!" Tien screamed.
A blinding light erupted, making the Saiybaman screech and clutch its eyes. Tien rushed forward and landed several blows. However when the green being recovered, its strange head split in two, spitting out a strange liquid toward Tien. He quickly twisted away to dodge it, and he and the others watched in horror as where the juice had landed burned a rut into the ground. Leaping forward, he engaged in battle once again.
He managed to grab the Saiybaman in his arms and go airborne. For a moment the two were struggling up in the air before Tien managed to gain the upper hand and send the monster sailing toward the ground. The earth shook slightly from the impact. When the dust cleared, Kolhry saw the Saiybaman twitching within a great crater in the earth. The people, except the green slug, erupted into applause, cheering Tien excitedly, especially the little one called Chiaotzu. Vegeta and Kolhry seemed unfazed by the defeat of one of his minions.
"Looks like you got a hold of a weak batch Nappa," Vegeta said, smirking.
Kolhry's eyes darted to Nappa, noticing him looking a bit peeved by the loss of one of his green soldiers than his comrade.
"No, they're all good," Nappa snapped. "These are the same ones that survived that crazy battle on Tradic. He should've won. His power level's twelve hundred. All of these Saibamen have the same fighting power as-"
"As who?" Vegeta interjected.
"As Raditz," Nappa muttered.
"Now do you see my point?" Vegeta asked coldly.
"Well, I think so," Nappa replied.
"Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. Do you? Well, don't strain yourself. Just leave the thinking to me from now on," Vegeta said.
Kolhry watched the two bicker before turning her attention back to the Saiybaman. Said Saiybaman that Tien had defeated was slowly getting up, bleeding purple blood and shaking madly.
"Watch out, Tien, it's getting up!" Chiaotzu called.
Tien turned but it turned out he didn't have to do anything. Vegeta held out a hand and a great blast burst from his palm, making the Saiybaman dissolve into nothing within a heartbeat. They all stared with wide terrified eyes at where the thing had been.
"Vegeta- why?!" Nappa cried, looking shocked.
"He wasn't of any use to us anymore," Vegeta recalled, shrugging his shoulders, then crossed his arms over his chest.
"I know, but...he was alive..." Nappa murmured.
Vegeta scoffed at him.
"I...I don't understand," Nappa murmured again.
"It would've been pointless to let him continue Nappa. He was losing, which leads me to believe he wasn't trying his hardest," Kolhry spoke for the saiyan prince, and huffed while placing her hands on her hips. "Master specifically told him not to hold anything back."
Vegeta smirked.
"Exactly," Vegeta acknowledged. "As long as we kill him or incapacitate him, he will not have the strength to try again."
Nappa looked away, a frown forming on his face. Krillin looked at both Vegeta and Kolhry in disbelief of what he heard.
"Whoa! Talk about ruthless," Krillin commented.
"No mercy. Even for his allies. He won't be taking prisoners. We're fighting for our lives," Piccolo spoke calmly and matter of factly.
"Who's next?" Nappa demanded once he recovered from the shock.
"Well, then, I guess I'll go next," said Krillin, stepping forward.
"No."
They all turned to look at Yamcha, who was smiling.
"I'll go," Yamcha said. "You've already been wished back once with the Dragon Balls, Krillin. Let me take this one."
"Are you sure?" Asked Krillin. "You don't have to."
"Trust me, I got this one," Yamcha replied.
Yamcha smiled and strode forward to meet the next Saiybaman.
"Let's go!" Yamcha cried, and suddenly, the two leapt into the air and began to brawl.
Kolhry watched as they flipped and flailed through the air with decent speed. However it was becoming clear that the scar-face earthling had the upper hand and the Saiybaman finally fell from the sky. Yamcha, victorious, landed beside its body and placed his hands on his hips, grinning proudly. The group cheered but she saw the being at Yamcha's feet beginning to twitch.
"That wasn't bad at all!" Yamcha cried, looking toward Vegeta and Nappa. "I'll take all of those little freaks on! Come on!"
"No, Yamcha, don't get a big head!" Tien cried.
"Relax!" Yamcha laughed. "I could take on all of those things with my hands tied!"
The Saiybaman at Yamcha's feet suddenly launched upwards. The creature latches its arms and legs around Yamcha's torso, pinning his arms to his sides. The little Saiybaman seemed to grin at him before there was a blinding flash of light, and an explosion enveloped them both.
"YAMCHA!" Krillin screamed as the group stared on in horror.
When the dust cleared, Yamcha was curled in a small crater, his clothing smoldering, his body horribly still. Krillin pushed past Piccolo, rushing to Yamcha's side.
"No!" Krillin groaned, kneeling and reaching down to take a pulse.
Kolhry clicks her tongue and growls quietly to herself. She watches the short man's eyes widen with fear at seeing that Yamcha wasn't moving at all. Krillin begins to panic and cries tears of sorrow.
"No, no, no..! Please….please no…" Krillin was in despair for the death of his friend.
Kolhry shook her head.
"That's what he gets for allowing his overconfident ego to get the best of him," Kolhry mumbled under her breath. "What a fool."
Krillin trembled violently.
"Yamcha you proud fool…" Kolhry heard him mutter. "You must've had a bad feeling, didn't you? That's why you decided to go instead of me… damn it!"
Krillin twisted around, a look of pure rage bathing his face. He jumped to his feet, shaking with anger.
"Why did you have to go out like that you stupid jerk! What am I supposed to tell Puar and Bulma huh?!" Krillin yelled furiously.
"Get over it little man. Don't you get it? You're all gonna die in the end!" Nappa spat contemptuously, his own face distorted by his scowl.
"Calm down Nappa. Ha. Give them a moment to clear this trash off the battlefield," Vegeta said, placing his hands on his hips.
"I'll take all of you on!" Krillin cried. "Just like Yamcha was going to do!"
Krillin lifted his hands above his head and a great orb of energy formed in each one. Kolhry's scouter picked up a massive spike in his power level before he launched the attack, bathing the remaining Saiybamen and the two Saiyans in light. Right hand raised to shield Kolhry's face, her hair blown back as if in high wind. When the light faded there was a great cloud of smoke and a crater where their enemies had been. Krillin began to laugh wildly, and everyone but Piccolo cheered. It was obvious that they thought that Krillin had killed the Saiyans too.
As the smoke cleared, they were revealed, cutting Krillin and the others short, making them fall into a horrified silence. Vegeta, Nappa, and Kolhry stood there, not even a smudge of dirt on them.
"How?" Cried Krillin. "I put everything I had into that shot!"
"Aw, it looks like he killed all the Saiybamen," said Nappa, beginning to grin.
"Well," said Vegeta, also smirking. "I suppose you're up."
Nappa smirked and flexed.
"Sure thing, Vegeta." He turned his gaze to Kolhry. "Hey, Kolhry. You wanna hop in? You can kill that slug and the kid if you want?"
Kolhry closed her eyes, arms crossed, before scoffing.
"Like hell I will," Kolhry responded. "Besides, these earthlings as well as that slug is beneath me; I'd rather just watch."
A sly grin spread across Nappa's features, and he simply shrugged his shoulders.
"Alright then, suit yourself." Nappa steps forward. "Now…which one should I kill first?"
Tien jumped forward, all three eyes glazed with anger.
"Yamcha was our friend," Tien snarled. "You won't get away with killing him!"
Nappa smirked. "Fine, then, three eyes, show me what you got."
Tien let out a roar and launched himself at the Saiyan. One arm stretched out to make the first blow. But unfortunately, it never landed. There was a flash, and Tien was suddenly past Nappa, who had one hand down as if he had just swiped out like a cat. Then he began to scream. His left forearm was gone, lying twitching at Nappa's feet.
"Tien!" The little white-skinned child let out a scream of rage and terror.
Nappa was laughing as Tien fell to his knees clutching the bleeding stump that was his arm.
"You got spunk, kid, I'll give you that!" Nappa sneered and laughed again.
Krillin was shaking, his eyes wide with horror. The child next to Piccolo had tears in his eyes.
"NO!" The little white child suddenly launched forward, and latched his small body on the back of Nappa, clinging tightly, and his little body began to glow.
"Hey! Get off me you pest!" Nappa shouted.
Nappa tried to grab the little child. But his bulky arms couldn't reach the white dwarf, no matter how he reached for him. Nappa took to the sky and flew to a great rock spire, slamming his back into it so hard that it shattered at the top, rubble scattering down.
"CHIAOTZU NO!" Tien screamed, struggling to his feet and staring up in horror.
But the child known as Chiaotzu was still on Nappa, his body glowing brighter and brighter.
"What is he doing?" Kolhry asked, trying and failing to comprehend what was happening.
"Chiaotzu stop! We've already wished you back to life once, we can't do it twice!" Krillin screamed up at Chiaotzu but his words fell upon deaf ears.
There was a blinding flash of light and an explosion consumed him and Nappa. Said explosion caused Kolhry to look away. She could hear Tien continue to scream, both in pain from his lost arm, and agony for his lost comrade. When the smoke finally cleared from the blast Chiaotzu had made there was Nappa. Wiping his chin, and smirking down at them. There wasn't a scratch on him. He laughed heartily, rolling his shoulders.
"Heh he he. You miss 'em already, huh? Well, don't worry, you'll be joining 'em soon. Ha ha ha ha ha ha." Nappa cackled madly, looking about ready to tear something apart.
"NO!" Tien screamed, jumping to his feet. "No! How? HOW?!"
"This guy…he's…he's indestructible!" Krillin cried.
Nappa landed in front of them, smiling as if he were watching children bicker.
"Well, If you still have more fight in you, hurry up before I decide to end you myself," he laughed.
Tien let out a roar of hatred and threw himself forward. Nappa merely seemed to be humoring him, doing nothing but dodge Tien's every hit. They brawled across the landscape, destroying any boulder or spire in their path. Kolhry shook her head at Tien's reckless behavior, watching him as he sloppily fought Nappa.
"This is getting a little boring," said Nappa. "Are you even trying, earthling?"
Tien let out a cry of frustration, throwing himself forward, delivering blow after blow but never landing one. Finally Nappa twisted and slammed his fist across Tien's face, making him sail away from him, landing in a heap a few yards away. But Tien got to his feet again, ready to keep fighting. Now Nappa was fighting back, kneeing Tien in the gut, slamming an elbow in his chest, slamming fists into every available bit of the man's body.
In a desperate attempt, Tien raised his right hand toward Nappa, who hovered menacingly in the air, and unleashed a powerful blast of energy that engulfed him. However, this proved to be in vain. As the smoke cleared, they were horrified to see that it had dealt little damage; Nappa's armor remained unscathed, and his skin bore no marks. He casually wiped dirt from his face and smirked at them. Before long, Krillin and Piccolo swooped in to engage Nappa, while Tien lay motionless and defeated in the dirt below. Kolhry watched intently as Krillin landed a solid punch on Nappa's head, sending him crashing downward toward Piccolo, who quickly spun around and delivered a powerful blow to Nappa's side, sending him hurtling toward Gohan.
"NOW GOHAN!" Piccolo cried. "HIT HIM WITH EVERYTHING YOU'VE GOT!"
Kolhry blinked. Gohan? So that's the child's name? Her eyes darted away from Piccolo to stare at Gohan as he stared up at the Saiyan coming at him, shaking with fear. Gohan cried out in terror and ran, hiding behind a bit of rock. Nappa twisted and recovered in time to land on his feet where Gohan had been.
Nappa turned to the child and laughed. She felt her heart softened by seeing Gohan paralyzed with fear as Nappa approached him. However, just as Nappa raised a hand to strike, he stopped when he heard Krillin shouting from behind.
"You guys aren't gonna get away with this! You just wait until Goku gets here!" Krillin called.
"Who the hell is Goku?" Asked Nappa, laughing.
"I do believe they're talking about Kakarot," Vegeta said. Kolhry whirled around at him with wide eyes, finding him sitting on a boulder with his arms crossed and eyes closed as if he were taking a nap.
"What?" Kolhry asked incredulously.
Kolhry blinked in shock. That didn't make sense. Kakarot is dead. How could he arrive now? How could this be? Could it be that he was brought back with the dragon balls?
Her mind raced as she searched for some other possible explanation. Before she could begin theorizing however, Vegeta spoke up again.
"We'll wait for Kakarot," said Vegeta softly. "And when he gets here, we'll show them just how pathetic of a low-class warrior he is."
Kolhry's expression turned from shock to anger. And she glared angrily toward the two Saiyans.
"Master, you're not planning on killing MY Kakarot, are you?" Kolhry growled.
Vegeta glanced up at her.
"No, I'm not," Vegeta replied, then returned to staring at the trio. "And if any of you think about trying to escape, I'll kill you myself."
Kolhry let out a breath in relief. Nappa went to Vegeta's side, a bit confused and annoyed.
"Come on, Vegeta, what am I supposed to do for three hours?" Nappa asked.
"Go and occupy yourself," replied Vegeta, "I don't care how. But be sure to return here after those three hours are up."
Nappa grinned.
"Well, in that case. I'll go test out the military on this planet," Nappa said and launched up into the air and took off.
Kolhry slowly turns her gaze toward Krillin, Piccolo, and Gohan. She could feel an atom seed of anger building within her.
"You." Kolhry started, walking over to the trio, whose eyes widened when they saw her approaching until she stopped. "I hope what you said is true, and that Kakarot is on his way." A shadow cast over her features. "Because if I find out that you're lying…"
Kolhry's fists tightened, her knuckles paling as the ground beneath her quaked subtly, sending a ripple of unease through the air. The trio's expressions were washed with a mix of fear and tension as they instinctively took a step back. A faint green aura began to shimmer around Kolhry, casting an eerie glow that contrasted sharply with the dull light of the surroundings. Her gaze locked onto each of them, her eyes narrowing like sharp daggers that seemed to pierce through the very fabric of their souls, laying bare their secrets and fears. The atmosphere grew heavy with an unspoken challenge, as if the air itself held its breath in anticipation of what was to come.
"I'll tear you limb from limb."
Goku hadn't had time to revel in the bliss of his friend's energies returning to him. He was flying as fast as he could. They were in danger, all of them- he could feel it by the power level he could sense ever since he arrived back at the Lookout. That power was astounding. But there was another one that made the two other power levels pale in comparison. Raditz did say before losing consciousness that three Saiyans were coming.
Before being brought back, he had learned a lot from King Kai. He learned the origins of the Saiyan race. New techniques. While training, he was excited at the prospect of surprising his friends with how much he had improved. He also knew that he was getting stronger to defeat this new threat. That is, if he can defeat them.
This third threat, whoever they are, is strong beyond anything he's ever known. And King Kai strongly warned him never to engage them unless it was absolutely necessary. Otherwise…well, it would not end well. Not at all. He was also told that this third threat could be responsible for the thousands among thousands of planets they destroyed and could be among what King Kai, as well as other Kai's feared.
The Saiyan of legend.
One thing is for sure though, he's not certain that he could defeat this third threat. But maybe if he can somehow reason with them, if somehow he can talk them down and come to a peaceful resolution between them, perhaps they will understand that destroying all these innocent people isn't exactly in their best interests. Perhaps then they won't try to destroy the planet he loves. It may seem impossible, but there has to be a way. There just HAS to be. He kept repeating this to himself through his speeding flight as he soared high above the clouds, trying to calm his nerves enough to make his mind stop racing.
"Hmm…I don't know who this third one is, but," said Goku aloud to himself. "I really hope they're not as bad as King Kai says they are."
Goku doubles his speed as he flies. Passing over the mountains, past the small villages and farms.
Drawing closer and closer to the overwhelming energy he can sense from his position.

Chapter Text
Chapter 3
(…Real in The Flesh…)
"Time's up."
Kolhry glanced up abruptly as Vegeta rose to his feet. Nappa had yet to return, likely preoccupied with annihilating the military of this planet. Kolhry decided to hold off for a little while longer. She felt a strong urge to confront and eliminate those three weaklings for their audacity in lying to her. Yet, something deep inside urged her to exercise patience, keeping her anger in check. She kept her eyes on Vegeta as he moved closer to them.
"Looks like Kakarot was too scared to show up after all," Vegeta chuckled, "How terrible for you."
"You're not starting without me, are you?"
Nappa landed lightly beside Vegeta, smiling broadly.
"I just got done killing every battleship in the ocean… and their whales," Nappa said, chuckling darkly.
Vegeta smirked.
"Well glad you're back in time, I didn't want to get my armor dirty," Vegeta said, folding his arms whilst glancing toward Kolhry. “Kolhry, are you sure you don’t want to join in with Nappa?”
Kolhry honored Vegeta’s inquiry with a shake of her head.
“Very well,” Vegeta responded, looking back at the trio.
Kolhry shifted her gaze toward Gohan. A nagging feeling had been tugging at her since the moment she first laid eyes on the little boy. It might have been his wild hair or perhaps the depth of his eyes that had her so intrigued. Suddenly, a chilling realization struck her, causing her eyes to widen in shock. Without a moment's hesitation, she stood tall and strode past Vegeta and Nappa. As she approached Gohan, Krillin and Piccolo quickly positioned themselves to shield him.
With a swift motion, Kolhry raised her hands and unleashed a powerful burst of air. Both Krillin and Piccolo were hit squarely in the chest, sent tumbling through rocky pillars, and then buried under the debris. Gohan trembled with fear as Kolhry loomed over him, crouching down to his level. She stared intently into his eyes while gently placing her hand on his small cheek, her thumb grazing his skin. As she gazed deeply into him, it felt as though she was piercing through his very soul.
“You…you have…his eyes,” Kolhry stated softly.
Gohan blinked at Kolhry.
“W-What?” Gohan was confused.
Kolhry bit her lip. She was too afraid to ask the next question. She could feel her heart pounding against her rib cage at the thought of it. But she has to know.
“Gohan. That’s your name, right?” Kolhry asked.
Gohan blinked. He honored her question with a slow nod as a reply.
“Gohan. Please, tell me. Kakarot—your father, does he have a mate?” Kolhry asked, fear lacing her tone.
Gohan blinked in bewilderment. At first, Gohan thought she was messing with him. But when he looked into her eyes, he realized she wasn’t joking. Gohan took a deep breath and parted his lips.
“Yes,” Gohan replied.
Kolhry gasped in horror, her breath hitching in her throat as she pulled her trembling hand away from Gohan’s cheek, which still bore the faint warmth of their earlier connection. Clutching her hand to her mouth, she felt the weight of her emotions crashing down upon her like a relentless tide. She stood there for a moment, rooted in place, her heart racing as she battled the rising swell of tears that threatened to spill over her eyes. Gohan watched Kolhry with both puzzlement and fear; he could feel her energy climbing higher, and higher.
With each step she took back, the mixture of sadness, despair, and rage surged within her, overwhelming her senses. It felt as though the ground beneath them was echoing her turmoil, trembling violently as if the earth itself shared her anguish. Dark clouds began to gather overhead, blotting out the sunlight, while distant thunder rolled ominously, resonating with the chaotic whirlwind of her emotions. Kolhry's heart sank deeper into despair, aware that the storm brewing above mirrored the tempest within her soul.
“No…no,” Kolhry muttered, almost as a whisper.
Kolhry closed her eyes. Tears streaked down her cheeks. Her body trembled violently; this couldn’t be real, it can’t be true. There’s no way it is true. But no matter how much she tries to deny it, the cruel reality was setting in on her. Someone—some, wench—took her Kakarot from her.
Stole him from her…
“NOOOOOO!!!!” Kolhry screamed, her piercing shriek reaching the heavens.
Kolhry threw her head back before letting out a loud scream that reached the heavens. She pulled her arms close to her sides, clenched her fists tightly, and unleashed a bright green flare of energy that shrouded her figure. Her power erupted around her like a wildfire, whirling and flaring wildly. Kolhry’s hair stood up and her bangs sharpened, and her height slowly increased. Everything around her shook and lighting lashed down around her, lacing into her aura as it whipped from white to green. New strength flooded her veins and Kolhry finally stopped screaming to the heavens.
Kolhry lowered her head and fixed her now yellow gaze onto the ground. After a few minutes the air around them returned to normal. The dark sky was painted back to its serene clear blue, paired with the clouds. But Kolhry stayed in her new primal state. Her powerful transformation she officially called Ikari.
“Wow, so this is your power, huh?”
Kolhry paused.
She blinked.
Kolhry slowly lifted her head. Her eyes widened as she felt her heart skip a beat at the sight before her. Standing beside Gohan was the man of the hour, Kakarot. Or as those earthlings called him: Goku. He was just as she envisioned in her mind. Possessing the spiky black hairstyle, dark-colored eyes, and facial features. However, he has softer eyes, a kind demeanor unlike that of a saiyan grunt.
“Kakarot,” Kolhry breathed softly.
All the anger Kolhry had been feeling melted away at the sight of Goku. She was so taken aback by his presence that she didn’t even realize she was powering down from her transformation. Her standing hair fell back to its usual style, and her bright yellow eyes returned to their darker hue. Even the vibrant green aura that had been flaring around her gradually faded. Kolhry slowly moved toward Goku, who matched her pace as he approached her.
Kolhry stared down at Goku. She crouched to his level on one knee. She hesitated but gently placed her hand on his cheek, her thumb grazing his skin. Goku blinked in bewilderment while raising a brow. He didn’t really understand the gesture. Her breath hitched in her throat as she pulled her trembling hand away from Goku’s cheek, which still bore the faint warmth of their earlier connection.
Clutching her hand to her mouth, she felt the weight of her emotions crashing down upon her like a relentless tide. She stood there for a moment, rooted in place, her heart racing as she battled the rising swell of tears that threatened to spill over her eyes. Kolhry’s lips curled to a smile and she started to chuckle a little.
“You…you’re real,” Kolhry said softly.
Goku blinked and tilted his head. “Uh, yeah, why wouldn’t I—”
Kolhry interrupted Goku by pulling him close in a tight hug. With a burst of joy, she began to twirl like a ballerina, her laughter ringing out as if she had never felt such happiness before. Tears of joy streamed down her cheeks, leaving the others—Gohan, Piccolo, Krillin, Vegeta, and Nappa—baffled. Even Goku found himself at a loss for how to respond to this unexpected outpouring of emotion.
“You’re alive, you’re alive!” Kolhry cried, her tone laced with pure joy.
Gohan blinked.
“Um…Mr Piccolo. What’s going on?” Gohan asked.
Piccolo briefly glanced down at Gohan before looking back at the saiyan behemoth.
“I…don’t know,” Piccolo replied.
Krillin scratched his head.
“Yeah, I’m just as lost at you two,” Krillin added.
Kolhry placed Goku back down and rested her hands on his shoulders.
“Oh, Kakarot. I’m so happy to see you,” Kolhry expressed, smiling through her tears.
“E-Eh?” Goku was so confused.
Worry plastered on Kolhry’s face.
“A-Are you okay? I didn’t hug you too tight, did I? Is your heart still beating?” Kolhry probed, her dark eyes flickering from his face towards his chest.
Goku raised his hands to get her attention.
“Woah, woah, calm down. One question at a time,” Goku said, gently prying Kolhry’s grip from his shoulders as everyone watched, unsure if she would suddenly faint.
"So you finally decided to show, Kakarot?" Vegeta sneered. Goku ignored him.
Nappa glanced at Vegeta.
"What's the Scouter say about his power level, Vegeta?" asked Nappa with a smirk.
"Let's check," Vegeta said, pressing the button on the device on his head.
Vegeta's smug smile slowly turned into a slightly gaped mouth of shock.
"Vegeta?" Nappa prompted. "Vegeta, what is it?"
Vegeta grit his teeth and pulled the Scouter from his face.
"It's.. It's over nine thousand," Vegeta hissed. He crushed the Scouter in his fist, the bits of electronics falling to the earth.
“WHAT?! OVER NINE THOUSAND?!” Nappa repeated, his eyes growing large in shock. "Your Scouter had to have been malfunctioning, Vegeta. There's no way this runt's power level could be that high."
Kolhry blinked in surprise. She was just as surprised as her saiyan comrades. Of course, Kakarot was still too weak compared to her power level. But it is still surprising for a low class warrior like Kakarot to achieve such a height in power.
“Uh, hey,” Goku called. Kolhry turned her gaze towards him. “I’m kinda in a hurry right now, so I want to ask. Are you planning to destroy the earth?”
Kolhry blinked. She stepped back and shook her head.
“No, not with you in it,” Kolhry replied. “I could never kill the one who is precious to me.”
Goku blinked. He shifted his focus to Tien and Yamcha.
“What about them? Did you..?” Goku’s words trailed off.
“No, no, I didn’t kill them. It was Nappa that slain your friends,” Kolhry answered.
Goku took a deep breath.
“Okay, last question. Are you planning to fight me? With your friends?” Goku asked, looking at her curiously.
Kolhry blinked in surprise. Kolhry could not say that she was not tempted to fight Kakarot here and now. But she had to restrain herself. Because she had a promise to keep.
“Oh, Kakarot. Nothing would bring me more joy and excitement to fight you here and now,” Kolhry replied, smiling warmly at him.
Kolhry stood upright as her smile fell.
“But I can not. My fight with you will have to come at a later time,” Kolhry said, gesturing to Vegeta. “My master wishes to have a battle with you, if Nappa fails to defeat you.”
Goku smiles at her.
“Okay, thanks a lot,” Goku said, turning away towards Vegeta and Nappa.
Kolhry watches Goku starting towards Vegeta and Nappa waiting for him like hawks.
"You won't be hurting my friends anymore," said Goku, standing before the Saiyans, "Yamcha, Tien, Chiaotzu… their deaths will be avenged, that much I can promise you."
Goku and Nappa began to battle and it was obvious who was superior. Goku dodged every single hit and landed every blow he delivered, quickly turning the foul enemy that had fallen so many into a bleeding pulp. The z fighters stared in awe which extended to Kolhry. The saiyan woman smiled like a fan girl watching their hero battling a dragon. After a few minutes Goku and Nappa floated midair. The former staring calmly while the latter glared with sheer contempt.
"Nappa stop!"
They all looked toward Vegeta, who was glaring at Nappa and Goku who had broken apart to pay attention to him.
"You're getting nowhere, Nappa," said Vegeta with a snarl. "It's my turn. Get down here and take care of those three."
Nappa looked at Goku with mild regret. It was clear he wanted to continue battling.
"Fine," Nappa replied, letting out a sigh. "You're lucky, Kakarot, Vegeta's the only one in this universe that could stop me from killing you."
"Really?" Goku raised a brow. "I thought I was winning."
Nappa growled as he landed and looked toward Piccolo, Krillin and Gohan.
"Oh well, guess I'll have to quench my thirst for blood with the potatoes while Vegeta gets the meat," he smirked and began to fly toward them.
Goku was on the verge of unleashing his new technique to confront the bald-headed Saiyan when Kolhry zoomed past him like a speeding bullet. In an instant, she appeared above Nappa, fixing him with a fierce glare. Before he could even let out a cry of shock, Kolhry struck him powerfully in the back, lifting him effortlessly into the air with just one hand. Nappa screamed in agony before she hurled him upward as if he were weightless.
As he soared into the sky, Nappa's screams filled the air. Kolhry, her gaze unyielding, raised her palm and unleashed a tremendous emerald blast of energy. Goku watched in horror as the green light consumed Nappa, reducing him to nothing. Just in time, he and Piccolo seized the opportunity to lift their comrades out of harm's way, carrying them into the sky. As the blinding power faded, Kolhry slowly lowered her hand, still staring intently at the spot where her comrade had met his end.
“I-Incredible. To think someone like that could have that much power,” Piccolo said, trembling violently in shock.
"She just killed her teammate!" Krillin cried.
Goku stared down wide-eyed at Kolhry. For a split second, he felt Kolhry’s power increase dramatically. Surpassing his own by a lot. He was thanking his lucky stars that he didn’t have to fight her.
"I want you three to go back to Kame House," said Goku. "You'll be safe there."
"But, Dad, I want to help you!" Gohan whined.
Piccolo seemed to be going through some deep thought before he spoke. "I hate to admit it, but Goku is right."
"What?" Gohan gasped. "But Mr Piccolo-"
"Gohan, I want to stay and help too," said Krillin sharply. "But we'll just be a distraction to your father. If Vegeta got a hold of you or me, he could use us against Goku."
Kolhry noticed Goku staring at her and smiled warmly at him. That puzzled the z fighters.
"She isn't even trying to attack," said Krillin, "I can’t get a read on that girl. When it comes to me and Piccolo we’re total flies for her to swat at, yet when it's Goku she’s smiling all lovey dovy at him. What the heck is up with her?"
Piccolo nodded in agreement.
“Let’s just be grateful that we don’t have to fight her,” Piccolo said.
"Gohan, Krillin, Piccolo, go," said Goku.
"Right," said Krillin. "Come on, Gohan."
"Be safe dad," Gohan said.
Gohan, Piccolo, and Krillin turned and flew away into the distance. Kolhry started towards Vegeta and crouched down to his level.
“Master, I won’t get in the way of your fight with Kakarot,” Kolhry said, bowing her head. “I only request that you do not kill him. Defeat him if you must, but refrain from killing him.”
Vegeta narrowed his eyes on her. He internally clicked his tongue from her request. On one hand, he wanted to reject her request and do as he pleased in ending that low class Saiyan’s life. But the prince knew better. He rather not be on the receiving end like what happened to Nappa.
“Very well,” Vegeta replied. “So long as you don’t interfere.”
Kolhry slightly bowed her head lower in appreciation.
“Thank you, master,” Kolhry appreciated.
Kolhry smiled softly. Her Kakarot was truly back from the dead.
And she couldn’t be any happier.

Chapter Text
Chapter 4
(…Internal Fury…)
Kolhry stood on top of a pillar as she watched her beloved Kakarot staring down at her master. The battle began with two of the fighters locked into a heated brawl that trailed across the landscape. Kolhry’s eyes flicked all over the place, following the fight with ease, her face set in seriousness. She also saw that despite Kakarot’s newfound strength, he was slowly getting outpaced. It didn't take long for him to be on the ground, clothing in tatters, panting, Vegeta hovering overhead with a victorious smirk on his face.
Unfortunately, she couldn’t hear what the pair were saying to one another. She was close enough to watch their fight but not enough to hear their conversation. Suddenly she heard Goku cry out with determination in his tone. Then a red aura swirled to life around him. She blinked in astonishment as Kakarot rushed toward Vegeta with new speed, catching her master completely off guard. He was sent flying off into a nearby mountain, crashing into its hole and did not reappear.
What did he say? Kaioken? Huh, what a strange technique, Kolhry thought.
Kakarot was panting as the red light faded from him. Judging by what Kolhry had seen, this technique—Kaioken—looks like it has physical penalties on his body. He looks a lot weaker than before he used it. There was a wild scream and Kolhry turned to see the mountain that Vegeta had crashed into suddenly disintegrated in a huge explosion of energy. Kakarot launched into the air toward Vegeta, undaunted by his drop in power.
He and Vegeta locked back into battle. This time with Kakarot being bathed in that red light every so often and giving him the advantage. The fight seemed to last for hours. But Kolhry could clearly see that Kakarot was the one that was slowly wearing Vegeta down. Finally, Vegeta ripped away from the combat. He stood on top of a rocky pillar, panting, bloody, and obviously furious. He let out a scream of rage loud enough for Kolhry to hear him.
“Blood? My noble blood spilled by the hands of this…this trash?!?” Vegeta was absolutely livid. “No, I can not allow this to stand. I CAN NOT ALLOW THIS TO STAND!!!”
Vegeta screamed to the heavens. He snapped his glare back at Kakarot.
“Your insolence has caused you this world; I’ll blow it all to pieces, AND THERE’S NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO STOP ME!!!” Vegeta screamed.
Kolhry’s eyes widened. She watched Vegeta ascend to the sky bathed in a light purple aura. Vegeta began to gather energy in his hand and shot a massive violet beam down at Kakarot. But he was ready for it. Kakarot shot his own rocket of energy up at him and the two beams met in the middle, a blast exploding across the landscape that would have threatened to knock anyone off their feet.
For a moment, Vegeta's beam seemed to be making purchase. Kolhry tensed, waiting to watch him get consumed in fire. But that red light bathed Kakarot once again and a new burst of power rolled up the line of energy. The wave of energy shot at Vegeta so hard and fast that when it made contact, Vegeta was sent sailing up into the air. He went so far that he eventually vanished into the sky.
Kolhry watched the spot where her master disappeared. To be honest, she didn’t know how to feel about this battle. On one hand, she wanted her beloved Kakarot to take victory. But on the other hand, she didn’t want to see her master losing. It was a weird feeling she didn’t know how to cope with. But she wasn’t worried though; she knew it would take more than that to bring her master down.
And she was right.
After a few minutes Vegeta came back down. He exchanged words with Kakarot, however, she couldn’t hear exactly what he said. Then a white ball of energy appeared in the palm of his hand. But before he could do anything, he snapped his gaze at Kolhry.
“Kolhry, don’t look up!” Vegeta commanded.
Vegeta tossed the white ball high in the sky. Within moments, Kolhry watched her master begin to change in shape. She should have expected that when Vegeta started to lose he would resort to this. Vegeta let out a loud bellow as he fully transformed into a great ape. Vegeta was now in control of the battle as he began jumping and throwing his fist at Kakarot.
But Vegeta’s fist missed purchase with each throw. Kakarot retreated backwards with a leap, and hid himself behind a rocky pillar. But despite Kakarot’s effort, Vegeta managed to find him. Kolhry tensed when Vegeta managed to land some hard blows on Kakarot with both his fist and boot. Even though it was just her master delivering these heavy blows, she felt a twinge of anger every time his attacks caused Kakarot to shout in pain. Followed by her overflowing power to rise and fall.
Kakarot leapt close to Vegeta’s face midair. Kolhry was confused as to why he put himself so close to the prince, until she was assaulted by a bright light. She shouted in pain and began rubbing her eyes in hopes to make it away. When her vision finally returned, she found Kakarot standing on another rocky pillar with his hands in the air. This left the saiyan behemoth bewildered for a moment. That’s when she noticed a white aura radiating off of his figure.
The white energy shrunk and crawled down to Kakarot’s fist. How anchored his arm back, preparing to throw his powerful attack. But Vegeta spread his jaws wide and shot a wave of ki from his howling maw. The blast was so powerful that it sent Kakarot flying across the landscape. When everything calmed down, Kakarot crawled himself out of the rubble and stood before the giant ape prince. He tried to get away but the prince swatted him hard, sending him flying and hitting his back against the wall.
Vegeta didn’t give Kakarot a chance to recover as he jumped high in the air and stomped his opponent hard on his legs. Kakarot screamed in agony, which prompted Kolhry to gasp in shock. Her internal anger resurfaced a second time, akin to a visual door being banged hard from the other in her mind. The power spike was so terrifyingly great that it caused Kakarot to cease his scream and snapped his gaze towards Kolhry. Even Vegeta halted his assault upon noticing Kolhry’s body trembling violently from the corner of his eye. Kolhry was doing everything in her power to keep her internal rage in check.
Just one percent of her power was enough to cause the ground to quake violently.
“Get away from him!”
The trio blinked in surprise upon hearing a familiar voice. Kolhry turned to her left just in time to see a ki blast hurtling towards Vegeta, and finding purchase in his left eye. Vegeta roared in pain as he grabbed his eyes with both hands. Kolhry looked down to where Kakarot was and saw Piccolo dragging the injured saiyan out of the battlefield. She shifted her gaze back at Vegeta, watching the angry ape prince now focusing his attention on the boy. Then Vegeta jumped in the air when a disc of energy flew fast below his boots.
Kolhry snapped her attention to the direction where the disc came from and saw Krillin standing on a small thick pillar. Vegeta turned his gaze towards Krillin, and spread his jaws wide—unleashing a wave of ki from his howling maw towards the balding dwarf. Krillin leapt away at the very last second before the pillar he stood on exploded in a blinding light. Great ape Vegeta took this opportunity to roll his body around and slap his tail hard on Krillin. Krillin struggled to get back up but yelped when the giant ape grabbed a hold of him.
“You dare interrupt our battle, earthling? For that, I will crush you!” Vegeta shouted.
Gohan appeared on the ground and glared up at Vegeta.
“Let him go! Now!” Gohan shouted.
Ape Vegeta smirked at Gohan.
“Ah, Ah, don’t come closer, boy. Or I’ll snap your friend’s neck like a twig,” Vegeta warned, chuckling darkly.
Kolhry turned away from Vegeta and looked towards the direction where Kakarot was dragged away. Kakarot laid on his back, however, there was no sign of Piccolo in sight. She briefly looked back at Vegeta, before turning away to fly towards Kakarot. Even in his injured state, Goku could sense Kolhry approaching him which prompted him to use what little energy he had left to lift his head. Kolhry landed at Kakarot’s side, getting on her knees, and smiled warmly at Kakarot.
“Hi,” Kolhry greeted, her tone laced with love and compassion for her beloved.
Goku blinked blankly at Kolhry. He smiled at her.
“Heh, heh, Hi—ow!” Goku tried to return the greeting but winced in pain. “Man, your friend Vegeta is really strong.”
Kolhry chuckled.
“More than you know,” Kolhry replied. “And for your information, we’re not friends. He’s my master.”
Goku blinked in surprise.
“Is—ow! That why you’re so strong?” Goku asked, looking up at her curiously. Kolhry flashed Goku with a smug grin.
“No, I was born with my overflowing strength,” Kolhry replied.
Kolhry blinked.
“Also, where’s that slug friend of yours?” Kolhry asked.
A sudden beam hurled over Kolhry’s head before Goku could answer her question. Followed by Great ape Vegeta’s scream in agony, causing the Saiyan behemoth to tear her attention away from her beloved towards her master. Kolhry’s eyes widened as she felt her heart stop at the sight before her. Vegeta’s tail was cut clean off from the power of the beam, falling on the ground with a heavy thud. Vegeta released Krillin from his grip as he began to slowly shrink back to normal. He stood there, shaking in rage. His eyes darted over to the direction the beam came from.
Kolhry also followed the direction where Vegeta was looking. Her gaze landed on Piccolo, standing not too far away from the pair whilst breathing heavily. Kolhry heard Vegeta shout in rage before a wave of ki sped past her and hit Piccolo on contact. The blast erupted in a massive explosion akin to a volcano that shook the landscape. Plumbing fire and smoke through the air, scorching winds roared forward along with clouds and smoke. A fog of white smoke hung in the air and when it cleared, all that was left was a giant black crater from where Piccolo stood
“Mr. Piccolo!”
Kolhry snapped her attention towards Gohan. She felt her heart sank as she saw tears streaming down his cheeks. But the poor boy wasn’t given the chance to grieve as Vegeta darted toward him and rushed his knee to Gohan’s gut. Knocking the air out of Gohan’s lungs, sending waves of pain throughout his body, and his eyes bulging from the blow of the prince. But the prince didn’t let up. He proceeded to assault Gohan with a volley of blows that would kill any weakling.
However, something changed.
Kolhry blinked in surprise as Gohan blocked Vegeta’s punches and elbowed the prince in the same eye he blasted at. Followed by his own volley of punches that did some major damage to Vegeta, leaving Kolhry watching in awe. However, her attention was pulled away from the two fighters when she saw Krillin limping towards the pair. Only to stop in his tracks when he saw Kolhry.
“It's—gah—it's okay, Krillin. She won’t hurt us,” Goku reassured his friend. Krillin hesitated.
Krillin approached Goku while eyeing Kolhry warily.
“What do we do, Goku?” Krillin asked.
“I—I got a plan; it's our only shot,” Goku said. “King Kai taught me another new technique, but I can’t use it in my weakened state. You’ll have to be the one to do it, Krillin. Here, give me your hand.”
Krillin extended his arm and took Goku’s hand in his. In an instant, Krillin’s hand was coated with white energy. He stood and stared wide-eyed at the energy flowing around the palm of his hand.
“Oh wow. That’s a lot of power!” Krillin was amazed. “Man, hey, Goku. Wh-What do I do with this thing?”
“First, turn your palm up. Then use your willpower to concentrate the energy and form it into a ball,” Goku instructed. “Make sure you have Vegeta lock in your sight before throwing it, okay?”
Krillin blinked before nodding his head once. He and Kolhry turned their gaze towards the two fighters, seeing that Gohan was losing ground. Gohan was thrown back and hit hard on a rocky pillar. He struggled to get back up as Vegeta started a sprint towards the saiyan hybrid. Krillin took a deep breath, muttering something that Kolhry couldn’t hear, before throwing the ball of energy at Vegeta. Vegeta blinked as he glanced over his shoulder.
Unfortunately, the prince didn’t have time to dodge. The ball of energy slammed right into her master. The power from it exploded, and sent Vegeta flying up into the air, screaming. He kept going until Kolhry could no longer see him. The screams gave way to silence. Kolhry looked down at Krillin and Gohan as they cheered in celebration.
“I wouldn’t celebrate so soon,” Kolhry spoke up. Gohan and Krillin’s cheering ceased. “It doesn’t matter how powerful your attack was, it’ll take more than that to bring my master down.”
Kolhry looked up just in time when she heard a whistling sound. Followed by a crash as something landed a few yards away from them. They all startled, looking over to see the dust settle and reveal Vegeta's body laying on the ground. Everyone remained frozen for a long moment. Finally, Krillin passed Gohan and limped slowly over to Vegeta's form. He stood over the prince as he stared down at his beaten state.
Without warning Vegeta stood upright and back-handed Krillin in the face. But as quickly as he stood on his feet, he fell on all fours. Breathing heavily as his chest rose and fell. It was perfectly clear: Vegeta was in no state of fighting. This battle had finally come to an end. Prompting the legendary female saiyan to stand up on her feet.
“This battle is over,” Kolhry announced. “The earthlings have won.”
Vegeta gritted his teeth. He wanted to refuse this announcement, and make these pathetic worms pay dearly for the humiliation they caused him. But even he knew that his prodigy was right. He can’t even stand anymore, let alone fight. The prince begrudgingly pulled out a device from underneath his armor. With a few button presses, he put it back and then looked across the horizon.
Kolhry emulated her master’s actions as she pulled out her own remote connected to her attack pod. Then came a whistling sound, and everyone looked up to see both Vegeta and Kolhry’s ball shaped vessels come flying in. Smashing into the ground a few yards away as the hatches opened with a hiss of steam. Vegeta began to limp toward the ship. Kolhry watched her master walking towards her pod then looked down at Kakarot. She crouched down on one knee, cupping Kakarot’s cheek in her hand and gently grazed it with her thumb.
“It pains me that I must leave you so soon, beloved. But I promise, we will meet again; our paths will cross in time,” Kolhry said, smiling warmly at Goku. “Until then… rest now. Kakarot.”
Kolhry leaned down and placed a lingering kiss on Goku's temple, catching him, Gohan, and Krillin by surprise. Straightening up, she turned toward her Saiyan pod. Climbing inside, she fixed her gaze ahead, locking eyes with Kakarot as he lay down. Her warm smile blossomed into a broader grin as she raised her hand, giving him a slow, graceful wave. As the hatch closed completely, the pod began its ascent.
But once she was inside, her warm expression faded. Her mood shifted from gentle to furious. It wasn't Goku, Gohan, or Krillin who drew her ire, nor the inhabitants of this planet. No, her wrath was directed at the mysterious woman who had claimed Kakarot as her mate—the deceitful, inconsequential wretch who had stolen her beloved Kakarot's heart away from her. The very thought that those two mated together made the legendary female saiyan’s blood boil.
Along with her power growing exponentially. Yes, she’ll come back to earth one day. Hell, she’ll even stay there if it means getting to see Kakarot everyday.
And maybe…
Just…maybe…
She’ll get to meet the trash who stole her beloved from her.
